Great value for money with exception reception, waiting and housekeeping staff - all super friendly and helpful. The Tezcan used to offer all inclusive but this season was B&B only. However, the hotel offers a great lunchtime and snack menu up to 6pm and drinks were very reasonably priced compared to the strip and other venues. The views from the poolside rooms were stunning. On my last day I was hospitalised with torn knee ligaments. The hotel manager gave us great advise on what to do and where to go and arranged everything for us. The hotel manager also kindly allowed us to stay in the room until our flight. We can never thank the management and her team enough.

The location is amazing. The front rooms with the river view overlook the ancient Lycian Tombs carved into the mountain which is breathtaking. Staff were great very helpful. Rooms are a good size. Pool is nice. You are also a short walk from many cafes restaurants & shops.

The aircon wasn’t working very well. Took a long time to cool the rooms down. You can tell the hotel must have been amazing in its day but all a little tiered now.

Great staff especially Michel working so hard behind the bar and in the kitchen.Lovely room but the rooms overlooking the river would be worth paying the extra.

Breakfast very basic but that is what you come to expect for Turkish breakfast.

The hotel had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was lovely, good variety for breakfast, WiFi worked fine. Our room was comfortable and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is very nice, lovely views and right in the centre near restaurants and bars.

The downside of being central was that it was noisy at night and early morning - it is very close to the mosque, bars playing music and the boats. The hotel rooms have a minibar fridge which had appealed to us but there are signs in the hotel saying you are not allowed to bring food and drinks in.

I love the location right in the center of town close to everything. It's a little noisy at night, but that didn't bother me. Breakfast was very good with eggs made to order every day in a lovely garden setting by the pool. Staff was super helpful and kind throughout my whole stay, including housekeeping. Love the balcony overlooking the pool and river.

The sliding door to the balcony didn't work smoothly. It needed to be perfectly closed so the air conditioner would start. The location may be noisy for some people. Wifi was patchy at times, but overall worked ok.

There was no lift so you only had to take stairs to get up and down and it was not good for us because we had a baby stroller but we could place it downstairs anyway so it was not a big problem

Great swimming pool and the location was great overlooking the river. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and willing to sort any problems out .

The outside seating area for breakfast could have a better surface rather than just dirt.

Great Location on the river right in the town centre. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Rooms are spacious and although the bathroom is dark and old it functions well - plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. I would always book the river view rooms with balcony.

Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Owner should consider upgrading a few rooms at a time. I would be more than happy to pay more for a superior room with a comfortable bed. Bed is too hard so hotel should offer matress topper to guests who prefer softer matress.

Staff were so lovely, couldnt do enough. The location was exceptional, so beautiful. Felt like paradise. Breakfast fabulous and omelette station was a great addition. We ordered lunches and evening meals and would rate very highly, absolutely beautiful food. Great cocktails too

The owner wasnt very friendly but thanfully the staff more than made up for it. Our room had no balcony so i would recommend a canal view room which does have a balcony. We couldn't dry our clothes and towels but that was the only downside.
