It is absolutely beautiful and stunning hotel . 5 stars . It is excellent location also , The staff is so warm welcoming and very helpful . We checked in and Claudia just was so kind and every time if we needed something she was assisting us with any matters . The view from the balcony just was so stunning . The rooms are clean . it is two large swimming pools in hotel . Breakfast was so delicious . We would highly recommend this hotel , The hotel provides transfer to airport and from also . absolutely stunning and comfortable

This authentic hotel is surrounded by natural beauty, it runs along the river and has outstanding scenery. We had a room change on Day 1 to awaken to sunshine on our terrace, room 601 with a pool directly outside. We woke to birds singing and water trickling in complete peacefulness. it was early season so no little ones and the sun was perfect temperature. The owner picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable return price. 40 mins journey. Food service staff reception they couldn't do enough for us very hospitable. Thank you to Claudia for all your help. Semih, you did make us laugh. The cute little cleaner was very helpful. Highly recommend a trip to the thermal spa, hire a boat and sail off

Not quite ready for a salad for breakfast yet, but you can have boiled eggs, bread & Jam and an equivalent to cornflakes, it is what it is as a continental breakfast. Ordering off-menu - the food was superb!

Fabulous location on the river and just 2 mins walk to the restaurants and town. Nice room with terrace by the pool for us, very good value bar and restaurant, spa is wonderful and very reasonably priced and the staff are welcoming and very friendly.

The view from my children's room wasn't great, it was at the back of the hotel and overlooked rubbish. I am hugely disappointed with the price increase for next year, it has literally tripled in price for the same week we had this year.

It was early in the season and some areas hadn’t been prepared yet and were untidy.

Nice enough room although a little tired in places. Nice pool and outside areas. Great restaurant with tables by the river and excellent food. Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars and the centre of town.

Needs some attention to detail, stained toilet seat in bathroom, worn out pool towels etc. Nothing really to stop us booking again but a bit of investment is now due.

fantastic location, we stayed in the Duplex rooms which were perfect for us giving us a lounge down stairs with a a small fridge & sink. The reception staff were always very helpful especially Onur - always happy to help with anything. The spa offers amazing treatments which are so reasonable definitely a must. Thank you.

Nothing not to like - the only thing I would say is maybe new lounger cushions wouldn’t go a miss as they looking a little tired.

A little run down in places, sometimes cleanliness around the pool was not great.

Was a little disappointed with the breakfast options. there was fruit (melon) only on the first morning. could see that some guests were served freshly made items (looked like omelette) but there was no mention that this could have been available to all guests. Need to ensure that loo roll is replaced in the rooms when cleaned.

Stayed at the BC Spa Hotel and had a lovely time. The staff were always friendly and helpful; from reception, bar, restaurant and cleaners. The spa was amazing with the Turkish bath and wonderful massages. The food was lovely with a varied menu and could eat outside, overlooking the river, the rooms were so clean, spaceous with lots of storage. Location was great, only a 5 minute walk into town. I would highly recommend staying at the BC Spa Hotel.
