We like the cave hotel,The location. This hotel is just 4to 5 minutes walk from Goreme Bus terminal where u can catch the buses to different cities.All the shops includeing Restaurants on feet from the hotel.I just want to add the Hospitality from Haroon and Tariq.Always assist you whenever you need them with a welcoming smile.We also book the Hot air baloon with them .Thanks to harooon who bookedthe hot air baloon for quite reasonable price.Hotel located on the hill from the shops Mosque 🕌 is just 2 minutes walk from hotel. Hopefully we can book this hotel in thw future aswell.The hotel rooms were big and clean.

I just want to suggest hotel Management to improve breakfast according to international standards .Breakfast was very basic.Its not the complain but my fair suggestion. Thank you

Fantastic location, superb staff especially Haroon, well organised trips, lovely breakfast. Everything ran like clockwork, and we could adjust the itinerary according to our timing. 4 minute walk down to the town and numerous restaurants and 4 minutes walk up to sunset point for a gorgeous panoramic view.

We thought we were getting a true cave suite, but it turned out that there were only a few of them, and we were given a regular stone walled room. It was great anyway, but just specify on booking. A couple of hitches with hot water, which was speedily rectified. The terrace is lower than expected, so we only had a one directional view, not a 360° that I was hoping for. Small issues for the overall excellent experience.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Haroon. He was warm, friendly and so professional. We arrived early after a long flight and he let us check in early and let us have breakfast upon arrival. We were so relieved. When arriving to the airport, I realised I had no ride to the hotel and messaged Haroon. He immediately arranged transport for us. Haroon also helped us book our hot air balloon experience and warned us before time that there’s a strong possibility the day we chose would not fly so helped us arrange a different day to ensure our spot. I cannot thank him enough for making our stay more than pleasant. As for the hotel facilities, everything was clean and beautiful. Our room was very spacious. Breakfast was delightful. Well located to restaurants and cafes around.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and we really like our room very much. It's very clean, spacious, comfortable and there is enough sunlight coming into the room, which makes the whole room feel so cosy and homely. Very suitable for family and outside our room at level 2, we have direct access to dining tables with shelter with the best view overlooking the rocks of Cappadocia. The hotel staff is super friendly and Haroon made extra effort to reach out to us and checked if we needed anything while staying at their hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice cosy place to stay in Cappadocia.

Very pretty and quaint hotel, in a good location in Göreme. Room was really large and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating- they even lent us their universal adaptor for 2 days while we figured out buying one for ourselves. Breakfast was good too. They helped us book a horse riding tour which was super fun, and also the green tour (HIGHLY recommend) with a really knowledgeable and charming guide named Mesut. They also helped us get our laundry done- though this was expensive (50 TL per kg, only washing, no ironing). But then Cappadocia in general seems more expensive than the rest of Turkey. Overall a good and comfortable stay!

There was an issue with the plumbing while we were there and the toilet and sink kept filling with water instead of draining properly, which was not pleasant. The hotel staff informed us that it was a municipal plumbing issue in Göreme on that day and apologized, so don't think there was anything they could have done about it. They also didn't clean/make up our room while we stayed there- maybe because we left the room only at 1 pm, post cleaning hours which might be in the morning only.

where do i start? the list is long. This place is beyond expectations. Firstly i would like to mention the staff members: Haroon and the ladies that dealt with breakfast and housekeeping. Amazing people, humble down to earth and very polite. Haroon was amazing, his knowledge, approach his hospitality takes you to another level. The rooms were amazing, everything you require, good enough size. Breakfast was good and unlimited flow of Turkish Tea. The roof top was amazing and literally 5 mins walk from the View point hill. If i decide to go back to cappadocia, without any doubt i will be staying here. Thank you for everything

Absolutely everything! Incredible room and hotel, it was like a dream. Amazing and delicious breakfast and views from the hotel. The view point is literally less that 5 minutes by walking to see the balloons and to have a really beautiful view of Göreme and the formations. But the best part of our experience was definitely the treatment we had from Haroon and Tarek. They were so attentive, always available, always trying to help us, finding solutions and making feeling us like we were at home. A really big thank you to you, you made our experience unique.

Very large, clean and typical room (dug into the tuff). Reason why It is humid/wet. Super cordial staff, available 24h/7d for everything, including tour/suggestions and so on. The day of arrival, even before the check-in time, the staff welcomed us with the possibility of breakfast. The departure day, they keep our luggages all the day. Recommended.

The room is humid/wet but it's typical of the tuff. Maybe a little bit dark but accettable (due to the particular design of lighting). There should be a few lights more.

Location was great, surrounded by beauty. Having explored neighbouring towns, we can strongly recommend staying in Goreme and in Risus Cave Suites. The property and room were equally beautiful with amazing views from the rooftop. It was a very spacious room as well. Hospitality was top-notch, Haroon was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He helped us with arranging some activities at great prices too. Breakfast was great, plenty delicious options to choose from and felt very homey. As animal lovers, we were thrilled to see the number of cats in the area, and their lovely 2 month old puppy Luna who was just the cutest and cheekiest thing ever that is always running about the property! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose it again if we’re lucky enough to return.

It gets quite cold at night in winter and the heating isn’t too strong so we felt quite cold even when sleeping next to the radiator
