We had a lovely stay! Each and every one of the staff is really kind and caring, not to mention cute Simba, the friendliest and most playful dog in Cappadocia! We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are back in this wonderful town. Thank you for everything. 😊🥰

We love specially how beautiful it was the room. It was a cave typical from Capadoccia, with a lovely view. It was very spacious as well, and well illuminated. We found it very romantic too. The location was very calm and surrounded with good restaurants. Mustafa in the reception was also very helpful. He provided us all the information we needed. He helped us too with the transfers to the hotel at a very fair price. We really loved this place, as well as its delicious and varied breakfast. We will definitely will choose it again if we come back to Capadoccia.

The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Staying in a cave added a unique and cool dimension to the experience, and the location couldn't have been better. The beautiful rooftop was a standout feature, offering an excellent vantage point to witness the breathtaking views of the air balloons. It's clear that the hotel has put a lot of effort into creating a memorable and delightful stay for their guests. I can't wait to return and relive the magic.

The only downside I encountered was the size of the room. It was on the smaller side, providing limited space to move around. However, it's worth noting that the compensating factor was the spacious bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise.

The centrally located hotel was perfect. Initially stayed in the Deluxe room which was lovely with a small balcony overlooking a restaurant, people and a magnificent view of the balloons, noise level was not a problem. Moved across to the King room which was excellent in terms of space. The balcony was smaller with a magnificent view of the scenery but not people and again the balloons. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast were plentiful and just lovely. I would most definitely stay there again- King room for sure.

Can't say much on this topic. Deluxe bathroom was very small, to be expected with limited space to work with. That's about it.

- Amazing staffs! All of them are really helpful and welcoming. Everytime they will see us, they will always ask us how’s are day or what did we do during the day. They always makes sure that we are comfortable during our stay. - Amazing Location! Just 5 minutes to city center with a lot of great cafes and restaurants nearby - Amazing view! Though I only seen the balloons from the terrace once, but with or without the balloons, the view is perfect! - Hotel Room is super clean, they are cleaning it everyday. Size of the room is just perfect for two. - Breakfast is decent, variety of cheese and breads - Simba (hotel dog) is the highlight of this hotel 😍😍😍 We will definitely recommend and come back 😍

It is so perfect and I’m missing the view already

The very helpful and friendly staff are a feature of this hotel, which is very conveniently located in Göreme, close to shops and restaurants of all kinds. The housekeeping lady is an absolute gem, always smiling while keeping the rooms and property immaculate. Front desk guys arranged a balloon flight as well as two local tours, all of which were well-priced and well-conducted. They even helped reschedule the balloon flight after it the first attempt was cancelled due to adverse weather. And they sorted out transfers from and to Kayseri airport. The room was well-sized and very comfortable, with an excellent shower and a very pleasant balcony looking out over Göreme.

The Hotel is aesthetically amazing, built into one of the classic Goreme rocky formations with a really good taste. The staff is very kind and helpful with all the requests: they helped us booking a hot air balloon flight and a tour through all the Kapadokyan attractions, they provided us a take-away breakfast for the day we were going to check-out (early in the morning) and provided us lots of insights and informations about the surroundings. The cave-rooms are great and very comfortable. The breakfast is prepared by a gentle lady in front of a wonderful view, almost as wonderful as what you get to see from the top-floor terrace bar where you can sit, grab a drink and enjoy Goreme valley's panorama while the funny Simba (the hotel's pug mascotte) comes and says hi!

Some extras (not only in the hotel but in the area in general) cannot be paid by card, therefore it might be a bit annoying to go and continously withdraw money at the ATMs for the various activities.

location of hotel is in center of city. near to restaurant and many shop lot. this hotel is at the high area, thus it should have very lovely view for hot air balloon. even from room's balcony we can see the entire city of Cappadocia. beware that Cappadocia is muddy during rain, need to wear proper shoes. one more thing to take note is this hotel doesn't have lift but their employees are very helpful to carry your luggage to the room, during check in and check out. hotel is very clean. breakfast is good and it been serve by lovely lady. she really lovely but i forgot her name. it is so nice meeting her durng breakfast session and very area is a bit small but i love the decoration and view. we arrive early at the hotel around 10am, since it is low season. the hotel give us early check in. we are so grateful for that and thanks a lot from us by at least me and my family could have some rest before we explore the city.

We loved this hotel! The room with the balcony had an amazing view:) The people working there were very very helpful, polite and nice. They really are doing a great job! I want to say thank you to them for helping us with the car rental and with trying to organise a hot air balloon ride! Unfortunately, the weather conditions prevented us from going on a ride but we enjoyed our trip and the stay at the hotel nevertheless!

-staff (Mustafa,Akif,Mesut,Nurs and another lady in the breakfast area) are amazing and I appreciated the extra mile they did during my birthday to make it more special. -breakfast was delish everyday and I couldn’t get enough of turkish bfast -room is spacious with balcony and a good cave hotel experienced -the view from our private balcony and also on their terrace was amazing with or without the hot air balloon, the scenery was picturesque -location was amazing and you can walk around the goreme town. accessibility to everything -“Simba” the dog was added charm to the hotel itself

-the room’s heater was too much but it’s just a minor problem and we opened the balcony’s door to have some fresh air even at night time that we didn’t mind at all.
