I have a phobia with dogs. There are many dogs around the hotel but understand its part of their family. And the toilet needs a good scrub!

We booked the room with a private terrace and it had the most amazing views of the balloons every morning. We also received the most friendly service from the reception staff. They were so helpful with booking and rearranging our tours, and providing advice about transport in Goreme. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The hotel is right next to a Mosque, and there is a call to prayer every morning around 4am. This was fine for us, as we took the opportunity to wake up and watch the balloons take off before sunrise.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and decorated in accordance to ethinic Cappadocia architectural details . Lots of planters and trees providing colour to the neutral coloured building. Lots of cute puppies and kitten around to entertain the children and all pet lovers . The staff were very friendly and accommodating . Special mention to Fatima who helped us from the start to book the tours and activities . The breakfast provided was well balanced and super tasty . A big thank you to Kamel ( Camel) owner of the Hotel for making time to take me and my friends shopping in hunt for authentic Baklava and Turkish delight to the nearest town Avnos.

It would be really great to have a cocktail/tea/coffee station during the evening by the pool to allow guests enjoy some pool time

Well designed, 'exotic' premises added to the sense of occasion. Spacious bedrooom. Helpful reception staff. Good communication before my arrival and thoughtfully rearranged balloon trip for me when the one I had booked was cancelled.

There are many items for breakfast, but the cooked offering needs to be upgraded for a hotel of this standard. Cooked dishes should be available on request, omelettes for example, instead of just having boiled eggs available in a tray. Double shower in my room. Great! But the shower head was fitted too far up the wall to suit me and the alternative was to use the lower attachment single-handed.

It was a very pleasant stay! We felt very welcome from the beginning, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (booked activities, provided water, etc.) Breakfast was quite diverse, and the pool was very refreshing after a hot day. The terrace is a great hang-out spot, and the AC in the room was working very well!

There were too many cats harassing you at breakfast, and birds started building a nest on the balcony. There were also cow aromas from neighboring houses. Nothing to really bother us, just a bit too much nature to our liking :D

Excellent hotel. The family is actually two rooms. You enter into the first room where there were two single beds and another door with a large double bed and toilet. Both had TVs where the 1st room had a biggest. Room was very clean and had all essentials you would expect from a hotel (Towels, toiletries, etc.) Excellent breakfast with a good variety of choice. Hotel is in a quite place and at night there were no noises to disturb sleep which was important to us with two kids. Walking distance (10-15mins) to the town with restaurants, ATMs, Money exchange places, etc). You can see the hot air balloons in the morning from the window or room balcony or roof top if you happy to walk up to it (which we did). Hotel staff are great and very helpful, specially the gentleman at the reception in the evening and the lady in the breakfast restaurant in the morning(unfortunately couldn't get their names). All in all excellent stay and would highly recommend.

The curtains were not fully blackout curtains and were getting light into the room but again not a massive issue.

Great location, very close to the centre of Goreme. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony. The staff was very helpful. We would love to go back in the summer and make use of the pool as well. Good breakfast with plenty of choice for food.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but there is a mosque right behind it and the call for prayers was quite loud. There were also some people drumming at about 3 am to announce the last meal before the fasting hours. I suppose this would be the same everywhere else, especially during Ramadan, but something to keep in mind if you are travelling during this period of the year.

Really loved the hotel.The room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable. Shower working fine. Great view in the rooftop. Walkable from the city center. My daughters loved the place so much. Fatima, the lady in the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was patient in answering all our inquiries and requests. She made sure that we’ll be able to have great time and recommends the tour packages that would fit in our IT. Cappadocia is so beautiful and the people were also warm and friendly. Wish we could go back

I think the drying rack in the toilet is not working well

A very photogenic hotel with lots of beautiful details. The included breakfast was lovely and the pool refreshing and clean. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Had everything we needed including hairdryer and mini bar. There’s an ironing room to use. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful relaxing spot with fantastic views of the ballon flights. The staff are AMAZING and so very helpful. I can’t praise them enough. Everyone we spoke to were super friendly and went above and beyond to assist. Just a short walk from restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend and return.

I was not happy that I head to leave!! I can not say a single bad thing about this property.

Lovely hotel, very spacious rooms with private terraces and awesome shared rooftop terraces with great views. You can see the whole town and the balloons in the morning, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Really nice breakfast buffet everyday. Super cute cats and small dog that live at the property. Located outside of the busy area but very easy walking distance into the main part of town.

There is a mosque directly behind the hotel so the call to prayer is very loud in the morning. Nothing they can do about that though!
