We arrived to the hotel late in the evening, but the staff was still up and very helpful in checking us in and taking our bags to the room. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace while we took in views of the incredible valley and the dozens of hot air balloons all around. It was so cool! The Turkish breakfast consisted of sausage, grilled peppers and other veggies, hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, yogurts, fresh baked bread, tomatoes, various yummy cheeses, as well as cereals, coffee and juices. That was the best part of each day. The hotel is completely made of stone and is very well maintained. The rooms were clean and included a large bottle of water, electric kettle, coffee and tea, as well as fresh slippers (a nice touch!). We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and on our last night, they upgraded our room to a larger suite, which was nice for our final evening. The whirlpool tubs in the rooms were awesome! I highly recommend it. In terms of location, we were just minutes from the main plaza where you can shop, eat all kinds of cuisine, get a taxi, visit a hamam, and hike to breathtaking views. Finally, I cannot say enough good things about Jose and the rest of the staff. You get a sense that is family owned and operated, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. They were so incredibly nice and helpful every step of trip, from helping us schedule the green tour, the sunset atv tour, shuttles from and to the airport (at very reasonable rates of 10 euros pp), they took care of everything. The best part is the atv tour starts in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to go very far to suit up. I cannot recommend this place enough. You'll be very satisfied with your stay.

My only issue, and it's not even a big deal, is that the wifi was really spotty in certain areas. Our room on the second floor had a weak signal, so I opted to use my data instead. But like I said, it wasn't a real issue since we were out most of the days. Who stays in their room to surf the internet in Cappdocia???

Lovely place to stay in the middle of Goreme, close to everything you need with terrace and view over the mountains. The staff was amazing and informed us about all the activities we could do in the region. We could also book the activities through them making the whole process very easy and hassle free. We chose the queen suite and were very impressed by the standard, the quality and amenities of the room Would definitely recommend!

If you are not enthusiastic about the cave hotel in hill and looking for a bright and clean convenient room then this is a great place. The location is down the hill, around the center and convenient for hiking and looking for food. It was super cold when we were there and the room was warm, the hot water was great, so we got very good relax. And the garden is beautiful.

The reception will suggest and sell you about the tourist lines and so on, and we were fine with that, but the stuff never told us the picking up time which was inconvenient for us

Small cozy hotel and the sweetest staff! They were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. They helped us book a balloon tour and they were always smiling and ready to help. Also our room had a great view from our balcony.

It was a very Turkish style breakfast. Even though there were a lot of options, we weren’t eating a lot of it.

Very clean. Housekeeping was above our expectations. Towels changed every day. Friendly and polite staff. Exceptional breakfast on the terrace. 5 minute walk from town centre.

Even though communication was adequate, it would be better if staff spoke a little bit more English.

I had great time staying here. The location is perfect and by walking distance to the city center but quiet at night. Tayfun arranged for me a late check in as my flight arrives after midnight. This is a place where you feel at home.

Amazing place, everything was great: Staff, the room, the garden, the breakfast! We where so happy. The location is quit and close to everthing. The place was easy to find and we paid a very fair price.

The road infront of the total was being made, so there was alot of dust. It was mostly a problem when the ATV was driving by.

The hotel is located in the central part of Goreme - 5 mins walk from central square and bus station. Two-tiered room has stylish and original design a la traditional stone houses of Cappadocia. Moreover it was cozy and warm despite cold nights. Staff was friendly and included breakfasts was great. They ordered for me transfer to Kayseri airport only for 8 euros. I recommend!

The staff was very helpful and understanding. The breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties Views from breakfast room was breathtaking We had taken the Jacuzzi room and it was perfect for 2 adults. I will surely book the next time i visit cappadocia.

The staff were so friendly and helpful - it made for a lovely atmosphere at the hotel. The room was really affordable and in a good location. The breakfast was delicious and all freshly made!
