We were away from downtown at the very top of the hill overlooking Pigeon Valley. It had incredible views from the rooftop lounge.

Our room wasn’t private. We could hear cars go by and could hear other guests. Our bed was a bit old but honestly it was comfortable being in a cave was a treat.

Location is really nice, it was priceless to wake up in the morning and see that the ballons are flying over of us. Nice view to the town and the area. Yes, you have to walk up to the hill to the accomodation but for this view we were happy to do that. The room has everything what you need. Really nice design. Breakfast is good, but be there on time, if something finish, they don't add. Even though the recepcionist informed us brf is between 8:30 and 10:30, the lady told us 10am brf is finishing. All in all we were happy to stay here.

Bad smell from the bathroom but we kept closed the door so acceptable. Even though we had a heater in the room, probably because of the highest location of the room was not warm in the night. We used AC but still little bit cold (it was zero degrees outside). We got some prices from the accomodation for transfer and programs. We felt pressure to book with them. On the internet and on the way down before the center an agency gave less than half price than them. The recepcionist behavior has changed and was ignoring us for rest of our stay.

Very helpful staff, great location, good breakfast and great value for money. They helped us book another hot air balloon tour after the one we had booked got cancelled at the last minute.

The property was a bit of a climb from downtown, room was too crowded and cramped with a lot of furniture and hardly had any walking space, only 1 free bottle of water was provided for the entire stay, property did not have enough umbrellas for guests to use in the rain

What a beautiful place to wake up to and lay our tired heads down at night! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turquaz Cave Hotel. We are a family of 4 adults travelling together and experiencing Türkiye to the fullest! It was in a convenient location for our need to be quiet, yet closed enough to walk into the downtown core. There were restaurants and shops along the way, so we didn’t actually need to go into the downtown area. The amazing upper deck and breakfast provided a beautiful view of the morning Balloon ride display! I would highly recommend this lovely well maintained hotel to anyone. Our host was most entertaining and helpful….and we LOVED his card tricks! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Property was super nice! It was an amazing experience to live in a real cave. The stuff was very polite and friendly, all workers were speaking English. I loved especially to talk with the older worker, he was taking care of our stay on a high level. I would recommend to stay in this facility if you are planning to visit Cappadocia.

Unfortunately it was pretty hot inside, but we were opening the windows. Breakfast was very very simple, but I loved that they served vegetables!

The view from the roof top balcony was spectacular. We had a remarkable view of the early morning balloons. Breakfasts were excellent - again on the balcony. Coffee available from early. The location was perfect - 10 mins from the village centre. The host was exceptional. He arranged for airport shuttles, a tour and an early breakfast when it was required. He was also a source of much local information

Turquaz was so wonderful – the perfect stay for my dream Cappadocia adventure! It has a great family feel. It's just a few rooms so the staff immediately get to know everyone on site. Shohrat and Lion helped me make memorable and fun plans. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the view from the rooftop restaurant is phenomenal. Turquaz is also in an ideal location about 5 minutes from Goreme city center but away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home and to make your reservations for activities, restaurants, shuttles or taxis etc. Nice Turkish breakfast on the roof terrace, with several homemade delicacies. Tea, coffee and water available throughout the day. All hotels in this area are very picturesque and clean, but if you're willing to walk an extra minute, this hotel has the advantage of few traffic driving by during the day and stunning views, thanks to its location uphill.

- Room. When we arrived, the manager showed us our room, offered a better room with a good view, free of charge. Just because it was empty anyway, because it's not as crowded here in winter. We are very grateful =) - Tours. The manager not only helped us to choose a tour, they were cheaper than that we found online. - The view is awesome! From our room there was a view of beautiful mountings and the city. - It is literally 5 minutes to a good vantage point to view a sunset. And 15 minutes to a paid one on the other mountain. - Room is a real cave in volcanic rock. It is not imitation, all real. - Personal is very friendly and helpful.

Great place with a nice view and a fantastic staff (they even sorted a problem with our airport transfer). Helpful and friendly. Hotel is 600mts from center in a bit of a hill but nothing uncomfortable at all and great for views. Breakfast is also good and if you are not in the mood for Turkish style, you still have cereals, bread, butter and jam. Cave rooms are quite a catch, and is a nice touch that they made the room every day and leave a big bottle of water, tea, coffee and cookies.

Room number 8 smell like a sewer when you enter (bathroom specially) and it take a few minutes to adapt. It is not a cleanliness problem, hotel is spotless in every corner (probably something from the drain). That and internet connection are the only things not perfect (this is why I give Turquaz Cave Hotel 8 and not 10).
