I choose the hotel based on their location and price to save my time and money cost, that's the reason why I choose here. They own the best location in the old city that you can walk to several famous scenic spots and also near the sea that you can walk there within 5 mins. Also, thanks for allowing me to add one more person to share my room. The owner is so friendly. They even offered self-designed maps for their guest and the spend some time to do the introduction and his recommendation. You also should try their breakfast, it's totally in Turkish style. One more thing is the time that we are leaving is just the day that UEFA Champions League start, so I let them to help me book the taxi to the airport, the taxi arrived on time, and I think the fee is acceptable.

The room is tiny and a little smelly, seems it's new renovated so we have to open the window even when we sleep.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. They just opened their doors. A building with a lot of history behind it, beautifully renovated. The owner kept the traditional features but added a modern touch. Just a piece of art! My room was very clean, fresh and had a beautiful vibe to it. The soaps and body lotions are 100% organic, smell heavenly and are produced by a local small company in Turkey. In the morning I got spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Since I’m suffering from multiple allergies, it’s not easy to find a place where the staff takes everything into consideration. A plate with gluten-free bread, tahin, olives, cucumber, steamed veggies, home baked fresh fries and so much more. I’ve probably gained a few pounds 😁 Also the location is top, within walking distance of the Aya Sophia. Somehow, the neighborhood reminds me of the South of France. There are a few people I would like to thank, from the bottom of my heart for making my stay in Agras hotel so magical. Tuna, the manager: thank you for your kindness and for making my holiday so comfortable. Özgür: nothing for you is to much, always there to help everyone in every possible way. You’re professionalism is admirable! Arzu and Elena: where should I even start? Both of you have spoiled me so much, I felt like a queen. Perfect location, 5-7 minutes walk to the northside of the hotel and you reach Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque etc. A 5 minutes walk towards the east side of the hotel and you reach the Marina bay, best place to unwind and chill in the evening. Agras Hotel is newly built with all the amenities and facilities that are expected in a room. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. But what made our stay amazing was the staff, very friendly, helping and caring. The staff took care of our airport transfers, Istanbul trips and tours and also guided us for good restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was freshly prepared for us everyday with a decent spread and varieties. We are really thankful to the lady owner for giving us sachets of flavored tea to take back home, Mr. Olcay, staff at the reception and the kitchen staff for making our stay at Agars as comforting and pleasant as possible.

The best decision we made during our staying in Istanbul. Agras Hotel is not only perfectly located, but also is a quiet and beautiful hotel. Rooms have all you need for a pleasant stay; very clean and comfortable. It is located very near of Sultanahmed (5/7 minutes walking), in a very nice neighborhood, with variety of restaurants and things to do. Breakfast is perfectly prepared. The most remarkable thing about this hotel is the people who works there. Tuna and his team are always there, ready to help you and doing all the necessary for you. They helped us with public transport, activities in Istanbul, transfer from and to airport, stored our luggage carefully, etc. If you are looking for a hotel in Istanbul, this is the best decision. Definitely, we’d come back!

Everything was perfect.

The staff and management responded pretty quickly and were polite and quite helpful with everything, even recommending locations to visit and about local prices. No malice or ill intentions noticed from them.Any issue that was, was quickly resolved by them. They organized transfer swiftly and with no delays. Took care for the transfer of my friends and delivered them on time.Rooms while small, are cozy and fit perfectly for company of two. Building itself is pretty clean, small, but manageable. I was honestly surprised that this building was that clean, given how many complaints I saw about other hotels in Istanbul being moldy or dirty.

Soundproofing is far from best and you will hear everything, even snoring from upstairs and room next to you. Most of the time it was manageable and I hardly noticed any sounds, except maybe last night when I heard snoring of a guest above my room. If you’re a lite sleeper, that will be a problem, if not, you’re ok. The breakfasts while good, had very small portions and if you wanted to feel sated, you would need to eat omelette and oats, just to feel full. Should be noted that breakfast was included, so no additional charge was placed on us. Breakfast itself was ok, if it wasn’t for the portions, I would have included it in the good section.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly guest. We also had a parking spot right in front of the hotel. This is a great advantage if you come by car in the Sultanahmet area. Breakfast was good, but the portions were too small for two people. However, at our request, we received more food.

A lot of noise coming from the outside, including during the night. Smoke coming from the building nearby. Small portions for breakfast Small room especially for two people.

The Agras Hotel was very quiet & fresh air from the three windows was lovely every afternoon when we returned for a hour or two! We had all the luxuries of a modern hotel including Smart TV in the nicely renovated older building.

If you are looking for Large rooms this may not be your place but we loved it!

At first I was a bit sceptical of booking as it had few reviews… but this is because it’s a new hotel, and you can really tell this. Facilities are new and everything is very clean. Location is top. It’s a small hotel, not a big brand. Best though are the staff - once they made fresh biscuits and gave us some 🥰 breakfast is decent

The staff were super helpful! They even packed us a sandwich because we had an early morning flight and would miss breakfast. They gave us a wake up call exactly at the time we asked them to. The rooms were clean and had heating, toiletries and everything you'd need
