Great position and very friendly staff. Many (touristic) restaurants nearby. One can easily walk to Istanbul's most famous touristic attractions.

- bathroom: aesthetics are fine, but the shower was missing one door(causing a small desaster after each shower), the towel rack was faulty and kept falling down. The worst thing was the lighting (it was really bad and not enough for a bathroom) - the breakfast was a bit disappointing (you get what you pay I guess) - overpriced Airport transfer (but ok if you want a hassle-free service)

Location was amazing, so close (5min walk) to the old town (Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Topkapi/Basicila Cistern) but sort of tucked into a back street so it's not loud or super busy. It's not a thoroughfare. We slept really well every night and didn't wake up to the call for prayer in the morning either. The room had some "nice to haves" like a fridge, table and chairs and a wardrobe. It was the perfect spot for a busy few days exploring Istanbul. Breakfast was SO GOOD! Plenty of food and options. We were seriously impressed and looked forward to breakfast each morning. Lots of bread, cheese, scrambled eggs, greens, salads, and other different items every day. We were so grateful for the fuelling breakfast ♥. The staff were super helpful. They organised a shuttle for us from and to the airport. It was 40euro per group each way. Heaps of lunch and dinner options around the area too. Seriously couldn't pick a better spot to explore this part of Istanbul.

The location is strategic, easy to access tourist spot by walking distance, great breakfast with view.

I asked one of the staff to order yellow taxi for us to other destinations, he tell lies that we need to pay to him instead of taxi driver with extra money. Taxi is coming and we thought that this is taxi that he ordered, turn out that it is other taxi driver. Then, he discuss with the driver and give him bad money, the driver also mad and asked us for the tips 😩. We feel like been scammed twice.

Reception staff went out of their way to assist, and were very kind and friendly. Beds were firm and super comfortable. Bathrooms modern with telephone shower and rain shower. An elevator available but not all the way to the breakfast terrace -about 8-10 steps will need to be climbed. The breakfast buffet on the terrace is lovely and with a lot of variety, especially with a made to order egg station. Nice views of the sea. Note - terrace is not outdoor but has windows all around.

Water bottles in the room should be replaced daily like other hotels in Sultanahmet do, but a filtered water dispenser is available on the terrace where your bottle could be refilled. Hair dryers in each room need replacing and some toilet paper holders are broken. Some bad smells from the shower pipes in evenings, but easily fixed with aromatic spray and opening windows. When cleaning rooms, more effort needs to be made to properly clean bathrooms and floors.

The number is smaller than declared, the window was broken, it didn’t close to the end, so the muzzle smelled of cigarettes from neighbors, the paper holder was broken in the bathroom, cleaning is not every day, you can hear the neighbors behind the wall

Breakfast was very good and there's a wide variety of options. Location is excellent, I thought that our street looked very dainty and aesthetic but also very safe to walk in at night as it's very lively. It's a 7-8 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There are also many good restaurants only a minute walk away! Perfect for families

Nice and Cozy Room, friendly stuff, quiet inside even when rather loud outside sometimes. It's really near to a lot of interesting sights, but that also means it is in a highly expensive tourist zone, where everyone is trying to sell you mediocre things for lots of money ;-) I suggest walking toward Grand Bazaar or Spice Bazaar and other places, where you can find better food and shops for less money. Or visit Taksim, Kadiköy or even districts that are further away

Breakfast is the same everyday, and I have seen better breakfast so far, but it was there and for the price great. The terrace is really nice with sunlight.

Host: nadiah was the receptionist and she so friendly and lovely host ever i have met in my entire travel, she has help us provide her extra istanbulkart tht she has extra and she guide us on how to travel by Tram and metro station. room: value for money Breakfast: good and terrace was beautiful u can have a sunrise view and having breakfast here location : 10mins walk to hagia sofia,blue mosque and SULTANAHMET tram station, surround the hotel got too many restaurants and happening place ever.

I had double room with balcony which had everything needed for a good stay including tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also a fridge.Breakfast was included in the room rate and was good.Hotel is located in the historic part of Istanbul in Faith district only 5 mins walk to the Great Mosque and Blue Mosque and also very close to good restaurants and shops

A few more coat hangers would have been useful but that is my only negative comment which is not really negative just a suggestion
