Nice interior evrywhere. Personal is very kind and responds to demands adequately. We received a free water and turkish tea a couple of times. Breakfast options are diverse and taste good. There are possibilities for ordering a transfer and excursions on place.

It seems like wifi is more suited for mobile phones than PC. My notebook was able to connect only a few times. But this is not bad thing at all, I think it has more to do with my school's privacy settings and VPN than with hotel wifi itself.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and always ready to help. The breakfast was wholesome with a variety of cheese types, eggs, potatos, salads, fresh veggies, Fruits, cereal and a variety of buns and biscuits.

There was a point where someone entered my room while I wasn't there and when I came back the doors were open. The management apologised however it's something I would definitely be mindful of.

Really happy with the service provided, all staff was friendly and helpful. Good location if your travelling with family as everything is within a walking distance. Highly recommended.

Everything. Basically, it was my wife, my 3 month old baby and me. Check-in was smooth. He gave me the keys and since I had the baby, I told him I'll pay later, he was very kind to oblige. I came back 1 hour later and paid. After checking out, we had a few hours to kill. We went on walking nearby to Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque and took the tram to Grand bazar and all. Every attraction is close by, Staff - The best Location - The best Breakfast - Nothing to ride home about, but good enough. Room and facilities - Really good for the price. No complaints. The best part - Since we were with the baby, after a short tour we came back and asked if we can pay and get a room for a few hours and use it to feed the baby. Sadly the hotel was full, BUT, here's the best part, they gave us one room, told us we can use it for free until 3 PM ( 1 hour ) because the housekeeping leaves at 3 PM. It was so kind of them to allow us to use a room without paying anything.

I like the location of the hotel. It is near to tourist attraction and a walking distance to Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious and clean. The balcony is spacious and comfortable to have tea with great view. Breakfast is good and more importantly, the staffs are friendly and helpful. I will like to thank Veysel who is assisting and helping me during my stay in Acra. He has been very helpful and friendly.

All good for now. Keep up the good work and the good service. I will surely come back to Acra if I return to Istanbul.

The whole experience was really good ! The hotel was in a very good spot in the city very close to Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed me to early check-in, they helped me to park my car infront of the hotel and arranged a taxi back to the airport. The room was good with all the facilities that I needed. The bathroom was clean and it was cleaned daily without even asking. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the old city !!

-- Hotel has high ratings here and at Trip Advisor but it seems that it goes through trough times: poor breakfast, especially compared to other hotels we stayed in Turkey, A/C controller needs battery replacement, wears and tears. -- While our room did indeed had a balcony, the rooms was really small: it was a triple (family) room and it did not have enough room for 3 people.

The property was located very close to the main attractions, tram station. The staff were super helpful and the room was spacious enough. The breakfast was decent enough with quite a few options. Most of the properties in the old city didn’t have a lift but this one had one! All in all we enjoyed our stay.

nothing as such apart from the heater kept running to keep it mild warm and once we had issue with hot water. But the staff were quick to jump on it to try and resolve.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wide variety of foods to choose from at breakfast. Good wifi connection. Cleaning staff were great and rooms were very clean Great location close to tourist sites such as the Blue mosque etc. Great food options near by. After eating at a number if places we found Turgut restaurant to be the best. Acra hotel 10/10. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, beautiful sea view and above all, the staff were exceptional - caring, hospitable and always on hand to help! We stayed for over a week, the staff looked after us day and night and even provided suhoor to our rooms early morning each day. If we needed anything, they were ready to help immediately.

The room was actually quite small - and considering the price, it didn't feel like fair value for money. The room felt suited to two people rather than three, and the bathroom was very small, even for a couple. Low ceiling height, not much space for storage, it can be crowded!
