We had amazing experience in Seatanbul. Great location with beautiful sea view, spacious room, the staff was nice and hospitable. Although this hotel does not have elevator, kind people help you to handle your suitcases. You can rent e.bike at front desk and have a pleasant time. The breakfast was delicious with gorgeous sea view. Good news for coffee lovers; you can grab the variety of coffee 24/7 from kitchen.

It would be great if there is an extra trash bin in the room and refresh shampoo everyday.

The hotel definitely provides perfect value for money! It is not luxurious, but it is all you need for your stay: fabulous location, stunning view from the breakfast balcony, clean and comfortable rooms. We could see the Blue Mosque from our balcony, the Hippodrome is 5 minutes away and there is a tram station nearby which provides quick access to the other sights you would probably like to visit. Last but not least, the staff assisted us in parking our car just in front of the hotel. They have a tourist agency on the first floor so they can also assist with guided tours and organised trips.

The breakfast was delicious but it is the same every morning. For us this was not a problem at all.

I travel with my wife from Mexico , we like to travel around the world and this was our first time in turkey , we arrived around 6 am in the morning 🌅 after 16 hours flight ✈️ the hotel had already our room ready 😊, they were waiting for us , they gave us an amazing Welcome , made us feel home 🏠,we booked the sea view room , we even got a terrace , everything was clean ,neat and useful, even a/c , we had breakfast included and it was Amazing , unlimited food , fruits , cereal , milk , juices, and the most important the view from the restaurant is just Outstanding, the location is THE BEST, you can arrive to the most important and turistic places WALKING, the hotel even rent bikes and can book tours for you Special thanks 🙏🙏 to the staff Adralyn , Kayhan , Oualid, Murat!!! And the restaurant lady she was always very sweet and nice . Rember to tip the staff they always make the extra mile to pamper you . Thank you so much for this amazing experience. Terrific Hotel Staff - special mention of Mr Kayhan, helped in multiple ways during the stay starting with the smooth checkin, guidance and recommendation on Istanbul attractions, navigation, Help on tours in other cities such as Cappadocia and a tasty breakfast. Location of the hotel is superb, near main attractions in Sultanahmet as well as next to the sea. 24 hrs grocery store next to the hotel made it easy. Arranging cabs was done very efficiently as well. Forex services were good as well.

Perhaps manage the allocation of sea facing rooms better.

All was very much OK. Nice stuff, positive and smiling, very helpful, offering many options, from city tours to shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast with the sea view, wifi, coffee in the room, fridge, very nice urban location... It is really good value for money, price of the stay was very good comparing the many small things you get... It is not expensive hotel, just 2 stars, so you do not expect luxury. But you get more then you pay. It is worth the money.

Very nice hotel! Clean, big room with a dressing room. Nice accomadation near with city center and tram station. Tasty breakfast and breakfast place has great view to the sea☺️

Hotel is very close to all great attractions of Istanbul (Sultanahmet). It is very well connected to other parts of town by tram. Personal was very kind and helpfull. Receptionist was very kind and helpfull when we wanted to book organized tours to explore city. The lady who served breakfast was very kind and welcoming with a big smile every morning. Whole stuff made us feel like we were hosted by a real turkish family. We really recommend this place to people who want to experience Istanbul with a resonable hotel price and an amazin wiev on Bosphorus.

The hotel is a bit outdated for those who don't like to deal with crazy shower that has no rules on water temperature, old door that makes you wonder if you will wake up all other guests and balcony door that doesn't close properly... sometimes you can easily hear other guesst through ventilation (evening time).

First of all, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They give us a room with a sea view as a gift. Thank you, Kayhan! Their restaurant is really nice, it is on the last floor of the hotel with a wonderful view to the sea and the breakfast was perfect as well. The location is very convenient, it is very close to museums, public transportation, parks, etc. Perfect place to stay for the price you pay!

First of all, you feel very welcomed by the stuff and by the great owner who made our stay very happy. The accommodation is situated in a very good area in Istanbul. it is very close to the centre and to the main attractions, shops, grocery shops and very close to the Sea of Marmara. we had a wonderful room with sea view and the stay was very pleasant.

The place is nice close to the most tourist attractions in Istanbul, like 10 min walk and you are the centre. There is a free street parking, but it's tricky to get free slots. The place also has a sea view rooms so if you spend a bit more you can have a sea view room. The breakfast was ok, but the place where you have the breakfast is better :) with terrace and sea view.

If you are not luck it will be hard to park your car. We could hear the noice from the mosque early in the morning like 4:30am, but you are in Istanbul so it's normal. Be prepared for this. The breakfast is similar every day the coffee is from instant machine, better drink a tea :) Everything else was ok. The tips are also welcome if staff carry your luggage to your room.
