Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking to Istiklal and 5 mins to Taksim Square and in a quite street Breakfast was very good Room was clean and comfortable Front desk allowed early check in at 8 AM free of charge Ms. Gozde and Mr. Ayhan at the breakfast restaurant were more than hospitable and helpful, they welcome guests and ask continuously if we need to drink anything Also Ms. Nour at house keeping was a very nice lady, she makes up the room very neatly and she was helpful and cooperative

Firstly, the location was fantastic! Being so close to Istiklal Street made it very convenient for us to explore the area. The room size was also impressive, offering plenty of space and maintaining a high level of cleanliness. However, we did find the bed size to be a bit smaller than expected, which affected our comfort slightly. On the other hand, the breakfast experience was somewhat average. While the selection was decent, most of the items were unfortunately cold. It would be wonderful if this could be improved in the future to enhance the overall dining experience. I must commend your staff, particularly Ayhan and Gozde. They were exceptionally helpful and attentive, truly adding a positive touch to our stay. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and well cared for.

I wanted to quickly bring up a small observation regarding breakfast area. It seems that the space is a bit limited, which might be causing some congestion during peak times. I thought it would be helpful to mention this so we can consider possible improvements or adjustments to make everyone's experience more comfortable.

I returned yesterday and completely fell in love with the city of Istanbul. What made my trip even more memorable was the incredible hotel experience. I sincerely want to thank Ahmed for his warm welcome on our first day and his exceptional support throughout our stay until checkout. I also want to express my gratitude to Serhat, who greeted us with a smile every time. Lastly, I can’t forget Ayhan and Gözde, who were incredibly kind, attentive to every detail, and whose presence at breakfast made every morning a delight. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mukarnas Taksim Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with a touch of classic elegance. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the stylish decor, reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing a first-class experience. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. What truly set my experience apart, however, was the outstanding service, particularly in the dining area. Ayhan and Gozde, two of the food service team members, went above and beyond to make every meal memorable. Ayhan’s attentiveness and friendly demeanor made dining a delight, while Gozde’s expertise and warm hospitality added a special touch to each meal. Their dedication to excellent service truly enhanced my stay and left a lasting impression. The variety and quality of the food were also remarkable. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary skills. Whether it was the sumptuous breakfast buffet or the exquisite dinner options, every meal was a culinary delight. In addition to the fantastic food and service, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. Being situated in Taksim, it provides easy access to some of the city’s most popular attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The property is very clean, the staff are extremely kind and helpful, the breakfasts are varied, and the service in the restaurant is simply phenomenal. Special mention goes to the pair from the restaurant, Gozde and Athan – they are incredibly pleasant, professional, and serve guests with a smile, catering to their every need. A wonderful duo! Overall, the service throughout the entire hotel deserves top marks – from the reception to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping team, who maintained perfect cleanliness in our room every day. The location is also excellent, with everything nearby and great public transport connections in the area. Thank you very much, and we highly recommend this property to everyone!

The hotel’s location is absolutely stellar. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. Exceptional welcome from the Reception team especially Mr. Moussa who was very friendly. The breakfast at the hotel is a standout feature. Each morning, a diverse and high-quality spread is available. I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the waitstaff Ayham and Gozde who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Cahida the housekeeper staff does an exceptional job maintaining a high standard of hygiene.

It is my 2nd year stay here. Loved it last year loved it more this year. Staff very helpful, courteous and attentive. Breakfast choices were amazing and happy to cater something different to please you. My special thanks and gratitude goes to the following staff whom made my stay amazing and memorable - Musa Bey - manager Ahmed- porter and my saviour when I needed something urgent from the shops Serhat and Sibel from the reception. Got the TV on so I can watch the England game with them Nur - my room service lady sorted the shower issue immediately You all are one hell of a team. I am booking this hotel again for October and this time going with my daughter I couldn't recommend this place enough and it was close and easy access to all the istanbul touris attractions. And I love istaklal caddesi which the hotel was around the corner but never had any sound complaint.

There was nothing I did not like

We chose Mukarnas due to its proximity to Taksim Square. The location is excellent, as walking to the hotel through Istiklal, one of the liveliest streets in Istanbul even late in the evening, gave us a sense of safety and joy. Also close by is the great neighborhood of Cihangir, where you can find great local bars. The room was nice and tidy, with adequate space and great air conditioning. The view was nothing special but it was worth it not having to deal with the noise from a street view room. The staff is the greatest advantage of this hotel. From cleaning to the reception and the breakfast (especially Gözde who always greeted us with a warm smile and our favorite breakfast drinks) all personnel was incredibly helpful making our visit there a lot smoother. Speaking of the breakfast, there was a lot of variety to fit every dietary need and the options, from fruits to sweet and savory foods, were all excellent. Overall Mukarnas offers a terrific value and can definitely recommend.

The location is near to taksim square, istiklal street but without the crowd. Facing the hotel theres turkish food and indonesian food. Walking distance to nepal-thai food and convenience store. Lots of food place near the hotel including Hafiz Mustafa. Hotel staffs very helpful from the reception to the breakfast staffs especially Ayran. He made us feel so welcomed. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Our room were on the first floor so we could hear the noises from the restaurant infront of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, ear plug might help but its not a major problem for us.

We had the wonderful stay in Mukarnas Taksim hotel. The manager was awesome he granted all our request and assisted us to booked tour and spa. The receptionist Ahmet was hospitable, friendly and helped us with everything we need. The breakfast had lots of choices and staff Ayhan and Gozde was super friendly and their service was great. The night shift gentleman in the reception was super helpful especially when i can’t open my bangle he helped us unlocked it . I would recommend this hotel for my family and friend . If we come back to Istanbul we will chose this hotel again.

Everything was great close to Istiklal street and Taksim square but not noisy at all. There’s nothing we didn’t like . No complained or whatsoever.
