The location of the hotel is great, really near to heaps of restaurants and bars. The facilities are really good, but was we loved more was all the stuff and how amazing and friendly they were during our stay, specially the guy at the restaurant.

We highly recommend staying at this hotel for the high standard cleanness, large and comfortable rooms, friendly stuff and convenient location. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh and varied choices daily. And well worth mentioning the extremely friendly and helpful stuff in the breakfast room, Muzaffer and Ayhan, caring for our every need and making sure we started the day in a positive mood. Thank you for your care!

The noise from the nearby restaurant bothered us for two nights as sound proofing is not that good.

I have just had a 3 night stay at this hotel and it was brilliant from checking in to everything the staff is really good and at reception sehat and I think Mr Yusuf or Musa old fella very good I had a little issue and Mr Musa sorted ,hotel location is very good the hotel is nice and clean but the location is very good close to everything Breakfast time the hospitality I received was more then 10 muzaafar I can't praise him enough every 2 mins came to the table to ask if I need anything else I was here in Istanbul in Nov stayed at a five star hotel but never got the service like I did at this hotel I would recommend this hotel to anyone if going in the future I will definitely coming back in the near future ,the management of the hotel is doing the right thing and educating the staff the correct way the staff all from reception to cleaning all very polite and nice

We stayed in Istanbul Mukarnas for one week and our experience was phenomenal. The property is super clean, and modern. The bedrooms are a good size and bedding comfortable. The location is prime as it was only a 1 minute walk to the lively Istiklal street. We walked everywhere and it didn’t feel exhausting as we always used Istiklal street to get to the bridge and cross over to Souk etc. The highlight of this hotel are the staff and service, especially: Housekeeping - extra special thanks to Nur!!- you are one of the most hard working and honest person I’ve come across and thank you for taking care of our room and always keeping it perfectly clean. I hope the hotel will reward you for your work. The breakfast waiters are always on top of things, making sure guests feel like they’re in a 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect

This is not my first stay. May be the 10th or 11th,, I lost count. But it is my first visit after a bit long time (February 2020) due to covid. Happy to see that the hotel is still keep up with its standards. Mr Moussa with his smiling welcome in the reception and the rest of the reception staff, helpful and cheerful as usual. Breakfast is still the same, nice and a good variety, the hosts, Ayan and Muzaffur very energetic and accommodating. Good Wifi. Rooms are clean and reasonable in size.

just people need to know that this is a busy area of Istanbul where shops opens for long hours, it sometimes become a bit noisy but not that annoying.

first i has been stay in this hotel for 5 times me and my family for many reasons : 1 - hotel is so clean 2 - hotel location is reasonable to any place in isteklal street also so near to taksim meydan 3 - breakfast is amazing have many categories and many item and include more than you need and the quantity of food to much and very fresh . 4 - staff is very smiley , helpful , active , personal clean , 5 - the hotel have very good staff under supervision of mr. MOSA he is great man do any thing to make your stay comfort , Mozafer , Ilhan , form restaurant very nice , active , smiley , clean and do to much effort and serve you as well , my recommend for them a bonus ( money & off day ) , also the staff in recaption are very helpful ( Mohamet , Sisible ) ( sorry if there mistake in names ) , house keeping is very clean staff and they clean the room as well and fill it of all you need ( shampo , shawer gil , teeth prush .....ETC )

Excellent location, central and still quiet. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, the maintenance of the entire hotel is excellent. All our requests were answered quickly and professionally. The breakfast was great - a large selection of cheeses, pastries, sausages, salads and fruit. Muzaffer and Ayhan, the dining room staff, took care of all the guests of the dining room, in an exceptional way. There is no doubt that they turned the stay at the hotel from very good to excellent. The housekeeping staff also was great, making sure every day to put a large bottle of water in the room. In general, the atmosphere among the employees themselves is very pleasant, respectful and friendly while ensuring professionalism and courtesy towards the guests. That in itself is heartwarming.

The service, the cleanliness and the help from staff exceeded my expectations. At one point I needed help with a jacket that had been purchased from the grand bazaar and staff went out of their way to try and resolve the problem by personally taking me to local stores. From the moment I arrived to when I left the service was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Ayhan and Getim were so lovely, kind and attentive. Every day they made sure I had everything I wanted for breakfast and offered things like omelette to be made if I required. The complimentary Turkish coffee was such a lovely gesture. This by far has been the best hotel I have stayed in because of the staff and service. Ayhan and Getim provide an exceptional service and made breakfast truly a welcoming and a good experience, every day!

It is not the first time in this hotel, as I have stayed in it more than once in the summer and winter for 6 years, and I hope that it maintains its standard. Of course, I always praise Mr. Musa at the reception, as well as the cheerful staff at the breakfast restaurant, Muzaffer and Ayhan, as they are committed to providing service and comfort for the guests.

Just a simple observation in the gym where the treadmills need maintenance as they are not working and this is not the first time I have noticed this .

Location. Breakfast (exceeded our expectations, with variety of hot and cold meals, salads, fruits, cakes etc.) Very attentive staff. During our stay Ayhan made our breakfast time enjoyable. Reception staff has been great, always ready to help. Unfortunately, we have not taken names but want to thank you to: - receptionist who booked for us afternoon tea at Pera Palace Hotel for Saturday 15/07/2023. - receptionist who booked a cab and helped us to move our bags to place where taxi driver awaited on 19/07/2023 morning.
