Location is perfect, especially when traveling for short period and wanting to see many things. Room is great for solo or couple. Astonishing view during breakfast. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and super kind. The receptionist helped us to get a taxi during peak hours. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel room looks a little bit old but this is typical hotel room in sultan ahmet. However, it is clean.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Tokapi Palace as well as interesting and historical areas around Sultanahmet. Very worthwhile. The room was clean and perfect for the three of us. Clean bathroom. Hotel staff like Mr. Sam, Mr. Constantine, Mr. Genghis Khan and another person whose name I forget, they were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping that regularly cleans the room and replaces towels. The Turkish breakfast is interesting and has a lot of options. A clean kitchen. Everything is good and very amazing. Leaving us with memories that will last a lifetime We will definitely stay here again if we go to Sultanahmet. There is nothing we don't like. Everything is fine

Great facilities and customer service. Especially by Hasan and Sam. Nearby to all the famous tourist attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly and always offering and helping with when you have things to do or places to go. Rooms very comfy with a view of the blue mosque. Great breakfast loads of choice and a beautiful view exactly like the one shown in the pictures! Airport shuttle service very efficient and prompt. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Will definitely be coming back again and booking this hotel!

- staff very friendfull, helpfull and very kind - the entire hotel and rooms was clean - good and consistent breakfast - EXCELENT LOCATION - 2 min walk to Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia - the roof terrace is awesome - view to both mosques For the ones 1st time in Istanbul, valid for the entire area and for all hotels and can be a minus for some people (it wasn't for us): - the rooms and buildings are small in the historycal area - in the night the public service are active and it can be noisy - around 4:30 am the first prayer call starts and can be disturbing for the ones with light sleep - the entire area is crowded with tourists so be patient - don't try to use personal car for visiting, you will end up in traffic jams especially in historycal area - choose wisely restaurants, try to find the ones where local people is eating.

Really lovely hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet, close to all main attractions in the area that can be easily reached by foot. Staff is fantastic, very friendly and helpful: the guys at the reception (special mention to Sam and Fatih), the cleaning ladies and the ladies serving breakfast on the terrace in the morning. Both room and bathroom were of a good size for two people and very clean. Hotel offers a breathtaking view on the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Bosphorus, with a terrace that can be accessed at any time of the day (or night!), not only for breakfast. We would definitely recommend and would happily return here for our next visit to Istanbul.

Breakfast was generally good and there was an OK selection of sweet options as well as plenty of savoury ones. Maybe a minor comment/suggestion would be to make sure that milk is kept cool in the fridge all the time when the weather is hot rather than leaving it on the breakfast table as on a couple of occasions it was warm and a bit off (but the 'breakfast ladies', who were nice and helpful, immediately replaced it with a new, cold one).

The location of this hotel is the best as it is very near the two famous mosques in Sultanahmet area. You can see the view of the both mosques from the hotel breakfast room. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Sam is very friendly and the other staff (I cannot remember his name exactly) helped us a lot to make our trip to Cappadocia possible. This is over my expectation. I feel really safe during the stay at Aristocrat Hotel. The hotel is clean. The room is not that big but has enough space for big baggage. Overall, I think I made the right decision to stay at Aristocrat Hotel.

Awesome location. A hearty breakfast spread. The staff were very friendly and super helpful especially with giving us information, arranging cruises etc.

I wish the room was bigger, it was small for a group of three. The elevator doesn’t go all the way to the rooftop where breakfast is served; the rooftop also offers the best views. This is a problem if you’re with elderly or aged people.

Nice hotel, very central. Slightly less modern as shown on photos, but perfect for a two days stay. Very decent breakfast of the perfect terrace with a stunning view.

We booked a shuttle for 6 to the airport with the help of the hotel's stuff. We paid this directly to the hotel. When the suttle was late the hotel did not want to cancle it upon our request. We nevertheless came on time, but the shuttle was very poor mantained, A/C not working .

What a great experience! The staff (EVERYONE) went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great time in Istanbul. They assisted us by booking tours and a dinner cruise. They always greeted us with a smile and checked on us daily. The location was perfect! A lot of restaurant nearby. We booked the family room and had a great view of the mosques (Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia- less than 1 minute away of walking). Nice view of the sea as well. Clean hotel and comfortable beds. The restaurant on the 7the floor had amazing views of the mosques/sea. A lot of food options. I can't wait till next year to return. Keep up the good work!
