The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful especially Şerif! The view of the Bosphorus from our and from the terrace was stunning. It is very convenient that it has a mini market downstairs.

The building has no elevator so you have to use the stairs which sometimes is a bit tiring (we stayed at the third floor and the breakfast is served at the forth) The room had a radiator that worked all the time and there was no way to turn it off so the room would get really hot especially in the morning when the sun was hitting our windows. Apart from that there weren't enough curtains for all the windows and the room was facing the east so every morning we were waking up from the sun and the heat

Hotel has really great location. Just about 450 metres from Hagia Sophia. Very nice terrace for breakfast and other meals. Breakfast is really rich and everyone can choose what they want to eat. Personal was also very nice and helpful. Next to hotel is small market and you can buy there a lot of stuff.

I don't recommend this hotel to immobile people. There are a lot of stairs and no lift. The street is very noisy until late night hours which you can hear through closed windows (earplugs necessary). You will not have enough of sleep if you are a lightsleeper because every day the prayers starts at 6 a.m. Also curtains are not wide enough (take a sleeping mask with you if you preffer to sleep with enough dark). Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. which is quite late for someone who wants to explore the city from early morning.

Tha staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We felt ourselves like at home. You can have breakfast on the roof terrace. The view from the terrace is wonderful. You can see even Bosphorus from there. The hotel is in the center, walking distance from all the sights in Sultanahmet. The hotel helped us to book also a parking place in the near. Water and tea is free all day. The rooms and bathrooms were clean.

We had two rooms: the double room was very tiny, we couldn't even put down our bags. The window was very small and faced to a narrow backyard, you could not air the room. The other (triple) room was ok. There is no elevator in the building (it was not a problem for us, but maybe it is important for other guests), the whole building is extremely narrow, even the staircase, but all together we could have everything we need.

My sea view room was bright, spacious and very comfortable, with a charming vista stretching down to the Marmara Sea. The hotel is in the heart of Sultanamet, close to many attraction and 7 mins walk from the nearest metro. Breakfast was grand. It’s family-run, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very small building (has only 7 rooms), superbly located next to the blue Mosque, on a very nice, almost pedestrian wide street. Tourists and noise on the street are perfectly acceptable. The street itself is clean and tidy. The room (on 3 floor, no elevator) has a wall-wide terrace window with a wonderful view to the Bosporus. A very comfortable bed. I was very pleased that the room provided the electric kettle and tea and coffee bags. Included really very nice breakfast on 4 floor room also with terrace windows.

Of course, the building is old, the ladder is narrow (but it can be treat as a nice feature as well!...) the room has some defects, but everything is quite clean and comfortable/

This is a top hotel in Istanbul for short stays. I highly recommend it for a city break or a one-night stop. The front desk management is awesome. A beautiful terrace is available at the top level. They keep you permanently updated about your stay through WhatsApp. Turkish hospitality at its best. The shuttle for the airport they provide is also great.

Just keep in mind that the stairs are steep. So, if you have a lot of luggage, it may be challenging. On the other side, I am sure you can get help from the receptionist.

Small hotel in a perfect location to explore Sultanahmet and the main sights. Easy to resch via Tram. Safe to go there even alone at night since its located in a very busy and lively street with lots of people. Very friendly staff, super clean room, good bed, nice terrace for breakfast and evenings, very good and fresh breakfast.

Due to it’s central location the hotel is squeezed inbetween a lot of restaurants and bars that are very noisy and play loud music basically the whole night until the early morning. If you have earplugs and can close the windows it’s ok, but if it’s hot and you need air its just very loud at night.

Location, room was ok, small but ok if you are not travelling with many suitcases, breakfast was ok (average Turkish plate), not many hot options like other places.

The access is pretty awkward if you are not fit or if you have to carry your luggage up the stairs (reception is in the 1st floor). The receptionist at night is always sleeping upstairs, we asked him for water and he said tomorrow.

I loved the location of the hotel and the fact that the staff was very friendly. They would regularly check up on us on whatsapp offering help with arrival in case it is needed, as well as providing us breakfast before the usual time as we had to catch our plane very early.

The stairway is a bit steep and small, you need to be careful as you climb it. The room curtains need to be a bit wider because it is very hard to fully cover the windows, some people are not bothered by it, however I prefer it that way.

It was one of my best experience in turkey. The staff are so helpful, especially the lady who works in the kitchen prepares a magnificent breakfast. They provide you an airport transfer for 40 € to IST which is hassle-free. I strongly recommend this property if you prefere to stay in Sultanahmet area.

Everything was perfect but just to mention the property has narrow stairs but not a big deal at all.
