Great location- only 3 mins walk away from blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Close to main visiting sites 10 min walk from Grand bazaar. The hotel had good decor and design Really nice breakfast with ample choice. One of the best coffee's in hotel🙂 The staff on reception and kitchen were so helpful,friendly and accomodating with requests. I would recommend and stay again if revisiting. Thank you to all the staff at Nayla Palace.

Requested ground floor room for convenience but unfortunately meant sacraficing a view and waa facing another apartment and blocked view/ natural light which was disappointing, did request to change to better room but told none available. The bathroom felt quite cold when temperature dropped and not having any heating system meant there was nothing to be done when needing to use facilities.😒

It’s a lovely, small hotel in the very city centre. Amazing location, a minute or two from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room was quite small, but very cosy and comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean, they also have a daily room service. The breakfast is held on a terrace with a truly beautiful view, both on Hagia Sophia and Bosphorus - we absolutely loved it! The choice could be a bit bigger, but it’s totally fine for a couple of days - we never left hungry. Extra point for a nice variety of Turkish mezes! Last, but not least - very kind and helpful staff, we felt very much welcomed, we could ask any questions and eventually we were able to leave our bags for a couple of hours after the check-out. The quality was very high, especially for this budget - we enjoyed our stay and can 100% recommend :)

The location of this little hotel is superb, it is within couple of minutes of walk to Hagia Sofia and many amazing restaurants. Little quiet street in a very busy area. The hotel has a restaurant on site so evening meal is possible without leaving the hotel. The beds and linen were clean, towels changed on the request. The breakfast was good, but very repetitive. Nice view.

While the hotel is in quiet street, you could hear calls for prayers, it felt like we are right outside the mosque. The breakfast was good, but very repetitive, coffee machine didn't work and we were not offered a substitute. The breakfast buffet was not stocked up by staff so if the food run out it was pretty much hard luck (aim for 8am). We have had our first evening meal here, while the food was good, it was more pricey than the restaurants near by. Also, there is no atmosphere. It felt very quiet and unwelcoming.

Location was fantastic, staff very helpful , the shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast room with great views.

Rooms a little on the small side but not a problem as generally you only go to sleep there. The extra paid for sea view wasn’t really worth the money .

Perfect location next to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The tram is very close. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide range of delicious and fresh food. The bed was very comfortable. The best was the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. They took great care of us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back. Nayla palace locates in a very convenient place where you may walk to the blue mosque or Hagia Sophia in minutes. The bed is very comfortable. The lift would save you from taking heavy luggage by stairs. You may enjoy breakfast at the top terrace with a fabulous view in the morning. The staff are friendly and helpful, they helped us to book the taxi to and from the airport.

Excellent location, professional and kind staff always available for every request. They speak English well.Our room, although a little small, had a very comfortable bed, quiet and clean. From our hotel we could reach the major monuments such as Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque as well as the Basilica Cistern in just three minutes. The breakfast, as per the booking description, is plentiful and typically Turkish, therefore nothing to say except that we had to easily adapt.We highly recommend this hotel.

The organized transfer from the airport to the hotel, upon our arrival was crazy due to the huge delay .... of about an hour from the agreed time. We recommend a taxi.

Excellent breakfast. They serve it on an open terrace that has a beautiful view of the sea. Many choices from boiled eggs to different types of jams and coffee . The room for 3 was small but it did not affect us because we spent most of the time outside sightseeing. Fresh clean towels and plenty of toiletries. One minute walk to Sultan Ahmed. Very helpful staff. Ramo who helps in the restaurant in the morning is very attentive to details and very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.

the hotel is located in an excellent location, close proximity to monuments, restaurants... The room is smaller but cozy, it was cleaned every day. The staff was very nice, fun, helpful at every hour. Breakfast was excellent with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. Option to book through the hotel for excursions, massage etc. Thank you Ferhat, Eyup, it was nice to meet you, you made my stay in Istanbul more beautiful.

The location was great; Great view of the church and the sea for breakfast on the terrace restaurant.

There is no parking - we especially booked this place, because it said there would be free parking, but the reality was there are 2 parking spaces on the street, which are always taken and I am not sure they are even alocated to the hotel.
