We booked a family room and a double room. The rooms were side by side as we requested. Both were quite spacious (bigger than the majority of the hotels) and well equipped. Shower and hot water were nice with good water pressure. The matresses on the beds were very confortable (medium/hard as we like). Cleaness was 5 stars with daily cleaning service and towels change. Wifi is also very good with enough speed and coverage of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms had heating system and Air conditioned. Free water and coffee on the bedrooms. The location of the hotel is perfect near a lots of restaurantes in the center of Sultanahmet area. Public transports (tram T1 line) is 400 meters from the hotel. For sure we'll return in a future and we can recomend this hotel.

The only things we can comment are: - Breakfast could have more varied although has the minimum required. - The soundproofing of the rooms could be better.

The room is spacious, it has everything you need, bottled water and instant coffee are replenished in the room every day at no extra charge. Cleanliness is at a high level. Breakfast is good and have a lot of options.

The room should have more direct lighting (like chandelier or similar), there is indirect lighting from lamps and ceiling which is not sufficient. Our room did not have good view from the window (we were looking at the neighboring building so we couldn't use full natural light), so we had to have curtains drawn over the windows for the most of the time.

The breakfast was truly delightful. The location, as well, proved to be perfect—conveniently situated, allowing us to reach everything on foot. Additionally, I would like to extend my appreciation for the thoughtful gesture when we requested some fruit for an early morning flight. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised with tasty sandwiches, which were a perfect and much-appreciated choice. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

I found the pillow to be quite firm, which impacted my comfort during the night. I understand that personal preferences may vary, and this is simply a subjective observation. It seems that the street can be noisy until 3 am. As a suggestion, if a guest values a quieter environment for a good night's sleep, it might be beneficial to inquire about rooms situated on the opposite side of the street. I appreciate your flexibility in addressing this matter, as there was no problem changing the room during my stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Lovely and authentic area 5 minutes walk to the blue mosque and Sulantahmet. Grand bazar is 15 min walk. If you want to see them all and do some shopping you need at least 3 days. If you just want to see and move on then one day is enough. Hotel does not have a restaurant but there are lots of restaurants in the area.

The pillows and the mattress was ok, but not too comfortable. Specially the pillows could have been softer.

The location is excellent, within walking distance you can approach the blue mosque, cistern, and other main sightings, as well as the beach. There are serveral restaurants, markets and bazar nearby, thus it’s very convenient. We booked breakfast buffet as well, they offer Turkish breakfast with various cheese, jams, tea, coffee fruits. The stuff are very friendly as well.

The sound insulation is not very good, so we can’t hear our neighbors open/close the door, otherwise everything is fine.

The location was perfect…. walking distance to all the important sights. The breakfast that was included was great. The family who own and run the hotel were all wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk in the evening, Atakan, took the time to show us the location of all the sights that interested us and also arranged for our early morning taxi to the airport. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was just right. We recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul.

All was clean and comfortable… We liked everything.

The location is great! A few minutes away from the historic sites. The street is full of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and warm with street view. The beds were large and comfortable. Bathroom small but with big shower and nice hot water. Enough light for makeup ! The breakfast was good but o thing special.

The room was noisy, it was like being on the street. The staff was there, but almost inexistent … they weren’t as friendly and didn’t want to make much conversation. They didn’t recommend anything.

Perfect central location for all the main sights like the Aya Sofia, 5 minutes walking distance .. really well thought out rooms, tea coffee and mini fridge.. hotel were really helpful in sorting us out with a car to take us to the airport at short notice.

One of our rooms faced the street and as it’s opposite the Irish pub where on the first night the music was loud we struggled to sleep but they do switch off fairly early before midnight and for some reason it didn’t happen on the other nights of our stay. Breakfast is nothing special.

Great location. Few minutes walk to Haga Sophia and Blue mosque. Just under the hotel you will find many restaurants and mini markets. The street is very lively and entertaining. Staff were extremely helpful, especially when we forgot one of our bags in the hotel on our way to the airport. Hotel staff organised a taxi to bring our bag to us and followed up with us until we received it. Excellent service! Thank you.

Nothing. Good value for money

The hotel is conveniently located in proximity to main attractions and public transportation. It's clean, welcoming. All the stuff is very friendly and accommodating to any requests, they provided all the information we were looking for. We had no issues with any of the facilities in the hotel. We felt very much at home there.

Hotel is located on a small but busy street with lots of restaurants and an Irish Pub across the street. Pub gets very loud at night, especially on a weekend. This was the only drawback of the hotel.
