The cleanness of the room is on the level of 5 star hotel. We are very thankful to the person on the reception who gave us few tips and tricks regarding the attractions nearby, how to avoid busy lines, etc...the breakfast was ok, everything that u need, plus some very interesting local food things to try.

the room was close to the street , and there was traffic by, but its something that u expect in the city center.

amazing location. So many great restaurants around and walking distance to blue mosque and all the sights. Public transport close by too. I loved this accomodation so much. The breakfast was incredible and as a budget solo traveller having such a large breakfast and then snacks available in the afternoon helped when trying to spend less money Sitting on the balcony and looking straight out to the Blue Mosque was a pinch me moment, so special. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Beautiful hammam , the room was incredibly spacious and topped up daily with treats and water and fresh towels etc, bed was sooo comfy

Location is very good, blue mosque, sophia mosque, and topkapi palace are in walking distance. Tram line is also not far at all. Amazing views from the breakfast place. Breakfast also is good, there is a variety of food, and you get fresh orange juice and eggs made by your preference. Staff are genuinely very friendly and helpful. Anas, Mustafa and Ramadan, all of them were super helpful, and accommodating.

We were staying on 4th floor, and they didnt have a lift. They were building a lift which should be done by the next time I visit and stay at this place.

EVERYTHING! My wife and I stayed at Best Point Hotel for 7 days and had the most special experience. We were looked after with such care, compassion and love. Our standard room was immaculate only to be kindly upgraded to experience the hamam double room! A very pleasant surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed both rooms, the delicious breakfast, the beautiful Terrance, the gorgeous tea and of course everything in between. We would like to specifically thank the gentlemen that welcomed us on our first night. We were given in-depth information about the city and activities we can partake in and the best most cost-effective areas to shop from. We have forgotten their names (maybe Mohamed, Jilnah and the youngest man with swoop hairstyle) but we will never forget their kindness! Also, a huge thank you to the woman who cooked us breakfast and all the lovely cleaners and men that carried our bags. We recommend Best Point Hotel, and will return once we are in Istanbul. Thanks again!

Very well located. Literatry some 5-10 min walk from the major sightseeing places, and at the same time in a quieter end of the street (with room from the back of the building I did not have any disturbance). Very helpful staff - assisting with all issues I was coming up (from booking a place at the hammam, assistance with sending postcards, booking taxis to the airport etc.). A bit tricky with the stairs but staff is assisting you with the suitcases. Best choice I could have made :) I was on the ground floor which in fact from the back was somewhat below street level but still had a small back 'patio'. Room features small fridge which was helpful :) and a really nice small private hammam :)

Nothing really .. If I really have to be very picky - the view from the restaurant features not only the nice view on the mosques but also other rooftops and the part outside is rathter small (just few tables). But seriously - if you have rooftop restaurant you really should expect that you will see also other ... roofs ;)

So far one of the best hotels I’ve been in my life!! I loved everything about this place! The stuff were very friendly, helpful, they are always with a smile in the face ready to help us anytime! The food was amazing!! The tea time was very cool, because it wasn’t only cookies and tee, but also a whole meal included, which was very surprising and good!! Everything was very clean, the room with plenty of water and cookies for us to help yourselves. The Turkish Style Bathroom was something else, very beautiful! it is very well located, close to beautiful and famous places, only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this place!! And can’t wait to come back! If you like to stay somewhere that will make you feel like home, that’s the right choice!!

The interior design was wonderful, as well as the location. There is very little we can complain about. We had a beyond great experience. The place was clean and beautiful. The staff was polite and helpful. They even arranged a surprise for my birthday by decorating our room.

One of the additional beds was quite uncomfortable, but everything else was perfect, including the other beds, which were extremely soft and comfortable.

Hotel was very central to all the tourist attractions. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. Lots of local restaurants near by.

The hotel does not have elevator access to higher floors so need to consider this if you don't like taking the stairs.
