Location and cleanness

Breakfast items are not sufficient

Location is excellent, near historic centre and Haghia Sophia and also there are restaurants and bars very near. Also is close to the Bosphorus shore. Rooms are like on the pictures, clean and in good condition. Breakfast is ok and normal for that price range. Staff people are very ok and 24/7. They are cleaning the room everyday and also replacing the towels. Payed private parking is near the hotel. In one word the hotel is worth for the money and I truly recommend it.

I only recommend to replace the towels with brand new. They have terrace with extra view, bad thing that its not in function. Everything else was ok

The location of the hotel was very good and quiet. Walking distance to all historical monuments. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mr. Cihan was helped us to organise tours during our Istanbul vacation and made reservations. The rooms were big and clean.the beds were comfortable.daily room cleaning was done.there was a lot of variety at breakfast and it was very delicious.the ladies at breakfast were friendly and served us well. they make omelet on request. Everything was perfect. When I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here again. I recommend it to everyone.

First of all, the location of the hotel is great.it is located in the center of the historical district.it is within walking distance to everywhere.you do not need to use public transportation.You have walk just 4-5 minutes to get square.Also you can get 3-4 minutes to sea side by walking.Location is quiet.The rooms are very clean and the bed comfort is very good.the rooms are cleaned daily.tea and coffee are left in the rooms daily.AC is working very well.The staff is friendly and helpful.they organized our tours and airport transfers in Istanbul.I especially recommend the evening bosphorus dinner cruise to everyone.You will love it.For this, it is enough to tell the reception.Mr. Cihan, the manager of the hotel, helped us in everything and made our holiday very nice.Internet speed was great as well.Wifi is working very well.Breakfast varieties were sufficient and delicious.Omelette and toast are given according to request.everything was perfect.There is a very nice view on the terrace.It was said that a restaurant will be built there in the near future.This would be really perfect.When we come to Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here again.I recommend it to everyone.

Great location. Easy walking distance to most of the main attractions eg hagia Sofia, blue Mosque, hippodrome etc within 5 to 10 min depending on your walking pace, grand bazaar about 20 mins. Staff were very accommodating for us. We did 2 separate tours that had us away from the hotel for 5 days in between stays and they allowed us to keep our luggage and even delivered to our new room. Easy check in and check out with 24 hr reception. Room has all the basic needs. Breakfast was not as flashy as other places we stayed in turkey, but had the basics.

Full Breakfast and wide choice. Staff was very kind to cook/help with extra requests during breakfast. Big rooms, a lot of space, heigh ceiling, good vibe. Welcoming çai(tea). Kind, friendly, respectful, helpful staff. Ready for any request. Very good location, in the center on Sultanahmet. My first choice for the next time in Istanbul.

Terrace under construction. (Serving the breakfast in terrace will be much better than in -1 floor) Some of the mattress were ripped and old. No Acustic isolation, we could hear a bit the other room. Hand washing empty in the bathroom.

The location is really SPOT ON! The area is very cute, with a lot of small romantic shops, restaurants and bars. Really a 5min walk to the Blue Mosque and the Bazar next to it. Also a 10min walk to the boardwalk at the sea. 10mins to Top kapi. Also, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

We booked 2 rooms for the 2 families we travelled. The one with the sea view was really nice with great view, but wasn't well cleaned - the floor was dirty upon check in and the bins weren't empty. We didn't complain. The day after - it was cleaned. The other, on the lower had really a bad odor from the bathroom but was well cleaned.

The location was ideal! Safe and clean and a perfect fir for what we were looking for. Ismail was extremely helpful and patient with our questions and needs. The convenience of a lift was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the simple and delicious breakfast every morning before we set out on our adventures. We have already recommended the hotel to colleagues who hope to visit soon. Also, I recommend Dubb Restaurant down the street for lunch or dinner, too. Staff there was welcoming (without being pushy) and the atmosphere and food were terrific. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Hotel is clean(see the other section though), staff is friendly (especially Ilnur, who took pains to improve my Turkish and also helped otherwise), convenient and relatively quiet location. This is probably irrelevant, but we were lucky to get a free upgrade to a larger room with the sea and Bosphorus view, just great.

Bathrooms were visually very clean, however at times there was a sewage smell. Perhaps there was a problem with the water lock. Probably this got fixed.

The Manager (Celik Cehan) is awesome and nice. He is a great manager. And again, all the staff are great ( Manager, the receptionists, customer service, and the Uzbek Housekeepers). This hotel is neat and always in good condition and will definitely recommend it for those going to Instanbul for vacation.
