The service from start to finish was excellent during our stay. We were offered drinks/tea/coffee while we checked in and a member of staff took our bags to our room, which was a simple but effective gesture. The breakfast was excellent and included whatever style eggs made fresh from the chef every morning. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal as it was a quick 2 minute walk to the Blue Mosque but down a street away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were large and the Turkish bath was an amazing facility to have in the room. They were cleaned every day and a fresh bottle of water was always left. I couldn’t recommend this property more especially if it’s your first time staying in Istanbul.

This hotel was a lovely stay. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so kind and attentive! The location is amazing, both mosques are a five minute walk away, and other sights like the Grand Bazaar and the Palace are within a 20 minute walk. The hotel staff were also great at helping us organise activities to do during our stay!

There were large garbage bins outside our room which would cause a bit of a smell outside but you can’t smell anything inside the room.

This little hotel is right in the middle of the action in Sultanamet, easy walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room is simple and clean. The rooftop restaurant has an incredible view of the Bosphorus. The staff is unbelievably helpful and kind, they were welcoming at 11 pm when we arrived late, and up early to help us find our tour bus at 6:30 am. The desk manager helped me decide if my outfit was ok (modest enough) for the mosques. A nearby restaurant on the same street- Dubb - is amazing and welcoming. We could not have been happier. FYI the streets are so narrow and close in this area you often are better walking than waiting for a cab. It was 100 degrees but worth it.

Room: Clean, spacious room with updated decor and air-conditioning. Comfortable firm mattress. Had full single bed for sharing room with teen (rather than pullout couch). Clean bathroom with Jacuzzi-type bath and good shower pressure. Useful ‘hotel bathroom bits’ available. Fantastic sizeable balcony where one could sit and enjoy refreshments. Location: walking distance to several of the main attractions of Old Town eg Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and Basilica Cistern (all within 10 minutes walking and tour pick-up not necessary or if wish avoid terrible Istanbul traffic & one ways). Food: Breakfast v g and possible to order fresh omelettes which were super-tasty and set you up to the day of sight-seeing. Service: excellent. Staff available and helpful. At one I needed assistance with a rental car company related botched booking and one of the team in the lobby went well above and beyond in dealing with the company in Turkish on our behalf. It was later I found out he is the owner! This kind of hospitable service was memorable and we recommend this hotel highly over some 5star classically rated hotels we have stayed in for that reason.

Area understandably as touristy as they come and approached with the ‘sales pitch’ when walking past shops & restaurants but, as our first tourist trip to Istanbul, we saw as part of the experience. Slightly challenging to find the entrance initially. It is attached to a restaurant in the parallel road, which one can walk through to the hotel, if taxi driver confused (as outs was).

Decent property with great location in close proximity to primary sightseeing spots in the old city. We had a room with a terrace which was spacious and nice. The room was clean and had everything one needs for a short stay. The only issue for us was not working AC. It gets pretty hot in the room when it’s above 24 Celsius outside. The staff was very responsive and have tried to fix the AC, however there wasn’t any luck in the first two nights out of three we had. For the second night when it was obvious that AC wasn’t going to work again, they offered another room in addition to the one with broken AC for us to stay for the night, while they fix the AC. We used the opportunity and the night went well. Not the most convenient thing to live in two rooms when you are only staying for three nights, however we truly appreciated the problem-solving approach of the staff. They also offered a free dinner for our last stay as an apology for the inconvenience of the first two nights, which we thought was very nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay, the hotel and welcoming staff!

The hotel is situated in the very center of old Istanbul, five minutes by foot from the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia and ten min from the Topkapi palace. The street is a bit noisy in the evening, but you'd have an endless choice of restaurants and shops once you step out. Getting around Istanbul was not easy due to heavy traffic, which we understood when we took a hop on hop off bus, so we appreciated staying that close to the main sights. The staff was super friendly and helpful, responding within minutes via WhatsApp. We stayed in a family room with three bedrooms and a living room which was more than enough. The kitchen is equipped with basic stuff but we didn't cook preferring to eat out. All nearby restaurants were open starting from breakfast until late.

Maybe that the street is a bit noisy until late, but it's often a trade in when you stay in central location. No bars and loud music though.

The whole apartment was great, clean and fully equipped. The only problem I have is I didn't have enough people to fill up the spacious rooms and accommodation; space was huge good for a big group. The unit is adequate, clean and cozy. Since it's an apartment, it came with all the amenities including kitchen ware. The Mart downstairs was very convenient and complete. The Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating all throughout our stay. Anything we needed, they were there to attend to us and make sure we're comfortable. Breakfast on the roof deck was also great, food was delicious and Chef and staff also ensured we're well taken cared off especially my kids. Thank you to management, front desk and staff for a job well done!

Internet was intermittent in the apartment. I have reported to the hotel. I am sure they'll attend to this quickly and resolve it.

My daughter said the hotel feels so homey. What we like the most is the spacious room we have for 3 peoples and 5 luggage!! Location is superb ! short walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace also there is less crowded Arasta market nearby too where you can take a shortcut to go to the blue mosque. Plenty of restaurant around the hotel yet they are at the quite place. very happy with our stay here. The reception staff are nice and helpful too of course. The restaurant staff is even more friendly. We got baklava every single morning. The chef at the egg station always offering tea, coffee and egg.

A little more variation on the breakfast menu will be good :)

The staff were very nice and super friendly, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was superb.. The location is very central close to most of the tourist attractions and 5 min walking to the sultanahmet tram station.

-We asked for extra blankets and they were very dusty. -The location its very tourist which is a good thing and a bad thing because the area is like a tourist trap were everything is so pricy compared to other places including the food and the taxi drivers in the area will try to scam you!! of course this has nothing to do with the hotel but if you stay in the area beware of the taxi drivers..

Excellent location. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and 3 double rooms in the hotel. The apartment was spacious. An excellent home from home with a smart. TV,.and dishwasher. The kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. The 3 double bedrooms in the hotel were good. Clean and bright.

The a.c in one room of the hotel was semi functioning. The breakfast in the hotel was a bit repetitive. It needs more variety.
