Location was great and close to everything...walking distance. Facilities were basic but clean. Roof top terrace nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful specially Gunduz

Construction work early hours noise so sleepless nights. Rooms need rennovating as stuck in past tense

The location was quite good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite good.

Room cleaning was quite poor. They essentially just changed the towels and organized the table. Furthermore the room cleaners were quite rude. They openly mocked visitors who did not speak the local language.

Nice friendly hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful from reseption to the cleaning staff nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stop here again close to everything you need the staff should be applauded for there hard work.

The only little down side should invest in a toaster for us British loving toast lovers.

Brilliant location (just a few minute walk to Hagia Sofia & Blue Mosque), and in the evening it is lively and you have options to have a drink in the surrounding area. The staff is very polite and everything was great from their side - our flight was in the afternoon so they took care of our bags while we took the opportunity to explore the city a bit more in the morning. Also, the breakfast was good. The whole hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

The hotel amenities (e.g. the bathroom) are a bit outdated, but they are very clean. Also, the rooms appear a bit bigger in the pictures than they are in person.

The breakfast was great with some minor changes each day to keep it from getting boring. Love the location. There are a ton of restaurants right outside the hotel and around the corner. We had an ocean view and was a five minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Two more minutes to the Sultan Ahmet metro station. The rooftop bar had a limited selection of drinks, but a great view and nice cool breeze on summer nights.The staff were great, especially Hola Su Yüzbasi, she is awesome!

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff - especially one Manager named Erol (sp?). Excellent breakfast included.

My room overlooked the road on the second floor. It’s a small road, but the honking/street noise woke me up a few times each night.

Located really close to the historic part (Sultanakhmet). It has its pros and cons (not related to the hotel): close to everything but the area is a bit crowded and pricy too. The stuff was really helpful. A grocery shop and plenty of restaurants in proximity. The room was clean and (rather) newly furnished.

We had a broken lamp in the bathroom but this is really small a complain but we enjoyed our stay overall. Also, the prices in the mini-bar were really high (although, bottled water in Turkey is cheap).
