The staff is among the friendliest and most professional staff we've meet. The rooms are very clean and they had a fresh smell. Room service was excellent. It was like we received a new room every day. The breakfast is realy good! Lots of turkish dishes. The location is really good too. You can reach most of the places of interest in that area by foot in 20 minutes and public transport to everywhere else in 10. The photos for this property are very accurate. We enjoyed eating our breakfast every morning on theit balcony :). Great staff, clean rooms in an exellent location. What else could you ask for? 10/10

Nothing to do with the hotel - just super difficult to find if you don’t have data for abroad (it’s very expensive through a lot of UK phone providers!). however we bought a map and that helped! 😀 only thing is we never got our toilet roll topped up in the room, so had to go downstairs each night to get some - but again, staff super helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beyazit Palace hotel. We chose the half-board option as we were travelling with a child. We had a triple room and it suited our needs. The room was cleaned every day and the hotel was in general clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. The salad bar had especially a good selection. Our dinner experience was also great. Grilled fish, lamb kebab, Adana kebab and more. Portions were of a good size and the food was tasty. We will definitely recommend Beyazit Palace hotel to our friends. Thanks for the great week in Istanbul.

I enjoyed my stay, this is my fifth time in Istanbul, so i tried several hotels and this one is my favorite: - very friendly staff, like really! - close to Laleli T1 station, like 3min, you don't have to walk uphills, you are between Sultan Ahmet and Fatih, also Aksaray is closeby if you take the havaist bus to airport - free breakfast on 6th floor with nice view on marmara see - price/value is top - clean rooms and beds - possibility of 3 bed room I really recommend you to stay here !

Good friendly staff. Room was comfortable and size was reasonable. Room facilities was good. Not too noisy and breakfast location was excellent on the 6th floor with lovely view.

Breakfast was ok but needs improvement in hot food which were not enough. The location of the hotel could be better. Most of the taxis do not come to the hotel as the area is mainly for walking but you can get tram from nearby.

THE BEST HOTEL IN ISTANBUL!! VERY NEAR TO TRAM STATION AND SHOPS. NEAR GRAND BAAZAR. We arrived at night, after weeks travelled to 6 countries. The hotel is SUPERB! All staffs are good. They welcomed us very well at the entrance with smiles and greetings. Very professional and good. The room is modern, condusive, beds are wonderful, spotless clean. Linens and beds are all new. All staffs are good. They helped us a lot with luggages, phone charges, adapters and everything. Food at their restaurant at 6th floor is very good and tasty. The beef pie is the best. SENER is the best. Get him for help. Best hotel.

The receptionist staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The place was kept very clean, and the shower was good.

The Breakfast was not to my liking. It consisted of mostly cheese, bread, fruit and veggies. There was watery scrambled eggs and over cooked boiled eggs as well. I stayed there a total of 5 nights on 2 separate occasions. We had to end up getting breakfast elsewhere. The chef refused to even make a fried egg. This was extremely disappointing. I also stayed in hotels in Cappadocia, Pammukkale, Fethiye and Antalya. It was by far the worst breakfast. I felt like I was in prison and the warden told me to eat what I was given

The location of the hotel is close the tram and Metro. The area is like a shopping district with many shops. The staff (especially Mr. Tayfun) was very friendly and helpful; and tried their best to find a solution for any problem we faced.

Although the location is in the middle of the old town, it is not preferable to stay if you have kids. Taxis are not allowed to enter the area from 10 am to 9 pm. It is also difficult (and not safe) to walk with the kids to the public stations. Breakfast was moderate (very limited changes everyday).

All the staff were very nice and helpful And always smiling and wanting to help Very friendly Rayyan was very helpful and cheerful
