Great location for Old Town Istanbul, Grand Bazaar is a 300m walk 🚶‍♂️. Great shops nearby and T1 tramway on your doorstop. Breakfast is great, only disappointment is that the chefs 👨‍🍳 are not adept enough to make rhin crepes!

There is no swimming pool in the hotel!!

Istanbul's Double Tree Hilton Old Town is a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to all the tourist attractions, including the Sultan's mosque, Ayasofia, the Grand Bazaar, and the railway station. The room was very pleasant; it was spacious, cozy, and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I would like to send my special thanks to the room manager, Mr. Serkan DUYGAN, and all the team. They have been friendly, very hospitable and helpful and made us feel at home, which impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stay, I will definitely check into Double Tree Hilton Old Town again. I recommend it highly!

We chose the DoubleTree hotel near the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, having had positive experiences with the chain before. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious and perfect, making our initial impression quite positive. However, the only drawback was the defective mattress, which was full of undulations. It made sleeping extremely uncomfortable, and we woke up with aches.

Amazingggg Breakfast . A variety of fruit and Cereals . Cleanliness was the best and friendliness of the staff was the order of the day .

Everything was amazing . Except i had to check out for both rooms a day before as i had to rush back to work . The hotel unfortunately refused to pass a credit for the night that i did not stay which was the Saturday night even though i informed them a day before . They suggested i take it up with Bookings.com . Bookings.com is the most amazing , i have used them plenty times but was not sure if they could assist me with this issue .

We had a very comfortable stay. Our request for room change to a street facing one was fulfilled immediately. The room service was pretty quick. All the staff members and bell boys were very cheerful and co-operative. I would like to specially mention Mr. Murat, he is a gem of a person and went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and also helped us with all our queries.

1. The options at breakfast were limited. There should've been some Indian vegetarian options. 2. The price of the rooms is slightly on the higher side.

Location was great due to the fact that Metro station line T1 is right in the front. Breakfast was also nice. Spa was great. My massager's name was Tikin who is a master in this art. Do try him!

The room windows were not sound proofed as we could hear outside traffic even being at 2nd floor. They do not allow food deliveries.

All the staff members are very helpful and most of them speak English which is something that is not very common in other hotels in Istanbul. Omer, Mustafa and Sarcan in particular were very nice and helpful The metro is literally 20 meters away

The mattresses are not very comfortable (too soft) If you choose a quiet room, the view is not nice at all. The noise in the other rooms though is acceptable if you close the window
