From the moment of booking, Baris, Harun and the entire team were literally 24/7 and 100% with us. Arranging airport pick ups, dinner and entertainment bookings and simply fulfilling and exceeding all requests we had. Customer service at the hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced and I have been all over the world!!! The hotel is located in a prestigious and quiet area - walking distance to Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, major shopping street and not far from Grand Bazaar. The rooftop restaurant offers picturesque views and the menu has lots of varieties. I could not recommend enough!!!

Location: Very close to main attractions, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and public transport, about five minutes walk. Breakfast and amazing view from roof top with sound of sea gulls squawking. Staff especially Harun went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We arrived close to 2 am, reception was open and Harun was there greeting us and helping us to bring our luggages up the lift. There's no iron in the room but we were provided when we asked. They also lent us a travel adapter which was super helpful. Our flight back was at 1.30 am and we checked out at 12 noon. Harun let us keep our bags till 7 pm.

Although breakfast was nice, for some reason our orders kept on getting mixed up and we didn't have what we ordered.

Breakfast was excellent! While it was cloudy the day I was there, the views from the rooftop terrace would be wonderful on a clear day and the food/service were great. The room & bed were very comfortable, and the location was phenomenal from a proximity to things to do for a quick overnight stay.

My room was right on the corner of the street - and you could hear everything. The room was very comfortable, but loud and I didn't have any ear plugs with me (unfortunately). There were some issues with the credit card machine as well upon my arrival, but the front desk staff were very helpful in finding alternate ways for me to pay (my credit card worked the next day at the airport, so I'm not sure what was happening).

Excellent location for the short stay very close to all main touristic sites of the Old City, plenty of restaurants and small shops around. Good breakfast served until 11 am at the terrace with the terrific view to Hagia Sophia and Bosphorus. 20% discount at the restaurant for the hotel guests. Very nice and helpful staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room a bit small but clean and equipped with everything you need, decent wifi, excellent bed.

Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors, but we were lucky to have the quiet ones. And pleeease redesign the hotel sign as it's written in very small letters under the restaurant's name and in 2am when I arrived I literally couldn't find it standing right next to the entrance so needed to call my husband who came earlier than me to come and meet me. Hotel seems a bit overpriced but you pay for location and the high season. For longer stay I would prefer to stay a bit further from the touristic center but for 3 nights that was a good choice.

Superb location, steps away from hagia sophia and blue mosque. Breakfast is not buffet style, but very nice and fulfilling, feels like a real Turkish breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful, they tried their best to accommodate our needs. We had an enjoyable stay.

We stayed two times at this hotel, and there was no mineral water in our room on our first stay. However, we got two bottles of water on our second stay, so we didn't know how the hotel standard is really like.. And we found the blanket a little too thin and small, although we still had a nice sleep :)

Perfectly located in a quiet road just 5 minutes walk away from the main attractions and tram line. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful and there’s a great view from the restaurant. Theres also an amazing restaurant just across the street.

Very central to tourism, walking distance to main attractions in Istanbul. Staff very helpful and gives suggestions on what to see and do in Istanbul. Harun is a 5 star staff, very friendly and accommodating he made us feel at home and welcome. Keep it up Harun!

Room somewhat small but just fair for the price we paid for.

Very good location for those who want to visit the main tourist attractions in Istanbul, very close to the Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sophia Mosque. Small and quiet hotel with very friendly and really helpful staff, with a terrace on the top floor with a very beautiful view of the Hagia Sophia and the sea of Marmara, where breakfast is served. The terrace also has a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner. The rooms are small but very welcoming and clean. A place to recommend to friends!

Best location. Few steps from all 3 Sultan Ahmet attractions. Amazing staff (Harun and others). Amazing hospitality. Allowed us late checkout so that our parents could rest before flight. Would book this place again and again. Breakfast was adequate, view from the terrace was amazing (you can see Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque and Marmara sea)

Very limited a la carte breakfast, no yogurt, juice, fruits, etc. Buffet breakfast would be much better.
