It was very close to the city centre, we had a beautiful panorama to the Aya Sofia

The breakfast wasnt ready at 8o’clock, neither at 8:20, it was a problem because we wanted to eat before our flight.

Optional breakfast on the terrace which we did not have.

I thought the room had a better view, because of the photos on Booking when the reservation was made. In the end, we didn't have the view of the historic buildings that we were hoping for.

The location was great, very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, the restaurant located in the terrace of the hotel has amazing views and it gives you a discount if you are staying at the hotel. There is always someone at the reception to help you in case you need, and the staff was very nice and kind. They also helped us to arrange the transportation to the airport as we had an early flight and it was fast and great.

Nothing, I didnt dislike anything but it's important for others to consider that there is no elevator in case someone has any mobility issues.

Location is amazing, just between Hagia Sophia & Blue Moschee, safe area, close to tram T1 and all the major objectives to visit, beds were comfortable and the receptionist EFE always eager to help us with anything/ questions, transfers, trips etc. breakfast was different in every morning and it is served on the top floor, on the roof with amazing view for both Hagia Sophia & Blue Moschee.For the price that we paid we were more than happy

Location within a walking distance of everything. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Being a small hotel with less tahn 10 rooms, maybe some noise from other rooms and stairs. But acceptable.

The stuff was very attentive, especially Lokman - the owner of the hotel, every question we had was taken very seriously and solved quickly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Beds are comfortable. Great view from the restaurant on the rooftop. Perfect location to explore historic part of Istanbul

Sewer system in this part of the city is very old, so sometimes there might be smell in the room, but there is practically nothing hotel can do about it

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The location was phenomenal- I can't imagine finding a better hotel, in a better location, at a better price! To be able to walk a black and be right at the Hagia Sophia was an incredible experience! The shower was very clean and had great water pressure and plenty of hot water!

The view from my room was just a cement wall in a little alley/neglected courtyard area, but I was only in my room to sleep, so I didn't mind the lack of a view whatsoever.

The location could not have been better, and I absolutely loved the rooftop restaurant with the views of the Hagia Sophia. The staff were so helpful in arranging transport, giving me tips for my trip, and checking in to see how my stay was going. Lokman in particular was incredible - I traveled to Istanbul for the first time and by myself as a solo woman, and he made me feel so comfortable. He even gave me his WhatsApp and encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The room needed some upgrades, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons.
