Location is great. Restaurant has great view. Breakfast was good. Staff like Ijmit was very friendly and helpful. Overall is good, but not the best value for money.

The room was on the second floor (or first floor in British way), can hear front desk staff watching videos all night, which is disturbing, particularly when you having jet lag. Recommended to go for a private yacht tour costs 300 euro in a rainy evening, the view obviously not as nice. Probably much better value to go for a group one and they did recommended that as well.

renovations ongoing extensive and oh so noisy, impossible to take a late afternoon nap to compensate for jet lag, before an evening out. as great as the hotel was if it was pointed out on the website that this was going to be the case, would probably have picked another hotel.

Everything and everyone was perfect! Ozi who works in the reception got me a tour guide to look around since I only stayed there 2 nights and took care of everything. The bed was super comfo that i dksnt want to get off bed and do the tour. Their restaurant and rooftop was amazing! I also booked my airport ride from them, it's very far so booking through them made it really easy.

We stayed at the Seven Hills Hotel for one month and everything was wonderful. The hotel upgraded us to a suite with the best view of the Hagia Sophia, with a wrap around balcony. The room was very comfortable and large. You can't beat the hotel's location: an unobstructed view of the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Marmara Sea. This hotel was one of the first - if not the first - to have a rooftop restaurant and that's the reason it is still favored by tourists; it is very popular. Breakfasts were huge and the wait staff, once they know you are a guest, are very attentive. The front desk staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, and they make you feel like family. Special mention to Ozan, Eitin, Yasemin and Ali. You are all exceptional. Thank you also to the housekeeping ladies, who gave us a special surprise on New Year's Eve. Thank you all very much for everything.

The location is good. It situates near important places; Hagia Sofia, the blue mosque, tram station and shopping area. The staffs are very kind. If you have any troubles, just tell them. They will do everything that they can do for you. e.g. early check-in, switching the breakfast from the checkout date to checkin date, providing umbrellas in raining days, booking airport transfer etc. The room is very clean, comfortable and worth. The most important is the view of top roof. It provides the most beautiful view of Hagia Sofia and the blue mosque together with the white birds in Istanbul. Hope to go back there soon!🥰

During the long weekend, there were a lots of tourists. But that’s OK. The staffs could organize it well.

This is the place to stay when visiting Istanbul. The rooftop views at Seven Hills Hotel are the best in Istanbul. The hotel is in the heart of the historic Sultanhamet and Seven Hills Hotel's panoramic views displays the beauty of this city in a way that is unparalleled. The breakfast is fit for royalty and the staff was so solicitous of our every need. The dinner menu is full of choices and filled with the freshest seafood and local fare. The accommodations are clean and the room was charming, very well appointed. We were offered the Presidential Suite our first night! Please don't pass on it! It is huge and the balcony is just lovely! The staff is amazing and our concierge, Ozan, was the very best. He booked our city walking tour and boat tours and he made sure we had transportation to and from and that we were safe and happy!

The wait for the elevator to get to the rooftop can sometimes be long but it is well worth it! If all else fails you can take the stairs and I did a couple of times, still worth it!!

the roof top restaurant excelent, wonderful view. Breakfast delicious, dinner could be better, but the staff was great. Friendly and helpful, staff specially at the reception. Marvelous location. Rooms comfy.

The hotel is located in a great location, great breakfasts and short walking distance to several tourist attractions. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with booking activities, recommendations for local food or helping with any question.

The wifi constantly disconnects. And once the hot water ran out.
