Cosy and clean room. Several restaurants and small shops nearby. Metro station only a short walk away. We arrived before check in time, but the receptionist Ahmet still gave us a room and even invited us to have breakfast. Great service!

We had initially booked a triple room and were surprised to find ourselves upgraded to a suite with the help of Ahmet. The rest of the team was more than helpful to accommodate for our large group and made us feel right at home! We would definitely recommend this to all of our friends looking for stellar service, helpful team and overall exceptional hospitality. We would like to thank Azat, Güleser, Abdulkadir, Hamide. We look forward to visiting the Carlton again! Every once in a while you come across a place that welcomes you with open arms and makes sure to go above and beyond for your comfort and experience, this is the place you have all been looking for!

The breakfast was complete meal for Humans’ needs. The staff was kind, generous, helpful, organised and well dressed. The location was good environment and wide enough.

Really have nothing to complain, but my wife had slightly difficulty to go on the bed, it was too high for her because she had a knee pain. ( room number 321).

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near by all the areas to visit. The facilities were really good; confi bed,clean room and toilet and great Turkish breakfast. The staff was super kind and helpful with us, specially a member of the staff called AHMET. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

We were really happy with everything but to give a constructive feedback, the coffee machine could be replace for a better one. The coffee was a bit watery.

I stayed here for a week with a friend and a cousin. Let me tell you that the service was amazing. We decided to go to Capadoccia for two days and one night. Özgur (hope I spelled his name right), helped us from start to finish to arrange our trip with all our wishes and informed us about everything carefully, he even made it possible for us to get a discount. The service was amazing, we had to pay for the tour but didn’t know the closest ATM so one of the staff walked with us to one, which was around 5 minutes or so. I was very surprised, in a good way. They really took great care of us and made our stay go smoothly and very comfortable. The PCR test appointment, again amazing service, everything was arranged when we came back from a night of shopping and eating and it took no more than 10 minutes. The location is great, too. It’s like a 5-minute walk from the metrostation that can take you across the bridge to the Galata tower and other sightings in less than 15 minutes. You can also take the cab, though. The mosques like hagia sophia were like a 30minute walk from the hotel, it was nice to walk so you can explore the neighborhood more. The grand bazaar was like a 10-15 minute walk or so. So great location in that sense. The rooms were cleaned every day, it was spacious enough for the three of us and the beds were very comfy. You could hear the skylounges’ music at night but it didn’t bother us that much, you can also opt for a more quiet room. So, we had a great time here and I would for real go back to this hotel if I visit Istanbul again.

I would like to write my honest review of my stay this week, starting with breakfast, it is so varied, including cakes, different types of cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, juices, you will find definitely what you like about their buffet. And for the room, we had a big room with 3 beds and a sofa with an amazing view of a mosque close to us, very comfortable and warm, clean and smells good, the towels are clean, the pillows too, we were so happy Be there. And the best and last part was the service and the staff, it's amazing how professional and nice the staff was. They treated us very well and especially Mr. ETEM, I would like to tell you from here that you are so amazing and professional and kind, I have never seen a person like him before, you deserve 100 rating Thank you for making my week perfect in Istanbul.

The room is too small, the weather is air conditioned by split unit ( not central) , so it was not comfortable, tv is too small with few channels options,the king size bed is too small for a couple with short blanket. The lobby is too dark
