The size of the room is great. It’s spacious and modern. Good facilities. And comfortable.

The staff are horrible. The reception staff are very unfriendly and helpful. Won’t even make eye contact when you are talking to them. And won’t greet until you try to get their attention. The housekeeping staff also tend to still knock on your door or just enter even when there is a do not disturb sign on. Had a very noisy neighbour who kept us up one night- was given an adjoining room so I don’t think it had proper sound proofing.

Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff. The public spaces were excellent and the location perfect for exploring Sultanahmet.

Tiny rooms, to the point of uncomfortable. We booked a deluxe family room, this is simply a standard room (they're all the same size) with a single bed added to the only unoccupied floor space in the room. We couldn't open the fridge without having to move the single bed and there was nowhere to store our luggage. I suppose the room would have been fine as a double but we paid A LOT for a family room and didn't enjoy being couped up. I would avoid if travelling as a family.

Location is great - Staff was helpful and cheerful and responsive - Room was generally clean and bed was comfortable

The hotel was lovely, clean and well located. But it was the staff who made the stay truly fantastic. Oğulcan was so helpful and even ordered a pizza to the hotel for me one evening! Atilla too as he helped me with my heavy bags. I would recommend!

the daily cleaning room service was not good. the fire alarm turned on two times during our stay specifically at 4 am.

The location was great - lots of nearby restaurants, well connected to Metro and Tram stations and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. The room was very comfortable and we were very grateful of the upgrade to a suite!! The lobby area was a lovely place to relax after a long journey and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

On our first night (Friday), the noise of the next door restaurant/bar was very loud and we had a really bad night sleep as a result of this. The following night, the music wasn't as loud and it stopped before midnight. It was a real shame to have such a disturbance because the rest of the experience was wonderful.

It has been a very good experience staying at Ramada Plaza SultanAhmet. The staff at atourist Desk BILAL, ONS & MERYEM .were extraordinary supportive and helpful. Receptionists were good and had the knowlege of Surroindongs. The only drawback is the lackness of English speaking and understanding among over 70% of the Staff. Which sometimes affects the hospitality services standards due to lackness in communication. Finally, special thanks to FRONT OFFICE MANAGER for his kind hospitality . All the best wishes

Hotel Room was good and staff were very friendly. A/c was good and definitely needed when outside temperature were over 38 degrees. It was nice and cool to sleep. Beds and pillow were comfortable. We were very close to the Metro and Tram station( 5 -8 min walk) that helped a lot .There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and you will b3 spoiled for choices.

Breakfast, although good, could be improved by being slightly organised. Having said that, there were enough choices to choose from. Wifi needs to be significantly improved. We had to purchase a Vodafone sim with 50GB data, which worked thankfully, and family hot spotting it. Room TV channel options could be improved, at least with one English news channels.

At overall the hotel was good , comfortable and foremost "clean" . The room space was just and good for two people. The staff were welcoming and helpfull especially the help desk . I appreciated hygiene in this hotel which is not always available in other Istanbul hotels.

We were a bit late for check out like 15mn late and one woman dared to open the room door without knocking eventhow the reception called and we told them that we will be out in a couple of minutes. Room view from balcony was not that you wish looking to and they could improve breakfast a litlle .

We were a big group of 16 people with kids so it was a challenge for the hotel to keep up with our demands but they always tried their best. They would put out drinks and snacks in the lobby during the day, which was great every time we came back after a long day of walking. The people at the concierge desk were especially helpful with their honest advice and suggestions. The breakfast was also nice, with a few different items being added every day.

The rooms were a bit small. So sharing a small-ish sized room if you are three adults in one room may be an issue. The hotel’s own spa and fitness centre isn’t currently open so they suggested a nearby spa.
