I have been to several hotels and obviously everyone tries to be hospitable but the staff of vecenza were a natural people who I specially like to mention are Emre Ece (the queen) 🙂 Hasan Mehmut Gokay Baran These people at times went out of the way to help us. They made us feel home. I think one would be a fool spending extra on 5 star hotels when you can have almost all the facilities in a hotel like Vicenza. Hats off to the entire staff. I can't think of anything except that due to its extraordinary location the sound of music played around the facility can sometimes mess with ur sleep but it wasn't that bad. After all we were there for fun .

Pros: very clean, cleaned daily and beds changed every other day. Restaurant staff and pool staff good.

Cons: pool tiny so only got to use it a couple of times over the 2 weeks because you could only comfortably fit 4 people in. Not much bigger than a large jacuzzi (Specifically booked hotel with pool to keep up with my physio). Pool only open 10-6 which isn’t convenient. Pillows like bricks and too thick so had to try to sleep without one or you woke up feeling as though your neck was broken and couldn’t move it. We found Istanbul very stressful. Good luck getting a red card for the transport. I’d say stay on the pavements but they drive on them too so watch your back.

I stayed at Vicenza Hotel 15-24 April,2023. Everything and everyone was very nice and customer-oriented: from a very welcoming and supporting front desk experience, I would specifically like to express my gratitude to Emre for being supportive all the time in all questions and matters during my stay, additionally big thanks to the cleaning lady (housekeeping on the 5th floor), unfortunately I was not able to ask her name because she spoke only Turkish. She was always very swift and efficient in cleaning my room. Also I would like to say a big thank you to the gentleman working on the night of 20 to 21 April. We had an issue with the room card and he was very helpful,nice and prompt to solve the issue. This overall pleasant experience was until the very checkout where Nihat was very helpful, friendly and wiling to help with anything I might need for my departure and again Emre and Ece for the warm and enjoyable conversations and their willingness to help with my trip to the airport and professionalism. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time and would recommend it to my friends visiting Istanbul.

Breakfasts could have more variety of options: fish, full fruits (not cut), nuts, more warm options. It would be also nice if bathrobes would already be placed in the room without asking for it. also there could be iron boards and irons in the room.

Great location and most of the staff were very friendly. Good sized room and very clean. The front desk in particular were very approachable and friendly. Location is great, a short walk to the Metro, the tram line and a good bus route.

The indoor pool was quite cold and my family felt they weren't welcome when they visited. Its a shame as I had booked this hotel specifically knowing there was a pool there. Some fixtures in the room and bathroom were loose (tap, towel rail, card reader for room). Breakfast could have been slightly better, baked beans and perhaps sliced bread would have been nice :)

breakfast was okay, we user have breakfast at around 8-9 am and for the rest of the day (till dinner) we were full. rooms are kinda big. we were staying in single (2 guests) and it was absolutely comfortable. location was not a big problem as it was almost center of istanbul - fatih. metro station is very close to the hotel, around 2 minutes walking. suleymanye mosque is 10-15 minutes walking and hagia sophia near 15 minutes by walk. also so many shops around. but we got fooled many times by sellers in shops so be careful with that😀 there is a big mosque near the hotel across the road so it’s a good point for my muslim (and non muslim😏) brothers and sisters. and woke up for the sound of adhan, no need to set an alarm👍🏼

wifi connection was weak. they explained it that their internet is connected to the central (general) system so probably it’s not even hotel’s fault. anyways i recommend to buy a new sim card in case you’ll need good internet. it wasn’t a big deal for me as i wanted some detox from internet. another point which i was not happy about is very loud music at night. we had a room on the 2nd floor and restaurant of the hotel was downstairs very close to our balcony. and the music would play until 12am. i was disappointed only with that fact that we can’t even ask to turn off the music.

The hotel is located between Lalali street and Fatih camii the location was perfect for us, very comfortable The staff is friendly and very welcoming especially **Hasan** from the reception he always welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful!! Thank you so much Hasan you made the trip more comfortable We had a little tackle opening the door and the safe in the room, but the staff was very helpful The breakfast was good and the lobby is nice

We had a little problem with the keys and the safe the staff really tried to help us until it worked but it took some time

Everything is absolutely perfect at Hotel Vicenza. Most of all, I would like to praise the hotel staff, who make you feel like you are staying at your own home. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be met by very friendly and kind reception staff, you will immediately feel that you are welcome here 😊 Absolutely all hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and and always politely smiling for us. The hotel's rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, everything has always been very clean and tidy - the rooms are cleaned daily and the washing towels are also changed. The breakfast is very tasty, the selection is decent and the breakfast restaurant is also always clean, the waiters are very pleasant. The hotel also has its own restaurant with very tasty food and great service. I definitely recommend Hotel Vicenza's own restaurant for dining, the food is always fresh, decent portions and really tasty. I often travel to Istanbul for my work, during the last year I have stayed at the Vicenza Hotel many times and I will definitely stay there again and again in the future, after experiencing the friendliness and hospitality of the Vicenza Hotel staff - I don't want to stay at any other hotel ❤️ This hotel has many pluses and no minuses - I recommend this hotel to everyone 😊❤️

Very friendly staff who were accommodating to our requests and also gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Central location which is near to metro and tram, grand bazaar is 10 - 15 min walk away. Plenty of local shops around. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back if we visit Istanbul again.

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty but was pretty much the same thing everyday, some more variety would have been nice but not a huge deal.

The location was perfect. 3 minutes walk to Metro(Vezneciler) and 5 minutes to tram(Laleli Ist.Un.) The most amazing was staff: smiles on their faces, and you have feeling that your comfort is the most important thing for them. Every day cleaning service, fresh and tasty food for breakfast. We had very good experience with his hotel and will stay here again for sure.

I liked the hotel itself. For the money we paid it worths it All. Breakfast Was good. The Staff were super friendly, specially Emre, who was Fluent in english and helped us, whenever we needed Support. A big thanks to him.

Although the location Was good for those, who want to visit the historical Places and mosques, I did not like the location. There Was not a lot going on around, restaurants around were not good and i did not find the area beautiful.
