The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time at 8 am and were giving a room which was really nice. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots choose from. The location was close to amenities, restaurants, shops and Mammud Bacha, and Grand Bazaar is 4 tram stops or 20 mins work away.

There was no balcony but there is a big window that can be slided open to give you a balcony feel (in weather months) . The hotel is a bit outdated, and the bathrooms needs an update. It's in the middle of a shopping street so can be noisy during the day. It reasonably quiet at night.

The breakfast was amazing! Always fresh, so tasty, homemade, such a variety of food! Lots of fruits, veggies, greens, home made sweets too. There was a turkish coffee served and fresh turkish tea. Served in the hotel terrace, you can't ask for better views. the staff was very friendly, always helpful. My best regards to the hotel owners, amazing kind and hospital people. Hope to see you soon! Location also very good, close to the main points of interest, many shops and nice cafes.

Great location Half way from Blue Mosque and the docks. Hasan, Yasin and Sergey are amazing. The owners are lucky to have them! They helped me ever so much. Hasan is a gem at breakfast. This hotel is green. They dont throw food away. They ensure the seagulls have the scaps we ungrateful humans leave behind when we dont empty our plates. Breakfast is wonderful. Helpfulness. Transfers via taxi are arranged with ease as the hotel is amongst the dresses and gold shops. Catch the tram and walk it down or just walk it for the exercise. You must ask them or YouTube how to get an Istanbul Card to save alot of money for the metro, bus, tram and ferry!

Waking up late and eating sunrise! Get less sleep. Get up early and get out after breakfast starts at 7.30!

Transfer, rooms and staff everything was good. Breakfast not that delicious, but fine for one time.

The night we arrived we told we want to eat outside, the staff offered to show us a good place to eat. And brought us to a place near the hotel. It was night, so okay it’s normal there are no people inside except the workers, But what I didn’t like where the prices of the dishes! Turkey is much cheaper, they had prices like they were an European restaurant. I didn’t like that they brought us there, but bcs my aunt was hungry and it was already late, I couldn’t reject and go somewhere else.

Ecxeptional location and staff ( but not all of them: my special thank you goes to Hasan and the gentleman from the reception, whose name starts with Y - sorry can't remember it) This receptionist is a real bonus for the hotel: extremely helpful, with excelent advices, and very polite! And if you feel tired or sad, go to Hasan, who will chear up straight away with his broad smile and good mood! Very good and tasty breakfast.

Room was very small. Wi-fi was breaking down constantly and every time we used it, we needed to sign in with the password.

Property is in very good location, very close to main attractions, shopping, restaurants, metro etc. Breakfast was very good value, Very Helpful staffs, AbdurRahim from Reception and Hassan Bay the head chef very helpful and genuine people. Room service everyday, Wifi, Rooftop restaurant where you can relax during the day. you can also get Metro and Train from airport and will cost you 20/30TL each. you can use google map or download Istanbul Metro App.

Property is bit old, need a bit modernisation which will improve customer service massively as it has very good potential. Bathroom & Beds definitely need some attention. However still it’s good value for money and I will use it again for future…

The location of the hotel is great, near to everything, breakfast has so many options to choose from, the employees are great, willing ro help and answer every question, they offered to arrange transfer from and to airport, the room for 3 people was big enough, wifi was working, water pressure was good in the bathroom. It's true that its near the market and there are shops, so it's busy in the morning and there is noise in the morning, but it's empty and quiet in the night. Overall it was worth the money

We had a lovely 5-day stay at Florenta hotel. The staff was very kind en helpful. The room was small but cozy, the bed was great and the shower had a good water pressure. Although the hotel could need a full renovation, everything was clean. Breakfast was very extensive, full turkish breakfast, just great! We only missed fresh fruit in the morning. Another plus is the location, it is very central and you can visit everything by foot.

The finishing touches in the room could be better, you can see that some things were quickly fixed. Hence the full renovation I said above that might be needed.

I really liked the breakfast with plenty of mixed vegetables and fruit, in addition to several hot dishes. I liked the breakfast place on the terrace. Very kind and helpful staff both in the kitchen and at the reception, I especially singled out the kitchen chef and the reception worker Sergej. You could always use the terrace and drink coffee, tea, juice or water for free. The hotel is located near the tourist attractions in the Sultanachmet district, which is easily accessible by foot. Sultanachmet fish house is a great fish restaurant nearby.
