The location. There is a bakery near hotel where we got a chance to try local delicacies. We easily walk from Vezneciler metro to hotel for about 20 minutes at night 9pm. Tram T1 is close to hotel though. Breakfast is okay with various salad and jam and sauces, bread eggs sausage, etc, and chocolate cake (in the morning 😁). Strong water pressure with hot water, would be nice during winter.

The room really is small. Would be difficult to move around with large luggage, but if traveling light it shouldn't be too much problem. Only linen as a blanket, too thin for me but enough for my partner. Perhaps hotel didn't provide thick blanket because it's autumn?

The location is very close to Blue Mosque and the centre. The breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from. They were also helpful with local information or any special dietary requests. It was clean and the cleaning was done everyday with fresh towels provided. The room had AC which was appreciated as it was very hot in July! There is a lift which is helpful if you're on the top floor.

The size of the room, a little on the small side. Could be a bit noisy at times but this is expected if you're in the centre right at the heart of the Tourist area. No kettle in the room but there was a kitchen area where tea, coffee, hot n cold water was provided.

It’s located in the center of many famous places. it’s especially near the Grand Bazaar, good for shopping.

Taxi can not drive you to the hotel so if you come first time, you have to walk for a while. it’s not easy with some suitcases.

Location is great! Walking distance to restaurants, Blue Mosk, Sophia mosk, grand Bazar. At SultanAhmet metro station.

Rooms very smalls, sheets olds, and not cleaning if you don't ask, if so they clean the bathroom only. Heater didnt work in our bedroom. This hotel looks more like a hostel. The guys at the reception very kind and friendly, with the exception of the one with glasses it was in my check out at 4 am when the transportation came to pick me up to the airport, he asked me a couple of times if I paid, then he approached to the car asking me if a paid the transfer and how much I paid. Didn't he had the information? Made me feel very uncomfortable. Other than that the other guys very helpful and kind.

The location was superb. The staff were super friendly. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was a feast of note. Nothing was too much of a problem for them to make our stay in Istanbul worthwhile.

There was some confusion regarding the taxi transfer and what signs to look out for at arrivals at the airport. But they made up for it by not charging for the transfer, which I found extremely decent.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, clean, with a big bed, bright lights and a narrow window for ventilation. The buffet breakfast was great. The location is good if you want to see the main sights and if you stay away from tourist traps and find authentic local cafés (there is a great börek place to the north). South entrance to a Marmaray station is very close, which helps getting to the Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

I was unable to turn off air conditioning in my room (301). When I got cold, I had to switch off all electricity by pulling out the key card from the detector. The staff told me that it was a temporary issue though. Also, the bathroom looked quite used.

I really liked the friendly staff, especially at the reception. They were very helpful. For example I wanted to book a Bosphorus tour and a ride back to the airport, both were very easily arranged. The Bosporus tour was even cheaper than when I would've booked directly. Also I once accidently spilled red wine on the bed and the staff was very friendly about it and they even replaced the sheets within an hour! The hotel is also in a great location in the Old City. 3 min walk away from tram, landmarks like Hagia Sophia, and there's a laundromat right across from it.

The hygene could have been better in some places. On my first night the bed was not properly done. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would've liked, but these were my ONLY complaints about the hotel. Everything else was great!

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Very close to Sultanamet station, Blue mosque, Grand Bazaar etc. Hop on hop off bus leaves from Blue mosque every 30 minutes from 10:00 - 17:00. The reception staff (Ahmet, Caqatay and Ataberu) went out of their way to assist with information and advice. Felt safe throughout our stay. Breakfast was a feast, with the added bonus of being able to use the kitchenette throughout the day and have coffee or tea.

Common kitchen — perfect idea, especially when you travel in the wintertime. I was skeptic regarding breakfast. But try different breakfasts in restaurants around the hotel you understand, that this is typically Turkish Breakfast.

For visitors, who were never in Muslim countries before: it could be loud early in the morning. Soundproofing for windows would be better, especially when the mosque is on the corner. A better choice for bread for breakfast, and I could give this breakfast 9 out of 10.

The location is great - the T1 line is near, and even metros are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was okay. Overall, for the price, it was really great!

The pillows were really shapeless, and the bedding was too short for 2 people, to be honest. Also, the first two days there was some construction work around 9AM, and the other nights it was either loud neighbours, or the street was busy, so it is not really sound-proof.
