My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr Cas Hotels - Special Category during our vacation in June 2023. Overall, our experience at the hotel was delightful, with its prime location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, though it was slightly marred by the noise from nearby clubs. One of the standout features of Mr Cas Hotels was its excellent location. Situated in the heart of the city, we found ourselves just a stone's throw away from various attractions, famous food joints, and shopping areas. This proved to be incredibly convenient and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. The hotel staff truly deserves appreciation for their warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Furthermore, they pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our rooms to a higher category, which was a delightful gesture. This small act of kindness elevated our stay and left a positive impression on us. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the rooms. They were well-maintained, neat, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting ambiance. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping, returning to the cozy rooms was a treat in itself. Additionally, the proximity to various famous food options and shopping districts was a big plus. We had the opportunity to savor local delicacies and indulge in some retail therapy without having to travel far. This added convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the minor inconvenience at night, Mr Cas Hotels - Special Category provided us with a memorable experience. The excellent location, friendly staff, and well-kept rooms contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If the issue of noise is addressed in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to rate this hotel with a full 10 stars. I highly recommend Mr Cas Hotels to fellow travelers looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

However, one significant downside we encountered was the disturbance at night caused by nearby clubs. The hotel's otherwise tranquil atmosphere was disrupted by loud music and noise, which affected our sleep quality. It would be advisable for the management to invest in soundproofing the rooms, especially those facing the clubs, to ensure a more peaceful and undisturbed stay for guests.

We had a great time at Mr Cas. The hotel is decorated beautifully with great attention to detail. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I never sleep on holiday but I got a full nights sleep at Mr Cas. I was worried about reviews that mentioned noise from bars - and in reception when we checked in late, the noise from a club was loud - but we chose a room at the back of the hotel and it was perfectly quiet. I had earplugs just in case but didn’t need them. The location of the hotel is great - plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a short walk downhill (or in the funicular) to the trams meant the main attractions of Istanbul were easy to get to.

We had nothing to complain about during our stay at Mr Cas - it was a great city break hotel.

I have been I have been in many hotels in Istanbul. But this was without any doubt my very best experience. Located in the heart of Istanbul at the bustling Istiklal, I had a room facing to the garden which was absolutely quiet. The room itself shows antique and very tasteful details and a marble bathroom with a huge shower. The entire hotel spreads over 4 levels and features so lovely details like paintings, fine carpets, a little museum, artworks and clearly shows its palace history. I enjoyed one of the most diverse and rich breakfasts I have ever seen. Tasty and healthy options, also here with the finest details, and an impeccable, always friendly service. Doğukan Mundeden from thereception team made this stay genuinely perfect, He took care of every wish and request and went absolutely above and beyond!

The location is super perfect. This hotel is exactly on the main Istiklal road but if you need to take taxi or private transportation is a bit difficult because non of any cars can get thru in front of the hotel. But the hotel design is superb very authentic!

If you're traveling with a lot of stuff or baby stroller is not a good choice because you have to go thru stairs to get to reception and you have to ring the bell for the main door sometimes you waited to long...also very less staffs. Which means you have to take care of your luggage if they're not available. Even though I was traveling with baby of course they saw us coming but not even sending staff to help me lifting things and elevator is too small to fit one person and big luggage.

Everything about this hotel was literally exceptional. I travel a lot and have stayed at multiple highly ranked hotel at Booking.com. however, this hotel was indeed great. Attention to detail was seen in every aspect of the hotel. Breakfast room and dinning area were the best feature of the hotel. Very artistic.From room to dining to location. If you are looking for something around Taksim, do consider this gem. Great value.

Since I was carrying small luggage, so for me this was not an issue. However, there are few stairs if you have heavy bags. But hotel staff was great to handle. Try to get room towards the garden if you want to avoid street noise.

Wow just wow, this hotel was spectacular! The decor, the location the fact it is a historical landmark just an incredible experience. The hotel is one of the coolest we have stayed in, with amazing atmosphere and staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully done. It is an older building so creeks and thin walls are part of its charm. The breakfast was delicious and it’s presentation was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful. We were traveling with our 18 month old and everyone was so great with her, she didn’t want to ever leave breakfast. The location of this hotel can’t be beat, right in the heart of all the city vibes which is what we loved. Many complained of noise however for us we didn’t hear anything at all at night. We chose to stay in the garden view rooms which were great. The only thing I would say is taxi s can’t come right in front of the hotel due to the location however it’s a short two min walk and the hotel kindly helps with bringing your luggage to and from, but need to call in advance of your arrival. It is also good to note that there are some stairs when you enter the hotel before the elevator so for us with a stroller was just slightly more of a workout but we didn’t mind one bit. Next time we are in istanbul we will for sure stay here again!

Very beautiful hotel ! Premier room with Istiklal view is amazing 😍It’s most beautiful room in Istanbul,especially for taking photos inside! The decorations are so nice! And the view on street😍 Personal of the hotel is very kind and helpful,they helped with all bags, to check in and check out. The room was clean ,comfortable bed ,and not noisy to sleep at the night. Mini bar has many healthy snacks ,even almond milk. The breakfast has many choices ,even for vegetarian,quality food. Bar is very beautiful and has access to the roof top. Very recommended!

It is a very stylish hotel in one of the best areas of Istanbul with its history of bohema and fashion in the 20th century. Here you can have a very interesting breakfast - a buffet with good selection of items and prepared dishes. Also the upper floor bar should be mentioned (where breakfast is held) for cocktails and etc All rooms are individual not only due to interior design but the plan of the building.

Istiklal street is the one that never sleeps. So on one hand it's close to different nightlife and the nightlife is all around the hotel. In hotel rooms it's rather comfy but you can hear whisper of the active city nearby.

The interior design was very cool! The location was very convenient and the noise from outside was not a problem!

Our room basically didnt have a window (it was a window to the apartments center). I dont remember reading about this (might have been that i missed it out). Therefore no natural light and air circulation.

I already want to return to this hotel. Very esthetic, but very comfortable and cosy. Usually, I like to change hotels after 3-4 nights during my trips, but here I could have lived for weeks. Rooms are beautiful, you can feel that the building is not new and with history, but in a very positive way. We have received an upgrade for a suite with a bay-window and French balcony, and it was just a fantastic stay! Istiklal Avenue could be really loud, bet we liked the vibe (and the hotel provided earbuds that also is a nice touch). Outside rooms the hotel is like a small museum. And there is also a very nice bar and terrace - for drinks or breakfast.

Breakfast was very nice, a lot of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, jams, bread, hummus, eggs. But there was not any meat food that may be a disatvantage for meat eaters. It also was more like buffet brekafast, not Turkish breakfast that we have in other hotels. Fresh juice is for additional fees that is a bit strange. Anyway, breakfast was great, but if I have to mention something that could be improved, it would be the only thing that I can imagine:)
