I spent 10 nights. Photos and description are accurate. Location is superb! Stuff are helpful, respectful. Sanitary measures were respected. View is amazing, you can see (from my room at least) Galata tower, sultanahmed and Hagia Sofia.

Windows are not noise cancelling, could be easily maintained.

Location is excellent 5 min from taksim square and right on Istiklal street , was in fourth floor, and it was not noisy as it was implied from other reviews. The staff were most helpful special thanks for Nizar and Wessam for their help. Room has lots of good facilities like washer and toaster, room service was good and efficient

Some of room facilities need a bit of maintaining especially for floors and bathroom but not a big deal.

Everything is perfect.

The hotel is located at the istiklal street just in front of tram.. The place is really crowded and alive till 5am in the morning.. The hotel staff is really helpful specially rasul who was very friendly.. The room was cleaned daily. It was an amazing experience!! Will come again herr

If you are a light sleeper, then even after the windows being sound proof, the outside club music comes in the room till 5am only in weekends.. We usually sleep late and were already tired from travel so it didnt bother us a lot. But the location is amazing. Couldnt be better

Amazin location with everything around. Heart of Istanbul perfect for for shoping, eatries, walk, close to metro, bus stops and many prime attractions such as Ghalata tower, Madam Tussaud museum, Takseem square, Largest church etc. The room I got was on top floor Istiqlal facing corner with amazing view of not only istiqlal street life but also distant view of bosphorus, Topkapi palace and hagiya sofia. Nizar at the hotel reception was ecxceptionally helpful and caring. Must visit place indeed.

Noisy night clubs around with loud music the whole night, starting at 10pm until dawn. Families with kids or elderly may not always be comfortable at night.

Breakfast is not served in the hotel building, you have to walk about 8 to 10 minutes for having breakfast in another place in and this is not comfortable at all. As the hotel is located on Istiklal Street, the place is very crowded and noisy and is not easy to sleep early at night. Room was too cold and hotel staff doesnt give you air conditioner controller to adjust it, you can just turn it on and off.

A perfect vacation in Istanbul! The thing we liked the most was the service we received from the hotel. I would like to mention Bayram and NAZAR ESPECIALLY who made sure to fulfill each of our requests and help! From mobile sim, the room upgrade we requested, a private transfer to the airport and so on. The hotel is in the most central location in the city, on Istiklal Boulevard, close by walk and by public transport to wherever you need to go. The room was spacious and very clean, every day they cleaned and changed towels and everything was organized. Near the hotel there are good restaurants, great bars, clothing stores, money exchange and more. We will definitely be back again, Thanks for everything!

The hotel was in a great location, super central and really easy to get everywhere. the staff were so helpful all the time and did there best to accommodate us. the rooms were clean and got them cleaned everyday. if we stayed in the room to king they always called to check if we wanted the room cleaned. we always had fresh towels and fresh linens ever other day. the bed was comfy and internet was great. The tea and Turkish kettle were great I loved the tea. we also needed extra hangers and they provided them. they also helped us order food on the first night as we got there late. they would also help drivers find the hotel and helped us speak with the company who did our airport transportation.

I used the iron that they provided but there was no table so a little difficult to iron. I didn’t ask for a ironing table so they may have had one. it can get nosy at night and we had the windows open but we didn’t mind the noise. if you’re a light sleeper this will be an issue. the lift is very small but we had no issues with it as there was only two of us. if your a larger group you may have to take the stairs.

The location is perfect, just in the middle of taksim, and walking distance to the fisherman bridge. Hotel is newly renovated, beautiful black bathrooms, and overall nice decor. The rooms has small kitchens with refredgiators & micro waves. The view was soo pretty too, overlooking the sea and the city from a distance. The service was really on top aswell, if you needed anything they’ll make it happen. Also they cleaned our rooms almost every day or whenever we needed it.

The first night we got the family suite in front of the pedestrial street, where there is a club. The music was BLASTING till 3:30 in the morning, and it was impossible to sleep. The walls were too thin in front of the building. Be aware of this before booking the family suites and be sure to ask for a silent room! They have plenty of good quite rooms. Luckily they changed our room to a silent one, and we slept wonderfully. The beds are good. The service was on top as they met our needs as soon as we complained about the noice.
