Really loved the location. The staff was excellent and were ready to help everytime. The room was super clean as well. Special mention to the amazing breakfast the hotel provides! Erhan and team do a fabulous job making sure the guests have everything they need

The hotel refused to take full payment by card and insisted to pay 70% of the amount in cash. I had to go out next day and get my currency exchanged especially to pay them. I told them it's expensive for me to pay in cash as I need to pay for conversation rates (which I can simply avoid by paying using my travel credit card)

The location was fabulous.. close to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace! The distance to metro/ tram station is also 5/6 minutes.. lots of nice restaurants on the street itself. Secondly the sea view of the Golden Horn was surreal in the morning. And Breakfast was just superb - international and Turkish cuisine spread all managed by Mr. Erhan. He is the manager of breakfast buffet and I cannot praise his hospitality enough.. always personally talking to everyone and asking if they need anything extra or special.. the breakfast place is busy but it is always clean.

When i asked for their airport pickup service, they said it is $90 one way for a van but on booking.com you can book the same service for half the price. Charging double of what is regular is not a nice thing.

The breakfast was amazing! There was a lot of varieties to choose from, from vegetarians to meat lovers and if you have any special requests then the staff were able to fulfil it. We were served by Erhan who gave a outstanding service, ensuring the breakfast is to the right standards as well as going around to ask if anyone needs anything. A great person to be around. The customer service was great, thats what made this hotel and the services stand out to me the most. Big shout to Erhan the leader of the breakfast team. Thank you

Nothing I could think of in the 6 nights i stayed.

The hotel itself is located in the very heart of the old city. Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia are within walking distance - about 5 minutes from the hotel. So the location is superb, you really feel the soul of the old city. At night when walking back to the hotel, we passed through Sultanahmet where street vendors are selling corn and chestnuts in red traditional carriges and all of it brings distinctly happy atmosphere. In the hotel the rooms were very clean. There is breakfast included in the price which is quite rich in itself - there were various cheeses, which I love. But what is most impressive about the hotel is the staff - always ready to help and smiling. I think this what people mean when talking about turkish hospitality. They were very kind and helpful, especially Erhan and Kholida - not only with our stay in the hotel, but also gave helpful tips on how to get arround the city and where to go! The receptionist whose name I can't remember was also super nice!

I loved that the hotel had great facilities including a Spa. The location of the hotel is so convenient and near all the main tourist attractions and restaurants, desserts etc with great transportations nearby to get to anywhere in Istanbul. The staff were the best part of the hotel as they were really friendly, polite, positive attitude as well as efficient. Hospitality was outstanding from the hotel team from concierge, to room service to the restaurant staff. Breakfast was also very tasty and good quality with a wide range of choices to choose from, breakfast service was top notch. The quality of the breakfast service was mainly due to the amazing management in particularly Mr. Erhan, he was always there to help when needed and always had a great, attentive, positive attitude and very nice to talk to. Mr Erhan guided us throughout our whole stay on the breakfast menu and also asked us customers if we would like anything particular that we would like them to add to their breakfast menu. All in all, Mr Erhan and the rest of the hotel staff in all departments were very professional, accommodating and helpful. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be back again!

I wish they had a gym facility to use.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Breakfast with the supervisor Erhan was outstanding. Every morning we ate fresh, delicious, and fantastic variety of foods, all of this displayed beautifully. Also Rabeb ,our concierge at the hotel, was our angel. She gave us a lot of useful advice with her true kindness about literally everything: how to move around in the city, what to do , where to go, what the best deals are, things we should be careful about etc. She also recommended some great tours that we took. She is a great asset of this hotel. Our rooms were very clean every day. A big thank you goes to the cleaning staff. Location wise, I can't imagine staying at a better location. The hotel is right in the heart if the old city just a short walking distance to Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, Topcapi Palace the Cistern etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

The emplacement is perfect to visit Istanbul ! Just few hundreds meters from the Blue Mosque and Sofia; you can even see them both from the restaurant's terras on the top of the hotel ! The personnel is charming and always helpful. Breakfast is loaded with plenty of delicious food. Rooms are comfy with the airco; there is even a spa down below. And more, they have a tourist desk next to the reception which will help you to organize any trip/visit around the city or further.

We love breakfast so much choices nice and cool .Erhan just a nice guy allways polite taking care asking very very nice guy . We did hamam there to . All the ladies were very nice my lady was Ava very very good perfectionist massage and everything. Best hotel thank you everyone we will be coming back .

Staff were excellent, Oktai at reception, Ehsan at breakfast and concierge staff. They always tried to help but certain things like payment their hands were tied.

I feel annoyed they don’t take full card payments as I ended up paying a lot more that I wanted due to their fx as I don’t use euros they convert into other currencies using their own fx.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Erhan, Ozgur and Oktay. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Hotel also has a hammam in the basement and a rooftop restaurant. I would go again and happy to recommend it.

I wouldn't book the basement room as the aircon is a bit noisy.
