I liked the staff, breakfast and the gym. the room was very good, clean and tidy.

it’s very hot in the room - the conditioner gives only hot air, you can’t make the temperature lower. if you open the window - you will wake up at 5 am because of the praying in the mosque behind the hotel (very loud)

Quite Clean Comfortable city hotel which is located on a Main Street has masjids, restaurants and shops. The hotel is in front of the tramway station that going directly to the attraction tourist area (Sultan Ahmed). Moreover, the hotel provide good breakfast buffet, wonderful sitting area around the swimming pool and amazing spa. The staff are respectful and service is good. The hotel is recommended for family.

It is preferable to serve the water bottles on daily basis

Polite staff and clean hotel. The hotel was not busy during my trip which I loved, as I got access to the Sauna, Steam room and Turkish baths without having to wait or sharing with too many people. Tram stop is right opposite to the hotel, which takes you in the city center. Lots of options for takeaways or eat in only a few hundred meters away.

I would have preferred if breakfast is included as a standard across all the options. This will make Holiday Inn city, a perfect place to stay.

The guests are a nightmare and very poorly controlled and managed, bit crowded and messy, especially around the pool after midnight, we were offered to stay at the premesis waiting for an airport cab, yet they opened sprinkles on us at dawn to push us out!!!! It was un acceptable since we offered to pay to stay for few hours but they said no need! Wont affect my room review and my over all expireince, P.s. two bottles of water 330ml each were 100 tl 😅 at the bar

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable with moderate size, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom good, I didn't try the breakfast, the service and menu at the lobby very good.

The wife sometimes got interrupted. the attitude of 1 or two of the staff, but the majority of the staff were cooperative and professional, and kind. and I didn't like mainly the rules of holiday inn to keep alcohol drinks in the minibar of every room, and the guest has no choice to ask to remove it from his room!!!

Overall I would recommend the property. It was a nice stay, room service food was good and quick. Room is very clean, there may be some noise from other rooms but it is not that loud or disturbing. A lady at the reception was very helpful, i was having trouble communicating for something i ordered and due to be delivered at the hotel, she took the time to call several places and provide an exceptional assistance.

Breakfast is poor for a 5 star. The front reception charged the tax twice, although it was mentioned in my booking that tax is included in the fare, he insisted to charge it again. I showed my printed booking. He wouldn't understand the wording "8 % VAT is included." if I would have insisted further, it would have been an unpleasent argument.

The hotel is in a great location.Tram is 2 metres across which can lead you in every place and archaological monument and any bazzar you want to go. The facilitties were perfect as the photoes descibed. All the employees were perfect.They helped you in any you want at once.

I felt disapointed at the first days becauce of the swimming pool becouce it was closed becouae of covid resctritions. It was not hotel's foult.In my reservation desciption it was written clearly.Just i express my feeling.Although they opened it two days later and i felt so happy.

Fabulous and Exceptional The location was Great and value for money, especially during peak season. The tram station (Pazartekke) is just in front of the hotel, and you can reach any part of the town easily and it is useful when you are in Istanbul. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy. Staff are professional and very helpful, worth to mention Mr Ali Riza LAFCI(front Office Manager) in concierge who assisted during our stay and even gave tips on going around. 5 star for Mr Ali Riza LAFCI. We already have recommended this hotel to our friends and relatives and if we come to Istanbul again, we would definitely stay here.

The room is bigger than most in Istanbul. The breakfast is very diversified and delicious. Wifi works very well. The pool and sauna are free of charge for the guests. The parking is free if you come with your own car. Very close to the tram T1 station that goes to the old city. Situated near the walls of Old Constantinople. Most of the employees were very professional (not all). They accepted to keep our car in the parking for free for several hours even after check-out

Cleanliness was not as expected. Also the reception area was renewed when we were there with a lot of dust and noise.
