Great staff and location. The room was pretty good. If you only look for a place to be able to get a night of good sleep then this hotel is a good choice. The breakfast had the most important stuff, bread, egg, soup, and some more stuff. Truly a very basic and continental breakfast. If you’re looking for a big breakfast buffet then this breakfast will not meet your expectations. But still, it’s a great small breakfast buffet to kick off your day. The location was very great. Only 100 meters to the nearest tram station. The tram takes you to most places of interest for a tourist. Overall a good place to stay at. Very good price and value for the money. Lastly a big praise to the wonderful and friendly staff! They were truly amazing. And I truly mean everybody, the staff at the reception, the staff in the breakfast hall and the cleaning staff! They helped us with everything during our stay and was really friendly. Truly grateful for being able to meet with this amazing staff!

Our first room had a decent room temperature. But the second room was really hot!! The friendly and great staff came to the room and turned off the radiator. But the room was still hot even though the radiator was turned off. I guess something was maybe wrong with that particular room. Me and my friend was sweating the whole night. I don’t know if there was any more rooms with this issue. And the AC was not working either at our room. But I guess that the AC will be working during the summer. Otherwise that room will be a big issue for the next guests during the summer.

The hotel is located in center, 5 station by tram to Grand Bazaar, 7 to Sophia and Sultan Ahmet Mosque. Overall the hotel is a good value cost-location

We asked rooms to be next to each other but the hotel was already full. Elevator is to slow and the breakfast was a bit poor.

+ location (close to the T1 tram which can take you to all historical landmarks in Istanbul and close to many bars and restaurants) + comfy bed (however I booked a double bed and received two singles) + spacious room + parking spot (to be paid) in front of the hotel. + very nice member of the staff on the night shift which I had a pleasure to talk to while waiting for the car rental agent.

- noise from the street outside (if you have a room from the main street) - very hot in the room (could not be regulated, and keeping the windows open would not make you fall asleep) - I got two single instead of the double bed which was booked - decent wi-fi - poor breakfast (especially juices which taste was very "chemical") - cleaning ladies after asking to come back in 10 minutes after us leaving the room were never coming back. - leaking shower (water on the floor)

I booked 3 rooms. Everything was wonderful, from the reception at the airport on time and the completion of the procedures for receiving the rooms, the cleanliness and the location, as well as the return to the airport. I thank all the workers at the hotel, especially Mr. Salcuk, who helped us months before our arrival, and miss Gamze, as well as the always smiling Mr Sezal. The location is fantastic. Lots of great restaurants and cafes around. We stayed only one night but already felt that the area was one prime. The staff was brilliant. Fatah (very tall guy) helped us out with our bags and Dirya (hopefully I spelt that right) was super friendly. The first room they gave us had a faulty aircon unit, so they ended up moving us to a bigger and better room free of charge, without any fuss. Although the hotel itself is a bit dated, for a simple choice of accommodation with a great location and super friendly staff, all worth it!!!

The bus station is only 2 minutes from the hotel..the room is clean and a good size infact...good breakfast... the staff are very friendly and you can find who speaks Arabic and English which is something really great....surely recommend it

Clean, cosy rooms, polite and helpful staff, especially the lady at the reception was very positive and helpful! The location is perfect not only for couples but for families as well, the tram is 2 min away from the hotel that you can take to jump to Eminonu, Sultanahmet and other places that should be on the list with places to visit in Istanbul, there are many banks, supermarkets and restaurants around it. It was my second time staying in this hotel with my family that were aimpressed from the hotel, service and the excellent Turkish breakfast 🥞 Would like to express my appreciation for this great experience and hope to see you soon! Recommended 💯!!

Really enjoyed location, close to city center, and otherwise is outside the turistical crowd. 10 min away is fantastical local hamam, street food, in Thursday was local market. Great place to be around local people. The room was big enough, free still water, in the bathroom all shower facilities were available. Clean. Great and helpful stuff. Good breakfast, fresh fruits. In general we enjoyed our stay.

At breakfast, it could be a little more choice of food. As we stayed for 5 nights, I was surprised that sheets weren't changed. It was possible to hear some sounds from nearby neighbors, but hopefully, they were calm.

Situated just a two minute walk from the local tram stop connecting the whole city was convenient.. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with a varied choice although the juice machine seemed faulty as was watery. Arranged a transfer via the hotel from and back to the airport which went without a hitch and was reasonably priced. Rooms were of a decent size and whilst basically fitted out met our needs though if a group of females are going definitely take extra coat hangers you won't have enough! Bathroom was also a decent size with a large walk in shower. Whilst the hotel is situated on a main road it's not particularly noisy though the 4.30am call to prayers on a Sunday morning may keep you awake but you will get that in any part of Istanbul as it's part of their culture. Overall a great trip made all the better by Man City bringing the champions league trophy home.!

If I had to be picky some of the staff grasp of English wasn't great which made communication awkward at times but we managed to get by. By no means a criticism as such as we have no devine right to expect people to speak our language but probably the only slight issue we had but as I say it didn't detract from our overall stay.
