I was lucky to have a very comfortable room, with table and chair - that was essential as I was working online. Internet connection was good and reliable. The hotel is a bit distant from main touristic places, but there are tram and metro stops nearby as well as bus station - thus its rather comfortable. Breakfast was ok. staff was helpful I arrived early and the room was provided quite fast, that's great. BTW I guess if you want your room to be cleaned - better ask

the toilet (bowl) was not cleaned... that's a shame as definitely worsen the impression

Didn't expect much, but the place was pretty nice for the price. Pretty good location with a bunch of restaurants and stores down the street, not far from public transport. Nice personnel, very helpful. Wi-fi seemed good during the day, small issues in the evening, but overall good enough.

Can't lock the room from inside, a bit weird, but it didn't cause any issues. Lights in the room a bit too dim.

The bathroom. Needs an upgrade. I'm not a big fan of showering on the toilet. The faucet for the cold water, I could not open it, as much as I tried. And the faucet for the hot water, it was hard to use and did not close properly, so it dripped

All staff are kind and so helpful. Hotel is on a great position, opposite of the bus station and close to the tram and metro and lots of local restaurants. Extremly clean rooms and so far the most comfortabel bed and linens. Bathroom's new and spacious. Would recomend for short as well as for longer stay. We booked for 6 days but extended another 5 days, that says it all. Definitely we'll come again 😀

The fridge did work but while it was on it heated up the room, which is normally good during winter but I'm not sure it would be very pleasent during the Summer as they don't have any AC, but this was to be expected as they have stated as such in the listing.

The location is great. In front of the hotel is a small playground, down the street is the tram that takes you directly to the Grand bazar and the center (Hagia Sofia) Around there are small shops and places to eat (cheap and good) and also a pharmacy, a place where you can buy phones and cellphone cards Across the street there is a bigger playground, a bus terminal and the old city wall (very nice, with a big gate) and also a very big city park and a metro station

Clean and quite , mr Cengiz in the reception is friend and helpful

Breakfast can be beter

The hotel is near the metro station, bus and tram stops. We were at double delux renovated room with my daughter. My husband and my son were at standart room which differed from our. I recommend choosing the delux room with view of the mosque. The stuff was very kind. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty.

The man who greeted us didn't speak English.

It's wonderful place, not 5 star, but definitely 10 star. Housekeeper lady fixed my shirt what ribbon at bazaar. Breakfast lady makes herself all pastries. Comfy bed, warm room. Area is quiet, close is many restaurants and shops. Tram close which takes you to all city sights.

Location. For my kids they loved it because they have play ground in front of hotel. Food, markets 20 meters from you. I have 2 kids in age I can't let them to stay alone in separate room so they let us to stay in same room and this really helped us and let us to enjoy our holidays together.

Rooms are very used, bathroom doesn't have any thing only tap for shower can't be more bisc and very used as well

It has a playground just in front of the entrance. In walking distance of the tram that takes you to the main atractions of the city. It's next to the old city wall. It's clean and confortable
