Location was great and some members of the staff where very kind and helpful !! Breakfast was also very rich

The manager was very rude and disrespectful, the room started smelling the the third day I believe and they told us they would give us another room that was the only one they had and lower category than ours but no refund. The room they gave us had no soundproofing and when we went downstairs to ask for another even though they said it was the only they had free they did give us another room clearly showing they lied before to give us the smaller room. When we asked the next morning for a refund due to us sleeping at 3:00 am for the trouble they said no and they gave us free breakfast for 2 days and room same as the one we had before and the manager said “that’s good enough for you” with disrespecting tone

If you read this, meaning you are looking for feedback. This hotel shouldn’t have any vacancies, if they do, book fast! The facilities, the people & location made our holiday memorable. We have stayed in many hotels around Europe, including Paris. This is the BEST hotel. Thank you to all the personnel!

None! We should have stayed longer!

Good room. We took the junior suit which I highly recommend. Very nice staff and excellent service and location.

The AC is terrible. They are using a split AC that doesn’t work well so the room was super hot and the AC itself is very noisy. I recommended them to fix it and let the split one as backup but ofc when the fix and upgrade it. The pillows were not comfortable and need to also be changed to better ones. But besides these two points the hotel is really worth it.

Perfect location. Everything is on your feet. Staff very kind and attentive. The place is very clean and everyone was very professional.

The hotel Staff was very kind but missed a little bit of warmth which made the experience flat. Considering the size of the hotel and the location it missed on intimacy and felt detached from the vibrant local colour. Stayed for 6 nights and breakfast was included. Even though we had breakfast only 2-3 times on the checkout we were asked to pay for a mini toblerone we had from the mini bar. It’s not about the 6€ obviously but more about the gesture.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I stepped into this exquisite hotel, I knew I was in for a treat beyond my wildest dreams. Every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection, and I'm thrilled to share my experience with the world. The first thing that caught my eye was the stunning architecture that seamlessly blended modern elegance with classic charm. The grand entrance set the tone for the luxurious journey that awaited me inside. The lobby was a masterpiece of design, adorned with chic furnishings, tasteful artwork, and an ambiance that radiated sophistication. Upon check-in, I was greeted by the warm and attentive staff who made me feel like royalty from the start. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness were a true testament to the impeccable service this hotel prides itself on. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and opulence. The attention to detail in the decor, the plush furnishings, and the breathtaking views from the window left me in awe. The bed, adorned with high-quality linens, was a haven of relaxation, and I couldn't help but appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout the room. Dining at the hotel was an exquisite culinary journey. The diverse menu featured a fusion of flavors that tantalized my taste buds. Each dish was a work of art, both visually stunning and a delight to the palate. The talented chefs showcased their culinary prowess, and the attentive waitstaff ensured a dining experience that surpassed all expectations. The hotel's amenities were nothing short of extraordinary. The spa offered a haven of tranquility, and the skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling utterly pampered. The state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with the latest equipment, allowed me to maintain my workout routine in style. What truly set this hotel apart was its commitment to sustainability.

Location was perfect, a few seconds away from the middle of Istiklal Street. Staff were really friendly, they offered an upgrade to our standard room for free. Breakfast was good, they could prepare fresh eggs if you ask. Room was modern, not the perfect view, but we did not stay that much in the hotel anyways.

Since the hotel was really close to Istiklal Street, it was a bit noisy at night. There was a championship match for Galatasaray on one of the nights and the celebrations went on till early morning. No other negative comments could be given to be honest. There was also an electricity problem on one of the nights, which the hotel staff couldn't resolve, but they quickly offered a sleepover room in the same floor, and it was fixed the next day.

If you enjoy being close to Taksim and Istiklal, soaking in that atmosphere, then this hotel is the best choice. It's not far from the metro station and HAVABUS stops. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and polite. The room had a modern design, was colorful, and well-executed. The heating system worked exceptionally well, which I loved.

I expected an American-sized "king-size bed," but it was slightly smaller. Before booking I noticed, someone had mentioned the location of the toilet. Well, it's not very comfortable to pass through the bathroom. We understand that it's an old building, but it was still inconvenient. What I expected from this type of hotel is more toiletries. It was provided only for one person, and there were no toothbrush and toothpaste.

The location is amazing, you can walk to Cihangir, Taksim, Galata, Istanbul Modern, Karakoy and Sisli. You will quickly discover a great public transportation system to get to Old Town and the Asian side. Important as your usual taxi apps won’t work well in Istanbul. People working at the hotel are absolutely wonderful and very helpful from greeting you with a smile every time to insightful recommendations on the city they clearly love, local food choices, to any fixes you may need with the room. Very warm yet professional. The breakfast is a variety of fresh delicious choices. And again, the lovely team makes it very cozy and enjoyable. Modern design in a historic building, cool lobby and a coffee bar if you get up before most places open (at 7am).

The only thing I’m going to mention is if you are looking to share a room with someone who is not your close friend/family, don’t- get separate rooms. The bathroom and shower are separated from the living quarters by a glass wall/door with not much insulation.

Hotel is very centrally located on the shopping street. Supermarkets and countless options of all meals are therefore right on the doorstep, public transport is also within walking distance. By tram you can easily get to the most popular sights like Hagia Sophia and co. This tram is within ten minutes walking distance, but it is important to mention that you have to go down a steep hill - so this is convenient on the way down but back.... Well ;) The room was wonderfully large, had two balconies and everything you need. Of course, according to the location it is not quiet in the room, on the street are hundreds of people and loud music until morning. You should keep that in mind when booking, but it is OK and easy to endure. Reception is staffed 24h and very nice. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

The bathroom is very small, there are not enough possibilities to hang used towels. The door to the bathroom is quite difficult to open. But these are small things and not worth mentioning when it comes to choosing this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The design of the hotel is not only aesthetically pleasing but also contributes to a comfortable atmosphere. The staff, particularly Omer Berat, Ali, Osman, and Semih, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their kindness and support were greatly appreciated. The warmth of the hotel, especially during rainy days, provided an additional layer of comfort after extensive walks. The minibar’s selection of snacks and drinks was excellent, and I would like to express my gratitude to the cleaning staff for maintaining a spotless environment. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and I want to commend your team for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making my time at the hotel memorable. Despite the inherent city noise around Istiklal, the vibrant atmosphere added a unique charm to my visit. The diverse array of restaurants and cafes provided a delightful culinary journey with options catering to various preferences. Furthermore, the availability of numerous clothing brands for shopping was a pleasant surprise, enhancing the overall appeal of the location. Thank you for creating a memorable and enjoyable stay amidst the dynamic surroundings.”
