f you are searching for an excellent location, this is the best Hotel for the deal. it's close to all the attractions that you want from Istanbul, so close to Egyptian market about 5 minutes walking and about the 10 to the Grand Bazar, also no to far from Taksim about 30 minutes walking and the same time for Fatih Bayazid and Lalelie . that why I give this hotel rank 10/10 for the location. The stuff are really friendly 10/10.

Attraction are very close such as Top Kapi and others in the old Istanbul town. This not a luxury hotel, but it compensates with close proximity to attractions and shopping. Clean rooms. recommended for sightseeing of old Istanbul and Bazar shopping.

I recently spent a week at this hotel and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and great amenities, but what really set it apart for me was the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Tural and Hassan, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. Tural was always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Hassan, on the other hand, was an absolute gem - he always had a smile on his face and made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area, this is the place to be. Thank you again to Tural, Hassan, and the entire staff for making my stay so memorable!

First of all, the location is excellent. You could hardly pick a better spot to stay in the city. Breakfast is great and they switch the food daily so you have a great variety. The room is cleaned daily and cleanliness is very important here. Bed is very comfy and we appreciated the restocking of water and teas and everything in the room. Amazing value for money given all these, but I wanna tell you why you should choose this hotel in particular besides all these things. As with most things in life, it's the people. The people working there were all super helpful and welcoming and friendly. Whether it was offering us a tea or coffee when we arrived or left, helping us out with various things (and unfortunately we really did need help with quite a few things), everyone in the staff was great. I want to mention Amin in particular and Mustafa who I could talk to in English easily as they spoke it very well (not everywhere is this the case) and they did all they could to make our stay the best possible. But everyone was really really great. My wife was not feeling very well on the day of our check-out and they let us stay in the room a little longer and when we were downstairs waiting for the taxi they offered her an ayran to help soothe her stomach and everybody came to check up on her to see if she is ok. Will come again in Istanbul and we will definetely stay in the same hotel!

The only thing that could be better in my mind is to do what is needed to have drinkable water in the room. I realise that the hotel is built on an old building and probably there are old pipes and everything and I dunno what it would take (if the pipes in the hotel of if the main pipe would need to be changed too), but that is the one thing that bothered me, seeing that "don't drink the water" sign. It's great that they offer you two cups of water a day so you have something on hand, but safe water should also be a thing everywhere in the modern world in my view. Especially in a city like Istanbul.

This hotel really close to sirkeci marmaray station and tram station..other tourist attraction like Hagia sophia and topkapi palace and blue mosque just within walking distance. Hotel was surrounded with local restaurant and happening at night time. Room was spacious and comfortable. The most important have lift to next floor. This is something must find in turki coz many of hotel or GH, u have to use stair to next floor. Staff are really nice and helping. Muhammad and amin assist me and provide me so info with the place i need to go while im stay there. The most important they have free breakfast.

Not much option for breakfast.should consider some asian dish like rice to be added in breakfasts.

After walking through Istanbul, we went to the hotel very late. We took a shower and immediately fell asleep. Maybe that's why no special shortcomings were noticed. For the small amount of money we spent on a Sunday at the hotel, it's a shame to look for any flaws!

Everything was excellent for me and my family in that hotel: value for money, hotel location, breakfast. But the thing that I liked most of all is the hospitality of the personnel. They were very polite, kind and helpful!!! Thanks to Amin bey, Tural bey and Sabir bey. I know where I will stay next time I visit Istanbul!!!

Visitors must be ready that this is not 5 star hotel, but all positive sides of this hotel easily cover negative sides!!

The Suff in ghis Hotel was amazing espically Amin. Amin is agreat and supportive person. I can say that he is a real friend. Yhank you people for this great place.

The staff was great. I would like to come back again. This a great locations it close to many great restaurants and many great views. Close by the lake it was amazing words can't describe how amazing and beautiful this place is.

The one thing I could say if anything negative is the safe that its downstair by the reception. But, I think its good that the stuff can make sure your personally things are watched in the receptions desk.
