The staff was kind and the hotel was close to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.

Not clean at all, the wall’s paint was coming off, strong smell in the room coming from the bathroom, and the most important thing - the view. The hotel is in an U shape and from the window you can see other’s windows. On the top was something like a lid, and not much air was coming from it - so the only way of freshen the air was to turn on the AC. Same breakfast everyday

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and I must admit that from the first day to the last, they consistently met our expectations. I did not have such an amazing communication experience and customer service in Istanbul from other restaurants and hotels; Although the staff at this hotel are always helpful and caring instead, they never faltered. The rooms are clean, with daily changes of towels and toilet trash, and the beds are well-made. The breakfast features mostly fresh ingredients, and they make an effort to vary one to two dishes for added variety. I just recommended that they print door tags for every room to avoid disturbance in case of resting. They deserve to enhance their services. ❤️ Thanks.

Location of the hotel is one of the best in Istanbul. U have connections with tram, metro, ferry within 150 meters. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I liked also breakfast, there is plenty of food and options. Hotel staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Special mention to the guys from reception Caner and his brother. These guys are amazing and very helpful. U can ask them whatever you want and they will give you best advices on whatever you are interested in Istanbul. We are thankful for their hospitality. Cant wait to come again!

Nice reception. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. A.C. is really good.

When we would call reception from our room for a task, they would do it 2/10 times. It's as if we are disturbing their comfort. Also the cleaning lady would clean our room really late. She did do a good job but she would clean it around 3-4pm which was not suitable for us. Snother thing was that the iron wasn't working and we told the staff about this but they still gave us the same iron that doesn't work.

the location was really good, central to everything shops all around, the tram is a two minute walk away. a very safe area. The day manager Caner (not sure how to spell) of the hotel provided really good service and was very helpful to us throughout our entire stay, made us feel more comfortable and safe. The other staff had also provided really good service helping us with anything, providing water helping with luggage etc. overall the customer service made the stay worth it at the hotel. The view was nice, bathroom and rooms were also clean.

We booked two rooms one double and one quadruple room, the double room was a bit small, though it had everything that was needed. The quadruple room was a decent size with two double beds and a single bed, with also enough space to walk around.

Excellent location. Breakfast ok for price paid. Staff was really really friendly and helpful.room cleaned every day

I would like to start off by saying that I am traveling arround 7-8 times per year in Istanbul and most of the time I have stayed in same hotels, however, due to some things which have popped up and the declining services I changed the hotel When I booked, I was immediately greeted with messages of welcome and what ever wish/need I have - something which I found it very kind and helpful. Because I traveled with my pregnant wife and mother, I informed the hotel and they AMAZED me with their friendly response, they booked us a bigger room (free of charge) with a good view and ultra clean. Besides the above, the breakfast is perfect in this hotel and what I paid for 4 nights is not comparable with what I got. I got 10-15 times money worth on what I paid I would like to thank all the staff in this amazing hotel I truly appreciate everything you did for me I will make sure I stay again here and my friends stay as well

Hotel is situated in the very centre of the magical Asia's part of the city. Very close to the Bosporus Strait and to main tourist attractions: Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the mosques track. Nice and helpful service staff: receptionists, cleaning crew and staff in a restaurant. The room was clean with everything we need🙂
