This was a very quiet, beautiful and clean suite, centrally located with a short walk to Istanbul Tram stop and many sights. There are SO many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars etc within a few blocks of these suites which makes it all the more amazing how quiet the room was! The manager was very friendly, met us early (before check in) so we could stash our luggage, and showed us how to get in/out and all of the room features. We felt very safe and comfortable here, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The bedroom could really use bedside lights. Otherwise, this place was amazing!

Talha was a brilliant host - so accomodating! Our room was amazing and he was super quick to handle any queries or issues we had. Always willing to go above and beyond. Out cleaning lady was so joyful and always gave us a warm good morning and cleaned our room as soon as we left to go out.

Everything was great! Talha (our host) was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and helpful in whatever we wanted. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. We got upgraded to the room with a jacuzzi. Amazing location with restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommended.

Host Talha was super helpful & responsive, which made our delayed evening flight considerably less stressful. The property itself was as pictured, clean and had everything we needed

A few reviews mention noise, but we hadn't realised that would mean loud music playing until the early hours (2/3am) at least on the weekend, and the windows didn't entirely close so it was hard to block that out. For the first floor at least you are directly above a bar playing that, so ear plugs recommended.

The apartment is not the most accessible if you are with a wheel chair or a stroller it can be a bit hard to manage, The apartment is above a bar and in a lively neighborhood so it can be noisy in the night

Everything was great - perfect location, the room was clean, and very large. The breakfast - very delicious, with a variety of products. The hotel manager - Talha is very helpful. He is ready to support you with everything necessary and is very friendly. Thank you Talha! :) And the unexpected bonus - you can relax at the end of the day in the nargile bar on the ground floor, but you don't hear the noise from the bar in the room.

The Mas suites hotel is located in Karakoy, a beautiful neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and even carried our heavy luggage for us. He showed us to our room which to our suprise was big and spacious!. The room was clean and spotless and the bed really comfy. And of course the highlight of the room was the jacuzzi, it was big enough for 2 people to relax after a tiring day of sightseeing. Coffe, tea and a big bottle of water was provided complementary and refiled daily. I recommed this hotel to everyone who wish to stay in the center and move arround by foot. Taskim squire is only 15 minutes away and the tram line to Agia sofia and the Grand bazzar is 2 minutes away. Thank you very much Mas Suites for the amazing stay and especially the receptionist who was always in touch and helped us with everything we needed. We will make sure to come back again!

Amazing customer service, best yet in Turkey super clean room, great room service close to the new port and as many restaurants as you would want with a market next door, really useful

the internet provider is bad, the equipment is fine. anything other than browsing the net and text messaging is not going to be a pleasant experience

We enjoyed the hospitality from Talha. A warm, helpful and friendly person always greeting us with smile. Also, the rooms were superb. Jacuzzi was the best. Beds were very comfortable and had a big smart TV. Mirror-ish modern finished rooms. Amazing stay.

A perfect room in an amazing location. Although, there was construction going on in the building to the side, so a bit noisy. And there was a little pungent smell coming from bathroom which we didn't use much.
