The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts are worth a special mention. With Booking.com I could benefit from a free limo pickup from the airport.

A deposit in amount of 100 EUR was something I wasn't expecting from a hotel of that class.

Everything about this property was fabulous; starting from the staff at the reception (Anil & Furkan) all the way to guest service and restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a delicious verity of selections that will make everyone happy.

Bkfst was super, spa and fitness too. I enjoyed sauna and steam bath. Location is perfect, not too far from the fancy area. Around the hotel there are mall and restorants. Room was spacy and comfortable.

Everything was fantastic. Great location, great hotel and super polite staff. Reception staff are always ready to help guests. Also, housekeeping service was perfect. I always respect other traditions and culture but I was just shocked after this situation. About 100 people from the Indian delegation came to the hotel and our breakfast hall was full and everything was antisanitary because some people from the delegation stand and ate everything in front of the food desk with their hands and if they dislike the food then they just put their food from their hands on the food desk. Nobody wants to eat this kind of food of course. It was horrible scene for everybody. I think, everybody complained about this situation to the hotel managers and hotel staff. Next day hotel staff divide our breakfast hall in 2 parts. First hall for the delegation from India and the second one for us. It was so nice to sit in a clean and noncrowded breakfast hall. Big thanks and big respect to the hotel)

clearly the hotel is 5* . Good service and staff are helpful and competent if you like shopping there is a HUGE and expensive mall attached to the hotel. Theyeven have their own entrance to the mall at the hotel.

There is unbelievable traffic congestion in levent and elsewhere in Istanbul. Its so bad in fact that some Taxi drivers refuse to take you elsewhere. Please ensure you allow plenty of time for even short distance journeys the room is first class but the interior lighting is very dim when on. its hard to find things it is so dark.

The hotel location is excellent, staff were very helpful, breakfast is rich, diversified and delicious. The rest of the hotel facilities (restaurants, swimming pools, spa are all excellent) (Who is special) At the reception Erdugul was really helpful with a big smile on his face, also Nail was great. In fact, the whole front desk staff were professional. Another Nail (at the executive lounge) was extremely helpful. The whole breakfast staff (with no exception) were a Beehive

Only the service for the bar (outside area) a little bit slow, maybe because bar doors toward the outside area were locked. Otherwise, everything was at a high level. However, I just have a suggestion regarding the Bar (outside area). If the hotel management cover the surrounding (of the outside sitting area) with Glass at a certain Hight, this will help to:- - prevent the wind from bothering customers - provides a relaxing and private sitting area - increase the number of customers using it - compete with nearby coffee shops

I always stay in this hotel when I visit Istanbul. - Location is perfect, metro station withing walking steps, 2 big malls are just connected to the hotel. Lovely place in front of hotel to relax and have a cup of coffee. - I liked the excutive lounge in 3rd floor, delecious and healthy food all the day, I would like to thank Mr. Hasan and his team in the lounge as they were very respectful and helpful..

I did not like the hotel taxi who took me to Sabiha Gökçen airport in stead of Istanbul Airport wrongfully and without my knowledge which wasted my time and cost me extra money. - No movie and live sport channels.
