The location of the property was excellent. The old city shops were a few minute walk. The Blue Mosque was about 8 minutes walk. Lovely Turkish breakfast served by Rambo, my name for him. He was very knowledgeable when asking questions about different places to see and do. His service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, thank you Rambo. He also gave us a present as it was my partners birthday. The room was also perfect, we had a view of the sea and the old walls. Shower was lovely and hot. Thank you also to the reception staff who gave us ideas of what was good to check out.

Having to come home. We should have booked for longer than 4 days.

They were extremely attentive from our arrival to our departure. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The view from the restaurant is fantastic! The hotel is as close as possible to all attractions! Almost at arm's length! A family-run hotel with a unique, friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Special thanks to Mr. Rambo for preparing our wonderful breakfast every morning and putting a smile on our faces with his friendly attention.

One thing which did not bothered us, but it might be important for other guests to know - the prayer times - check the schedule for the prayers, the location is so close to Hagia Sophia, you will be awake every day by the imam in the morning.

the location was Excellent. walking distance to nearly all the major attractions in old town. food, shopping, culture. Breakfast was good. it was a turkish breakfast and we are Aussies and it was great. no bacon. I know that matters to a lot of Aussies, but travelling in other countries - respect their cultures. . Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast guy, so happy and called us mumma and poppa, even tho I think we were about the same age. :) He would suggest stuff to try and it was great. The hotel had charm and was kitsch. Not for those that want a resort with boring modern, sparse decor

This is a fantastic location in Istanbul. I could walk to the main historic attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and made us tea throughout the day. There are beautiful views for breakfast up on the terrace. I really enjoyed staying in this quaint hotel and would stay there again.

The doors had the traditional keys vs. card for entry and exit. Some areas of the room and bathroom needed some touch up paint, etc., and the AC was a bit noisy, but overall, the room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a very touristic location with many of the city landmarks in walking distance. The room we had so pretty small, but very cute! It was fairly clean. The main lobby and the breakfast areas did not look clean or as clean as I believe those areas should be. All the staff we met were very helpful and nice!!! Thank you!!!

we did not like the breakfast. it was half buffet half being served a plate with a few things on ( ONE piece of some kind of meat, ONE piece…) Only watermelon as a fruit option. The breads available were really cheap and every morning the same( we stayed 3 days there). Some people were offered omelet, but we were never asked. Overall they should rethink and re do the whole thing. The man working the breakfast was very nice!!! Also keep in mind that from the mosque there are prayers starting at 5:20 am, so you will be woken up for sure!

Amazing location with exceptional service. All staff were extremely friendly and it felt like family. They did everything to make us feel welcomed and happy. Also it is a facility were many stray cats are saved and provided for. Especially with the great efforts of Ramazan. Go and meet the king of the hotel, Pasha (the cutest red cat ever). We will go back again for sure. Thank you Ramazan, Veysel and Mehmet. We will miss you!!

location: the hotel places in the heart of Istanbul. It is 2minutes walk distance from Aya Sofia thus you can see the beautiful archtecture whenevr you want. I visited there three times! You can visit there until 23:00 (may differ with seasons) to experience calm and peaceful moment. Every spot including Blue mosque is walking distance so you don’t need to take a cab or tram from this hotel. staff: all members are always smiling and so much kind. it was my first time to visit Turkiye and Istanbul but staffs let us know how to interact with people and guide where to and when to go. I would return to this city and this hotel any time soon.

The location is nearby most of the interesting places to see in the old city. Three parking spots are provided for free - if you are lucky enough, you can get one of them. The hotel is in an old building but it is clean. There is a rooftop with a very nice view of the seaside. It is close to the mosque, but there are mosques everywhere so it is not a big deal. Sergey - the bellboy working the night shifts is very friendly and helpful. His English is perfect.

Some of the staff members we way too friendly (the front desk during the day)- offering massage and touching my friends which wasn't nice. Especially for us. Respecting other people's personal space is the minimum for providing good customer service.

This is a beautiful historical building, more than 150 years old, made with marble and wood, full of antique stuff inside, so basically it’s a museum. There was a beautiful onyx bathroom and the historical paintings of the street the hotel is located on. The location is the most perfect in Sultan Ahmet district you can imagine! The Aya Sophia and the Sultan Ahmet park is just in front of the hotel. Also it’s a very quiet place to sleep at night!
