Our first visit to Istanbul and could not have chosen a better hotel, staff friendly on arrival, room set up perfrct with Seaview balcony. Great suggestions are recommended, especially the evening boat tour on the Bosphorus,with dinner, entertainment, and music. Although we did not eat at the hotel, the staff were able to arrange for pick up to a restaurant, which brings you back to the hotel. Complimentary fruit was delivered as room service. Please book if looking to stay in Istanbul, just a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hajia Sophia Mosque.

Does need a lift

All the staff were soooo friendly and professional . The hotel was so clean . Breakfast quality was good . The view was fantastic .

The only thing that I didn’t like is the size of the room . Rooms are so small . Also I would prefer to varry the food for the breakfast .

10-15 minute walk away from The Hagia Sofia/Blue Mosque/Basilica Cistern, which are all within a few metres of what is essentially a public transport hub. That hub puts the whole of Istanbul within easy striking distance (learn how to use the tram/bus system and thank me later). Lovely, clean rooms with everything you'd need, including a safe, kettle, iron, hair dryer etc. I had a room at the back and was completely happy with that. I ate breakfast there every day, buffet style and plentiful. I also ate my main meal of the day, every day, in their restaurant and was very happy with the service and the quality. Last but by absolutely no means least, the staff. From check-in to departure and everything in between, nothing was too much trouble from the lovely manager on down. If only everybody in the hospitality business were so genuine, accommodating, and professional. 100% recommended.

I do think that the airport limo service could be more keenly priced, Istanbul taxis are a roll of the dice, and taking away that stress at a reasonable cost would be appreciated. I politely mentioned this to the VERY approachable GM who promised to look into it. In fairness, the yellow cab which was booked by reception was reliable and not too expensive. In any event, wherever you're staying in Istanbul, do your homework on airport transportation before arrival.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Istanbul . This one was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. The receptionist Ridvan was the best of all, if it was not for him my visit wouldn't be as memorable. He made everything easy for me and helped in every way! Just ask for Ridvan and you will be in good hands :) .

The staff were so kind and helpful, they gave us a tonne of information on where to go and what to do as it was our first time in Istanbul, they helped organise dinner reservations and booking taxi’s for us. 24/7 reception and concierge was amazing and our flight got cancelled 11pm the night before and the staff were able to extend our stay.

The location but only because it was cold, wet and so windy during our stay. There wasn’t a lot of food options close by to walk to in the rain so we opted for room service a lot more than we normally would. The location would have been amazing in summer, but in winter it was so close to the water that it was colder than it would’ve been more inland.

Location was good and staff were helpful the amenities were available Clean and housekeeping was very nice.

Room size was small. No soundproofing. There was mosquitoes in the room

The property has many good things like; 1: The location is amazing with mesmerizing view of sea, sunrise and the city. All key attractions are at walking distance i.e. Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, Arafat Bazar, Topakapi palace, sea and cruise. 2: The property is super clean and fully facilitated 3: The staff is supportive especially “ RIDVAN” he is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thanks man! 4: Metro, Tram and bus stop at walking distance 5: Breakfast was super awesome Highly recommended for a great experience. Thanks everyone reception, luggage team, housekeeping and F&B team. 🙏

All went well so nothing to mention.

1. Location is perfect! we were very lucky to behold huge family of dolphins playing around in the sea from our room’s window and hotel sea view terrace. It takes just few minutes to get to Sultanahmet mosque and Aya Sofia. 2. Staff of the hotel is highly professional, friendly, accurate, helpful and very attentive! We are especially grateful to Mr. Ridvan for his responsiveness and kindness. We are very glad to meet him. 3. Breakfast was diverse enough, delicious and always fresh. I am used to eat healthy food and I found everything I needed: variety of greens, nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits, cheese. It was a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace and with friendly smiles of the restaurant staff in the beginning of the day. 4. It worth to note the housekeeping service! Rooms, sheets, towels were always clean and fresh. We are grateful to the staff for our comfort. To sum up, our huge family of 8 people is very grateful to the Radisson Sultanahmet for outstanding service and nice stay.

I was really impressed with the receptionist named Hikmet. My daughter lost her phone in Istanbul and he didn’t spare any effort and patience in retrieving the phone for us! He was constantly calling all the relevant authorities well beyond midnight until the phone was found and returned to the hotel! Such an exceptional service! Also the remaining staff members really impressed me with their helpfulness and prompt assistance to all matters.

Excellent view, comfortable beds, extremely clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection good. Nothing was to much trouble for the front desk to make our stay enjoyable. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants attractions and public transportation making IT an excellent location to stay

As expected rooms in old town hotel rooms are small and compact but it was not a negative to the overall excellent experience we had here.
