it was very clean staff was very friendly and always ready to help you with the necessary information! breakfast was great and it was fresh and extensive every day, Ali and Didem always very helpful during breakfast and very friendly! I recommend this hotel to everyone, the location is really perfect! the cleanliness, clean rooms, friendly staff, on our last day Ali baked delicious eggs especially for us, just as a gesture! Our last evening we had dinner in the roof bar with a great view and a delicious dinner! Also compliments to Huseyn, very friendly and professional! We will definitely go back and we will also stay in this hotel.

Double beds are very very small like they are for one person or they thought that only chinese people will visit them 🤣 Really they should do something about the beds.

Location was very good, within easy walking to shops, foods and sights. Breakfast was very good but different. Service and staff are very nice. Room is clean and comfortable.

Shower cubical is on the small side. If you are a large person you may struggle a bit.

My family and I stayed in Istanbul for 1 week and we stayed at this hotel for all 7 days. If we are ever in Istanbul again we will surely stay here! I cannot express how happy I am with the hotel - it is simply exceptional and is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was always friendly and helpful, they treated us like family, made our stay unforgettable! When we had a problem with a sightseeing guide (not affiliated with the hotel) who was really late, the front desk guy called him from his own phone trying to solve this problem for us. It was really sweet since he didn't have to do that. They all just went above and beyond for us. Also, the hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the city and the Bosphorus. Each morning we couldn't wait to go up there and enjoy our breakfast on the roof. And what a breakfast it was! The breakfast choices are so numerous and everything is so fresh and delicious! One morning we even got served a complimentary freshly squeezed orange juice and a cast iron pan with freshly cooked sizzling eggs on it! I could go on and on about this hotel and it speaks louder than words about how much me and my family enjoyed staying there. Also, the location cannot be beat. Within walking distance to all major attractions of Sultanahmet, with tons of shops and restaurants all around it! Housekeeping was great and the room was big and beautiful! We loved it that there were scales available at the lobby to weigh your luggage whenever you want to (and you will need to after all the souvenirs you buy in Istanbul to remind you of your magical stay in Turkey).

- No parking, but they are close to Marmaris Train Station where you can find parking at 60TL/day. You can pay only with cash and they accept RON, not sure for other currency - Room had window but was on the interior and it was dark inside, was not specified in the room description - Also, you can hear some noise coming through the window from the ventilation system. - the wi-fi was not powerful enough and could not work on it, had to use hotspot from the mobile

The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of clean and delicious options. Ali provided outstanding service, treating us and other guests with great hospitality. Additionally, the staff, including Turgey, Mehmet, and Dedam, were friendly and helpful. We will return for the excellent breakfast, the warm and welcoming staff, the daily room cleaning, and the comfortable beds.

We liked everything, the location of the hotel was beyond expectations, we simply enjoyed walking for few minutes and reached all the restaurants, Eminonu, AYA Sofia and blu mosques, and the Basilica Cistern and Grand Bazar in 5 minutes. Unforgettable experience!!

The location is perfect for visiting the historic tourist attractions which are nearby. It’s very close to a tram station and a marmaray station which makes traveling to other parts of the city very easy. If you walk a bit further you can get to the Eminönü pier as another transport option. The rooms are kept very clean. They provide a large bottle of water for free every day so you can make tea if you feel like it. If your room is looking out to the street it might be a bit noisy during the day but it wasn’t much of an issue to me. The breakfast is great and they switch it up a bit every day. It’s served on the terrace on the top floor so you can enjoy your food while having a great view over the city. The staff is very helpful and polite. They upgraded my room when I arrived so that was very nice of them.

WiFi signal is very weak so you have to constantly reconnect

Seres hotel has a great location. Only 5 minutes to all attractions, river station. A special treat to have breakfast and/or dinner in the rooftop restaurant with amazing views. By happy coincidence we were in the Dolmabahce room on the 7th floor. It is very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the bay. The breakfasts were standard for Turkey. Be careful of the lower priced rooms: some have no windows, but I think they are offered when overbooking at the hotel. The staff in the hotel is responsive and ready to help in everything, helps to understand both with public transportation and with transfer to the airport.

Our relatives were in a different category room and complained that they could hear the street and trams. And overall their room is quite small with a small bed, so tall or large people would be cramped.

The proximity to major visiting sites (Sultanahmet mosque, Haghia Sophia, Museum of Archeology, Gulhane park, Eminonu with its Egyptian Bazaar and Galata bridge), dozens of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, access to tram. The diverse and rich breakfast and the views over the Bosphorus were a plus. Very clean and quiet room, great value for money.

The window to my room opened to a wall, so I could never see anything or open it.
