Everything you might need or want to explore is within easy reach, making it a perfect base for travelers. Whether it's tourist attractions, restaurants, or shopping, you'll find it all just a stone's throw away. The staff at the hotel deserves a standing ovation. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, they were consistently friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. The only drawback during my stay was the size of the room. It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more spacious accommodations. However, if you're planning to spend most of your time exploring the area and only need the room for sleeping, it should suffice. .The pool is nice and clean The morning meal at the hotel was decent but not exceptional. While there was a variety of options, the quality of the fruits left something to be desired.

This is place i feel like home. The reception staff is just not polite, friendly and respectful but have every information of Istanbul and they help you with booking if you want. The rooms are a bit small but they are fully equipped with all necessities. There is a elavator . The hotel is close to all the touristic sites- if you get out of the hotel and walk to your right there is a place before the main road that is full of many reasonable restaurants and if you cross the road and go straight then you will be in the Egyptian spice bazar. if you go left when you come out of the hotel then you will reach Hagaia Spohia, Blue Mosque, Cistern. Do ask the hotel to book for you the Night cruise with Belly dance and dinner. i hope their Swimming pool and Sauna has started working. If not then deduct few points in the review so that they make it working soon.

The swimming pool and sauna is not working. The male staff in the breakfast section must be sent to school so that they learn to smile and be more polite.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. In a quiet street but also in middle of all attractions and food places on the door step. Walking distance to all attractions and close to the ferry port. Gulhane park was a bonus. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. Let us check out a little later and luggage storage was no problem. We had to wait a bit for our own transfer company, staff had no problem with us waiting in lobby.

The only thing that was the issue was the drainage in the bathroom. Wasn’t too much of a problem for us to report.

Location is great 4-5 mins away to either Sultanahmet area or Sirkeci area, Metro is like 2 mins away too. Staff is very very friendly and helpful, speaks well english, they are willing to help at any request and whenever we ask for anything they provide it in a blink. Breakfast is super with lots of choices, loved having it everyday. wifi connection was working well too 👌

Location is amazing , near 2 metro stations ( Sirkeci and Gulahne) Near istanbul monuments ( 15 minutes walking ) Breakfast is delicious Team is very friendly,helpful and they speak english very well Room service is excellent, room are clean every morning I really recommend it !

I stayed at Hotel Sapphire Istanbul for a week with my wife and daughter and I absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and always willing to help. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, and the location was excellent. The room was always clean and the hot water was always on. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul either alone or couple or with family.

this hotel are very central of all the main attractions. and also just 2 minutes away from the tram line. very convenient to go anywhere. many restaurants around . The staff at the hotel are very friendly. My hotel package coming with breakfast as well. I will fully recommend to anyone who looking for budget and central location this is the hotel you looking for .

Location is perfect, city center, safe area, lots of restaurants, walking distance to main city attractions (Grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Galata bridge). Really nice staff. Elevator. Room was ok, not so big. Good windows no noise go through. Comfortable beds, good wifi, good shower, fridge and tv. Room is clean every day. Breakfast was really good, cooking eggs in-situ, lots of different kind of food, fruit, toasts... They offer good transfers to airports (pay cash Euros or liras).

Air conditioning in the room was not so good, impossible to regulate temperature. Rooms are small and old fashion. Bed socket broken. Behind the bedside table was not clean for a long time. No yogurt and bad coffee in breakfast.

Decent hotel in excellent location - everything is just "a step away" - tram, ferries, buses, main tourists attractions and all kinds of places to grab food - either local supermarket or a fancy restaurant. Though there is so much around - including restaurants working late into the night - it is not a "party" zone; and the tram is on parallel street - so it is not a noisy place for a city center. The hotel itself was decent, the staff was really helpful and nice, breakfast good and plentiful; rooms well sized, decent windows, central conditioning and a bath, not only shower :) They even have a pool in the basement. There is only one "kind of but" - the hotel is past its prime and the good news - renovation is planned and it hopefully will be done for next season (2024 as we heard).

The hotel is located in a central location close to Istanbul's historical sites like Hagia Sophia, and with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were great and very helpful.

The room was ok but it could be better. The power plugs near the beds were loose and came out of the wall every time we wanted to charge our phones. Cleanliness could be improved a bit. We had some dirt under our beds.
