the room is spacious the breakfast is nice, the staff is very helpful, although could get some English lessons :) we had troubles with communication.

the location is very uncomfortable for taxi reach. it’s on a walking street. you have to carry your luggage by paving stone. taxi is always late,due to traffic around hotel.

We stayed in the family room - 2 interconnected rooms, one with a king bed bigger in size and the other small one with double beds. It was quiet at night, which was very important to us (no tram traffic). Walking distance to the main places of interest or take a tram to get to the other part of the city (the tram station is over the corner). For breakfast I would recommend Beltur cafe in the Gulhane park or a corner cafe across Ziya Sark Sofrasi (it replaced Fes 1977 on Google maps).

tiny hotel annoying staff of restaurants around taxi driver got out us of the taxi very far from the hotel. The coolest point that is easy to rich by the taxi is Golden Horn Hotel - ask your driver go there, it is just 20 meters away. uncomfortable pillows grey towels

The only small problem was that the pillows were hard, if there was a medium or soft pillow to choose from it would have been perfect. The room was very small, no real space for a suitcase however it was perfectly appointed

The room is quite spacious and new. The staff especially Sebnem and Nural were very helpful and friendly. They are very reliable.

The location was the most positive aspect of this property, although in terms of getting to the property by taxi was an impossibility! The staff were also very pleasant/helpful.

The connected family room isn’t really connected and is just like 2 separate rooms with separate keys and you have to keep knocking to get to the other room where my older children were staying. Their bedroom was also very small with hardly any space to move around. Our room (203) was sooo noisy until late in the night. There was music we could hear for hours and it really disturbed us. Also, there was no water (it was cut off) on the first night of our stay so we couldn’t take a shower at all or even wash our hands. The pillows were quite high and my daughter couldn’t sleep on them a all

We have booking for hotel Levni Hotel PLUS. But just before departure I received message that that booking were switched Levni Hotel SPA (it is close - cca 150 m). Why? PLUS was closed (cca 2 month) because too less turists. We went to the PLUS to see. Room is better then SPA. Finally we stayed in SPA, because we arrived at night ... it is hard to look for different hotel. From the company is very irresponsible when they offer accommodation in a closed hotel and in reality accommodates guests in another. The room (in SPA) was well (duplex on the ground floor). The main problem was with noise from reception. And dust on the floor. Room or basic hotel facilities were good, we didn´t use spa program. Result - SPA is quite good hotel, but you can find in Istanbul hotels with better ratio price/quality. I guess, the PLUS would be probably better choice.

The location is ok.

The laundry was not fresh. There was a lot of dust in the room. It looked more like a closet than a living room.
