There are paving stones all over the area and it is very difficult for a couple with a baby in a stroller to move forward

nice and quiet hotel in the heart of the old city Istanbul. Beds were comfortable, room nice and clean. Staff is very friendly, always ready to help.

Beds are little shorter, breakfast definitely can be improved.

Excellent location, 15 minutes away from all important location, safe surroundings, nearby restaurant and markets. Excellent hotel staff, funny but very professional receptionist. Bar within the hotel with enjoyable traditional atmosphere and best waiters, made us staying there worth remembered.

Clean hotel with very good location in center city. Room was very clean and warm and staff is always there for you when you need something. Location is very convenient for exploring main Istanbul attractions by foot.

We liked everything.

First I liked in this hotel its cleaning, everyday they changed bedding, pillowcase, bed sheet. It was so clean and fresh smell. I was feel myself like a Iam sleeping at home. Second thing I liked their breakfast, not a much option but so delicous, I ate everyday with pleasure. Third very friendly staff starting from the reception guys and up to the woman who cleans the room, especially she was always smiling and very good cleaned our room, she is very nice person, Fourth its good location very close to Metro station, ferry boat station and metrobus. Very close to Topkapi, Grand Egypt, mosques. All Guys in respeshen very friendly and ready always to help. I recommend this hotel, very good price and quality 👍

Only one thing was not a comfortable its their dont have a full glass door in the shower.

The customer service was exceptional and we felt happy with the service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here the cleaning ladies were lovely and friendly always smiling and cheerful :) the reception staff were always happy to help and hospitable thank you agan hotel for making us feel welcome :)

The breakfast should be until at least lunchtime as we used to miss it due to being out till midnight.

Cleaning everyday. Quiet room. Good breakfast. Elevator. 2 min to tram, 2 min to bus stop. Very good location: near Topkapi, blue mosque, park Gulhane and many other places. I really like this hotel. Everything perfect for good trip.

Sometimes loud music in evening from restaurant.

I enjoyed the time I spent in Istanbul.The hotel is great. It is located close to the tram stop about 1min walk and you can find everything you need: if you need to buy an Istanbul card you can do it there.There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby .The room where I stayed was not big but very cosy for 1person it is enough. Room service cleaned it every day,everything was clean and comfotable for living.The breakfast was included in the price so it was ok! I could enjoy different kinds of cheese, vegetables and fruit were always on my table.The staff are pretty friendly, especially Yasin was amazing. If you need smth,they will be happy to help you.I am sure you will love this place .I recommend everyone,you will not regret.
