The hotel was in a very nice neighbourhood and was close to metro and bus stations. The rooms were a bit small but very tidy and clean. The breakfast was really really good.

The hotel was located on a steep hill and the walk from subway station or the main street to the hotel was a 10-15 min CHALLENGE for some one who is not athletic (like me😁) The provided toiletries could improve and could include toothbrush and tooth paste. The pillows and the blanket could also improve

The staff. Always very friendly and helpful. Constantly cleaning to keep the common areas spotless. Work kept me stuck in the lobby on my laptop through most of my stay. The kind staff brought me fresh Turkish tea - and an occasional coffee - a few times per day. Seems very good camaradie amongst the staff seems they genuinely enjoy working there and it shows through on the character of the property. The location. Quiet back-street in an upcoming SME commercial area. A few minutes walk to the metro.

Missing a toaster at the breakfast. Also, not many dinner options in the neighborhood.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a peaceful area while still being close to the metro and a large shopping mall for those interested in shopping. The room was clean, spacious, and featured nearly blackout-quality curtains which is great. The bathroom was also clean and had a good shower. The staff was very accommodating, with the front desk open 24/7. Breakfast was diverse and satisfying, providing a convenient start to the day without the need to search for a meal elsewhere. Guests could choose to dine outside in the sunshine or inside during inclement weather.

Truly, the only drawback of our stay was the pillows. They were incredibly uncomfortable, to the point that we opted to sleep without them. The mattress was excellent, and the sheets were pleasant and smelled fresh, BUT the pillows really need improvement 🙏

The location is very good, in a quiet part of istanbul that doesn't see a lot of foot traffic from tourists and is a nice little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a metro within walking distance that will take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. But the shining jewel is Murat, who works the front desk and is one of the most accommodating and generous hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He will always help you with a smile on his face and is more than happy to provide you recommendations for every activity in Istanbul. The hotel is very good but with Murat is becomes even better!

Not much to say. The hotel runs on one central heating/cooling system and there was one night where it was very hot and if you change the system it needs to be changed for the whole building but ultimately not a problem.

We were allowed access to our room hours before check in time as our flight was overnight Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Murad at reception Breakfast was delicious and varied. Good coffee served. Turkish pasties served on a daily basis. We had a roof top room which was very spacious with a good fridge and a bonus cooking facility. Tea and coffee facilities available inside the room. Water was also provided by the hotel Excellent WIFI Walking distance to Zorlu shopping Centre

I’m in love with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and every time we needed to go up and down the stairs, someone from the crew would come and help us. The check in was easy and fast. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The food at breakfast was very tasty and there was something for everyone.

That’s just me being very picky. Pillows could be better, ones that were in our room just weren’t comfortable. Also we had a kitchen in our room, but I didn’t find any plates or anything to cook with, like a pan.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Almost everyone speaks enough English to help you with anything which comes up. My standard room was minimal but totally sufficient for me. The shower cabin is roomie and with good water pressure and temperature. The air conditioning looks modern and brand new. The location is very good in terms of access to public transportation and few high-end shopping malls as well as restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very nice, offering a good variety of things for any taste including people with vegetarian diet. If you like cats, you'd enjoy their company while you are eating your breakfast on the patio. If you don't like cats...well... don't travel to Istanbul!

The bed was not very comfortable; the mattress was too hard for side sleepers and the frame was creaky (seen some serious action probably which left its marks). I'm sensitive to such things, but I think my room could use some deep cleaning; carpet, stains on walls, etc. Finally, if you are a boss/manager/owner of this hotel, it would be great not to shout at your employees (specially when guests are present) and also stay out of guests' business. No one enjoys a nosey bossy person around.

Very friendly staff, nice, quite sorrounding, excellent brekfast. Easily reachable from the airport metro line, it is a 15 minute walk from the Gayerettepe metro station to the hotel.

The bed was a bit creaky, aparat from this I cannot telll anything bed about the hotel. This area of Besiktas is poorly served by metro lines, so most probably you will have to use buses, but they run frequently and go to most important places.

The hotel is in a very quiet business district so it was a very peaceful location. The standard room was good and well equipped for full stay with full size fridge and toiletries. the breakfast was delicious. A good selection of savoury dishes, cheese and pastry with some tasty biscuits and cakes. the coffee was good. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

we couldn’t seem to get the air conditioning in the room to work so it was quite warm. This was ok for us as it was April but I imagine in summer months this would be unbearable. As a non smoker, I didn’t like the smell of smoke throughout the communal space. the room was fine though as this was non smoking.

the location was very nice and quiet, the hotel itself is not crowded and it is very cozy and comfortable.

there was no tooth brush and toothpastes in our rooms and we had to buy it from the lobby.
