The hotel is well-furnished and with a luxurious, stylish touch. Everything looks nice, clean and neat. Breakfast is superb - both in terms of quality and variety of foods offered. The staff are helpful and professional - all in all, it was a great (albeit short) stay in Istanbul.

The only think I could think of which I found odd was that drinks were not offered on a self-service basis during breakfast, which meant you had to order each of your cups of coffee, tea or freshly squeezed orange juice from the staff. It's not really a big hassle, as you would get promptly served with no issues, but I found it a bit quaint and perhaps unnecessary.

Breakfast was delicious & there's a huge variety. Ms. Hatice who tidied up our room was really friendly and made the room so clean 😊 Also the blond bellman who wear glasses (we don't know his name) helped us many times.

The breakfast selection was very nice, the jams, bread, cheeses, fruits are always fresh, hot food selection had a good variety, and the tea and coffee both tasted good, they also had options of lactose free, almond, and soy mil which was great. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious, there was a lot of natural light coming from the windows because each room had 3 windows which was wonderful. another was that the bed size was excellent nice and big and was quite comfortable. the room service was 24 hours which was excellent. their menu selection was very nice as well, the food was great i tried their mushroom soup, and caesar salad it was really good and fulfilling.

For me honestly there was nothing i did not like.

I was satisfied with the breakfast and the excellent quality food served from the restaurant in the hotel. It was a convenient location for me, these are all factors that gave me good satisfaction. I also would like to mention the following members of staff as they provided excellent service and was courteous to their guests: Ms Buket, Mr Sabri and Mr Emre. I wish them well in their employment with Avantgarde Hotel.

I can't particularly say anything that I didn't like about this hotel. I had some issues with the Wi-Fi connections which at times caused me minor irritations.

first room did not secure our privacy as we were able to hear our neighbor guest clearly so they moved us to another room but it was much smaller than the first one but more private however that we weren’t happy with the area. The morning concierge was very annoying. He always says words like “you are very important to me”, “you are my special”, “ you are my VIP” etc. which not really convenient to hear such statements from someone we never met before and we know that he was saying so to get some tips from us; also we heard him trying to convince another guest that 70 Euros is a good fare to lift him to the Airport however it costs 21 Euros, so he was trying to abuse the guest in a way or another.

Great location. Staff is exceptional especially Yalcin, Burhan, and Umut. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom needs renovation especially the ones with a bathtub. Close to everything. It is on a major street so some street noise is expected, however, it is on a walking distance to Metrocity, Ozdilek and Kanyon malls. Lots of options for restaurants at Levent district which is also walking distance. Did not eat at the hotel and did not use pool/spa services. Overall, very good value for the money. Recommended.

Bathtubs and street noise

i loved the look & feel of the room, good , comfy beds and the staff was exceptional at their jobs

the cleanliness was not ok, the bathroom smelled of mould and had mould all around the bathtub. In my room there was a random wet spot on the carpet and there was dust on the shelves in the dresser. The mould bothered me the most as you would smell it and feel it entering your nose with every shower. The Wifi quality was also unstable, i could not get work done with the hotel's wifi although the signal was full, I had to use my mobile hotspot.
