I was surprised that the breakfast was not included in the price of accommodation. However, the staff generously provided me with a two-days breakfast. The hotel itself is cozy and very comfortable. Good beds, nice amenities, located just behind of big hotels and next to three malls: Ozdelik, Metro city and Kanyon. It is 10-minute of walking distance from the Levent Metro and a bus stop where you can hop in the shuttle to the airport. Staff is very attentive. I was on a business trip and was back to the hotel around 10 pm and could not find time to stop by the pharmacy and they provided with some.medicines to go through the night. I think it is a great asset.

I think the hotel managers should review the breakfast policy and provide with this option all guests who choose the hotel.

Good location within walking distance to mall, restaurants and Metro station. Very clean, comfy and has good facilities. Very helpful and informative staffs.

There is nothing not to like.

We stayed at 704, me and my wife. Breakfast was amazing. The staff (from both the hotel and the coffee shop) were extremely friendly. Joshua, Sharina and the others (sorry we didn't get your names) were basically going beyond to help you in any way they can. These people are just the best! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The cleaning ladies were good too! Nothing were lost in our luggage and even the gadgets and money we left out on the tables because we didn't know they would room clean even if we didn't ask for it. We bought mugs from Ozdilek Park that we left out since we were in a hurry to go out that day and they even washed our mugs! The location is good, next to 2 shopping centers namely, Ozdilek and Metro City. Close to the metro and stores around the block . The Wifi is strong never had any connection problems! Would love to stay there again!

It's not that bad but I checked their info before making reservations and one of the things I was concerned of was if the room was sound proofed or not. Some parts of the walls were pretty thin, specially the ones that the door was attached to. We could here other customers walking around. Footsteps could be heard but it was bearable. We just really wished that the room was sound proofed.

Cosy and comfortable room with good services. Room was nice with a balcony . Turkish Breakfast was good . Hotel is clean and customer service was exceptional. All the staff members speak fluent English . Special thanks to Fred and Bashir for being so helpful. Overall a very good stay in a comfortable environment .

Great central location. Large very modern 6 storey shopping centre within 200m with Metro Station. Metro is the best way to get around and has air con. All staff were very hospitable and helped clients. Bar and cafe open until very late/early morning at weekend. Eggs for breakfast very good. Food and service good. Hotel transfers very good. Rooms modern and very clean. Excellent lift. Most important would I visit again, definitely.

The people who work there, make the place and the stay - that is a good and stylish place by the way - so personal and welcoming. Especially the super friendly ladies at the reception. They tried everything to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, just please not in the economy twin, is it really very small and one door connects that room with the neighbors. :)

best staffs / location

booked deluxe room and supposed to be 25sq meters but given small room , see photo , I checked the room size 6x3=18sqm , I did ask but they told me this is deluxe room , I was not happy but the staff was very polite breakfast not buffet and not much choice and small portion -:)

Breakfast Breakfast was by order not buffet which I personally liked more. Even if the selection was not so large, the quality was very good and you could order additional dishes relatively cheap. Price For the services the price was very pleasant.

The staff from chandi the female receptionist ..she helped me in my hour of need when i wasn't well X just brilliant and also Fred..& the cleaning staff ... cafe ..spa. doorman....everyone went above and beyond for me they were so humble and kind nothing was enough ...I was post op so had delivery of most of meals in my room ... I needed help going to spa ..someone came and helped me ...the doorman helped me in /out transport and propped cushions behind my back in cafe... Cos I was in pain ..... I have been all over the world in some of best hotels but not as empathetic as the staff in this hotel ... I would recommend it ..also shopping centres few yards away ...hairdressers pharmacy everything is nearby ....xx photos are lunch and breakfast ...
